This mall is a surplus of outlets of all our favorite stores :D I love anything discounted/free so this mall is amazing. It is bigger than most in the area, which is nice because that means more parking is available. Also, the food court has a variety of different foods, not just Burger King and McDonald's LOL. There's a Neiman Marcus outlet which is rare and a bunch of smaller brand stores which offer cheaper alternatives to Nordstroms & Macy's for women's wear. I love this place and will forever come back to it, even though it is buck wild during the holidays. read more

Only people looking for deals should come to this mall. It is a small outlet mall, not many good selection of stores compared to Oulet stores or real mall, but the price is definitely cheaper, sometimes cheaper than Gilroy or Napa Outlet Stores. Even the Japanese tour bus stops here for shopping. The food court is pretty decent, but the interior designer need to be fired. read more

This mall use to be my favorite place to shop because of the wonderful food court selections and the Neiman Marcus Last Call. Those were the only two things that I loved about the place. Other than that, it is a huge mall with many 'insignificant' shops. Recently, the NM Last Call has been quite empty. I was very disappointed on my last two shopping trips because there were no more high end selections that I loved so much. Needless to say, it is an okay mall to hang out, but not to shop. read more

This mall is so hot and stuffy. My wife and child visited the great mall on June 7th 2015. The mall was just stifling got and so unenjoyable. I will not come back until they get it cooler. It's ridiculous. The sea of humanity is just sweaty and disgusting. read more

This mall is pretty good. There are a lot of good stores like Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Nike and Last Call. Their food court is also pretty good although the seating can be a little tight. read more

I love this place. Being on the "fluffy" side (read: FAT) I'm all for having easy access to stores that cater to the plus size, such as Loop 18, Burlington Coat Factory,and Lane Bryant. Waaay past the point of ever fitting into anything at Gap, Forever 21 etc., but sometimes can find something at Ecko or Marshalls. In addition, the prices here are amazing, which is a huge plus, since I'm very cheap. And I love the fact that this place has a Dave and Busters.....nothing like playing video games for hours on end while lost in a haze of alcohol! As for this place being ghetto.....well, I'm sure it could be considered as such, but it's really all a matter of perspective; it's a lot better then some places I've been, but worse then others. Overall though, I would recommend this place to any shopper looking for lots of variety and low prices! read more

It has a good selection of stores and prices! It also has a huge food court with lots of food options for a big family. This mall is always packed!!! I have a lot of trouble getting my stroller through the crowd and inside of the stores. read more

Pretty good outlet mall that is usually always packed during the weekends. There is a connected movie theater that is a big plus if you are ever at this mall. If you want great deals I suggest coming to the Great Mall. read more

We just came back from CA vocation and happened to visit mall. This is a huge mall with all the stores I love. Guess, Gbyguess,Armani Exchange,Express,abercrombie Fitch,hollister what not. This mall is huge lots of parking and a wide variety of stores. Wear comfortable shoes as you will doing alot of walking.

I went to store on Black Friday, though the store was packed with shoppers, I got really good service the staff were polite and helpful. I was extremely pleased. The store is loaded with official MLB, NFL,NHL, and NBA merchandise Jerseys, T'shirts, Hats, Blankets...................and so on. This is the store for me. read more

Poor bathroom conditions. Great stores, but bad service.

There has got to be a strategy to go to this mall - which is basically a bunch of outlet stores, clumped with higher end outlet stores, a theatre and other basics like Bed, Bath, Beyond, Marshall's etc. First of all, don't think you will find parking on weekends. Second, there are mobs of teenagers, tweens, mothers and grandmothers who are all going to beat you to the best deals. Just accept it. Go at odd times to avoid the rush, don't eat the fast food (they do have an Anderson Bakery) and just chill. It's just a mall. read more

The thing I like about Great Mall is the JollyBee Chicken. Moreover, it is indoor so it is very comfortable shopping. The WiFi is good. However, it needs better name brands. read more

This is a good mall if you're looking for an outlet mall. It still has a fair amount of stores. It has Saks Fifth Avenue if looking for designer clothes. There are some other cute stores to shop at too. I like how here is a move theater, Dave and Busters for kids and adults and Bounce A Rama for kids. read more

pretty packed no matter what time of day and the food court is pretty crazy. the stores are alrite but my favorite is the chipotle and the rocky mountain chocolate factory. love me some chocolate covered apples with oreo pieces. yum yum. i don't really shop here too often but the nu pair always has great deals and the bebe store is pretty cool for some new clothes for my clubbing excursions ( i know i'm totally asian) haha. read more

This Great Mall isn't so great afterall. I guess that's how most outlet shopping is like. I've been here a couple of times and I can usually find items to purchase. A lot actually if my mind is set on a spree (which it usually is). But the layout is like a maze and the decor is dull. You, Great Mall, do not put me in a happy mood unless I spend lots on you. It's been a while since I've been to the Great Mall. Whoever said that retail establishments are suffering/struggling due to the Internet...ummmmm wrong. The place was absolutely packed to capacity where the parking lots were full! At the least, they have a lot of more current retail options but the place is absolutely a nightmare to walk through. The kiosks and vendors who occupy the middle of the walkways in this mall make it impossible to walk through. It has gotten to the point where one of the Coach stores has a line to get into the store itself and another had a DJ blasting a 90's megamix from the entrance of their store. Obviously, the most ideal time to shop here are weekdays or weeknights for better parking, less crowds, and overall, less stressful experience. read more

Not worth going. Crazy crowded. Good luck finding parking. No working bathrooms. How could a mall NOT HAVE ANY WORKING BATHROOMS? they should have put a sign at the entrance stating that. This mall is definitely many steps up from ghetto malls I guess but I go here for the convenience. It's right by my house so I go pretty often when I need to pick up a few things but I will not spend hours at this mall because I really just shop at H&M, Forever 21, Neiman Marcus, and Love Culture. I like the thai food in the food court, that I believe they just renamed to a vietnamese place, but the thai plate I get is still on the menu. The Great Mall have many asian, no brand name stores as well as teen stores. It's so packed here on weekends because it's an outlet mall so parents go crazy with their strollers and run everyone over. I think Great Mall is coming up though. They re-did the Guess store not too long ago, which I go in from time-to-time, but I still think there's room for improvement still. read more

This mall is...different. I like their selection of outlet stores and their food court has a pretty good selection but there's a bunch of odd stores mixed in and it's always very crowded. I'd recommend it if you have a good chunk of time to devout to finding a good deal. read more

This place is a zoo! Shops are getting better but parking is usually a pain!

pros: 1. children's place outlet 2. vans 3. sanrio 4. bath & body works 5. neiman marcus (last call outlet) 6. off saks fifth (great shoe deals!!) 7. justice outlet (my lil sis got a pair of $2.00 jeans, TWO DOLLARS!) 8. lids (great customer service, great selection, great deals) 9. finish line 10. watching old women bargain down their body creams at bath and body works as if it's the berryessa flea market. cons: 1. it's a ghetto a$$ mall. 2. it smells like hell when you walk through it, especially that carpeted area in front of last call neiman marcus (great mall cleaning team, please steam clean those carpets!) 3. inside feels like a sauna, humid and blech.. bottom line: if you can avoid it, do. but if you need to purchase items on a major budget- clip your nose, go where you need to go, buy what you need to buy, and get out as fast as you can. read more

My fav mall in the south bay, sure valley fair is cool and trendy but tis place saves you $$ !!

Not one of my favorite malls to go to. There's a few shops I go to here, but not that many, the Neiman Marcus Last Call being one of them. The only reason i usually go here is to take my aunt and mom to the Neiman Marcus outlet. I give them 2 stars because they have a lot of stores here. read more

OMG... the parking sucks, people are rude and you have a family of 10 walking together. It's pretty bad and if you're crowd-phobic, I don't think this is the place for you. But on the up side, there is Gap and Banana Outlet so that you don't have to drive all the way to Gilroy or Vacaville. It's an alright mall with stores like AE, Old Navy, etc and a movie theater. But it's not as good as when it first opened and had a Media Play and a Wonderpark. Then they took them both away and put in a Vans Skate Park and now even that's gone and all that's left is that pathetic mini golf. Although there is a Dave and Busters that I have yet to check out. It's supposed to be an outlet mall but all the prices are pretty much like any other mall. read more

I don't really have too much to say about this place. Its kind of a hit or miss. For me, I do like Great Mall. Parking can be a problem and not all the stores are going to please you but its an outlet mall and the discounted prices, for me at least, seem worth it. read more
