When we closed in April, we noticed that the warming drawer did not close straight or flush and has a gap of about 1/2" at the top. After notifying the builder, we nobody came out to look at it until May 19. The tech that came couldn't fix it but identified that it was installed with the rear higher than the front and that the installers would have to fix it and that he'd order some parts for them (not sure what parts). After nothing for a month, I contacted the person who sold the appliance on Jun 16. He responded that some parts were on order and he'd have to schedule instllers to come out. I asked what was on order and when installers would come out but have recieved no response. I've left multiple voice mails on his phone line and at both the Monroe and Sylvania stores in addition to my email inquiries. All have been ignored. It is now Jul 30 (2-1/2 months) and still nobody has contacted me.

The refrigerator needs a part from Samsung that has come in damaged now 4 different times. Durochers can order the part for next day delivery, so they could have tried far more than 4 times, btw. The last time, the part sat at Durochers for over 3 weeks before they even inspected it. ​ We have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact us, but been ignored every time. We have not had a working refrigerator in over 6 months now, but Durochers hasn't offered an apology or any sort of assistance.

Mike Kelly was abusive on the phone and told me to get a lawyer. I have done just that. AC will now be responsible for all court costs and my attorney fees. You asked for it Mike. I won't be going away until you correct this defective fridge. Check the other negative reviews. It's been awhile since I have seen any business with so many bad reviews. AC wears them like a badge believing people will go away. Complaints have been made with the BBB and the Ohio State Attorney Generals' Office. I was scheduled for delivery, left work, and they never showed up. I called and they said I wasn't on the schedule at all. We rescheduled. I left work and waited. The driver called me from nearby to double-check that I actually wanted both an electric dryer and a gas dryer (which were the two items they had on the truck). Of course, that is not what I ordered, so they took both items back to the warehouse and rescheduled again. I left work and waited. I eventually called to ask where they were and they told me my appliances had already been delivered (on the day/time the driver called to ask if I wanted two dryers). Once I explained what happened (and they confirmed the situation as if I was just making it up to get another set), we rescheduled. Finally! I get my washer and dryer. It's been weeks, at this point. The washer didn't work from the moment it was plugged in. I called to let them know and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I (very frustrated, already) called the warranty company. The agent I spoke to told me that is complete nonsense. They delivered a defective unit to me and I needed to call them back and demand a replacement. I did and they delivered a new one, with every person I spoke to along the way telling me how they were doing me a big favor...for replacing a defective unit they delivered to my house...RIDICULOUS! Well...here we are, just over a year later. The washer no longer locks or spins...and guess what? My warranty is up as well. I KNEW not to go back. I knew. Yet, I tried again. I am the queen of second (and third and fourth) chances. (That's why they didn't get a bad review a year ago.) Never again, though. I don't know how in the world they are still in business. No big deal but when I went to use the washer it did not drain. I tried every cycle BEFORE I called them. When I did call I was told someone would be out to repair the issue. No one showed up. I kept calling since the washer was the most expensive in the store AND I was still having to go to the laundry mat. They finally send someone after 2 and a half weeks. He "fixes" it and still the washer does not drain. Now I call back the very next day and they take my information again, promise to send someone out and DON'T SHOW UP! I have been getting the same song and dance from them for 2 months. I finally go up to "Quality" last night 4/24/24 and speak directly to a salesman who has write my information, which after all these calls should be on ever paper in that building, down and promises to put a replacement washer on the truck last night and head over to my house with that and swap them out if he can't fix the original one. I was contacted by this company, appointment scheduled, and within the week Tyler came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes. Parts needed to be ordered and a tentative two week date for install. It was less than a week when I received the call the parts arrived and another appointment made. Centralized was able to give me a time window conducive to my schedule and I should add, that prior to both appointments, Tyler called and assured me of his arrival. A hour later the issue of the dryer was fixed. The primary installers of the dryer either were lacking the skill or proper tools for the electric connection and Tyler should me the charred wires. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and quick. A big resounding YES in recommending this company.
