I took my car in after someone kicked it and merged into me and it's a recommended shop from state farm. And let me tell you, there's a good reason they're recommended. Sam started off by popping open my door so I can get in because the person that kicked it bent it so I couldn't get in my car. And the service from the estimate to getting my car back was top notch. Where do i start . I was refered to this shop by statefarm as a in network shop, it was not my first choice to repair my car. they are very close to my house and seemed to have good reviews so i rolled the dice BIG MISTAKE. I took my car over and let the owner Sam and his partner Vince look at it and they were able to get my car in to their shop in two weeks. I take my car in and a week later it was done GREAT i thought. The day i pick my car up it was raining so it was hard to see the work and i didnt get a chance to wash it till the weekend cause it rained a few more days. I wash it and noticed it just didnt look right. Another week goes by and i give it a good wash and it looked really bad it had what is known in the autobody world as ORANGE PEEL which means they never wet sanded my car and polished it. THAT IS AUTOBODY 101. I take my car back and Sam tells me they made a mistake and will WORK WITH ME, his famous line. A week later i take my car back so they can wet sand and polish it and i had my girlfriend pick my car up cause i was at work and would not have made it there by 5pm/ thats when they close. She picks the car up and goes start home which we live 4 minutes away and parks it in the garage, i get home a hour later and look at it and again they did a horrible job the car still had ORANGE PEEL . The next day i take it back and show Sam who said HE looked the car over himself. UM he might need glasses cause Stevie Wonder could see this. AGAIN THE FAMOUS WORDS FROM SAM THEY WILL WORK WITH ME. A few days later i got off of work early and stopped there so they can see the damage better and Sam said some of the scratchs that were there were not there when my car was returned. I told him if they could not do the work right i would take it somewhere else, SAM the owner gets pissed and tells me to do just that. I get into my car and dont say a word cause i am trying my best to keep my cool. He tells me so your just going to leave remember that. I leave get home cool off and call the shop, Vince answered the phone and tells me they dont need to speak to me anymore and they will call Statefarm and HANGS UP ON ME. Great service especially since that was the second time they could not fix the car right. Needless to say i called Statefarm and had to take my car to another shop. A Statefarm Rep came to see my car a few days later and the car has to be COMPLETELY REDONE. (STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP OR YOU MIGHT HEAR THE FAMOUS WORDS WE WILL WORK WITH YOU) read more

This place is great. I was rear-ended and the insurance recommended this place. It was close to home so I decided to try it. Thank goodness I did! Starting with how polite Sam and Vince were on the phone. They called quickly after the insurance sent the claim over. They explained the process, made sure I knew to order a rental immediately, and the car was ready quicker than I thought. When I picked it up, it was even cleaned! Bonus!! Stay Away!!!! This shop is full of crap & so is State Farm! Straight to the point, I was involved in an accident with a State Farm customer and they were liable for the accident. State Farm recommended their "Select Service" repair shops which I expected to be high quality shops. I chose this shop & dropped off my vehicle for repair. I go pickup the car a week later when I'm told it's been repaired and I noticed my car had the wrong bumper installed. My original had fog lamps, this one did not. I complained to shop owner(Sam) & was told, "Fine I will install the original bumper but your vehicle will not look as nice as it looks now!" What did that mean?? I took it as a threat & complained to State Farm. I was advised to pay the shop with the estimate check & take my vehicle to shop of my choice. I took it to another shop near me, which also happens to be a "Select Service" shop and was not offered, only to be informed by State Farm that they are not willing to pay another shop for repairs, that I would have to take it back to the original shop for warranty. Didn't they listen when I said I felt threatened by the original shop and that's why I took my car out of there?? This is supposed to be a State Farm approved shop! If I didnt have this nice set of peepers, I would have never realized it was the wrong bumper & they would have gotten away with it. Apparently State Farm deals with shady shops(see my review for Contempo Auto Rebuilders). Who knows how many people they have ripped off this way. Nonetheless, never going to this shop again and State Farm..I will see you in court! read more

After I left, I noticed the piece covering the tow access cover was gone. I called them back and they said they would order the piece and install it at no charge to me, which they did. If you have the misfortune of getting in an accident, please do yourself a favor and have the fortune of brining your car here!! I've had 3 accidents (not my fault BTW, I'm a great driver!) and have always brought my car here. They're recommended by State Farm, and for good reason. Sam does the intake, has been there for 30+ years and is friendly, helpful, responsive and just awesome. Communication is A+, convenience is superb. The work is complete and prompt, and they go above and beyond - even cleaning my car INSIDE AND OUT! I kid you not when I tell you I have the ultimate mom car - cheerios, extra socks, random toys littered around...and my car came back not only with a brand new bumper but looking sparkling "brand new" clean from top to bottom!! My mom and I have taken our cars to Sam for years and the service has always been exceptional. The shop is family owned and you can trust the work they do. Sam very clearly explains what and why repairs need to be done and gives you an estimate that's usually pretty close to the final price you'll need to pay. He saved me $2000-$4000 last winter when my transfer case broke and he pushed me to check with the dealer to make sure it wasn't covered by warranty prior to their shop looking at it. It was covered and I didn't end up having to pay. That said, this winter it died again and I took it to Sam for repairs as I knew for sure it wasn't covered under warranty. I trust their repairs more than the dealer so I know this latest fix will last until I trade in the car. If I ever need a big repair done I will always take it to Supreme even though I live out near the Wisconsin border right now.
