Great Maple is in the Pixar Hotel at Disneyland. I got the chilaquiles and vanilla latte. I thought the chilaquiles was a bit soggy but the flavors were good. The latte was solid and the restaurant was beautiful inside. The food was okay but I feel like you definitely pay for the ambiance. You can park inside the parking structure and they validate your parking ticket for you after.

Easy reservation online, we did ours same day. We booked for a 6:45 pm and were seated within a few minutes. I believe Elvis was our server, he was a joy, he looked happy and so friendly. We had the tropical merm-ade to drink, the steakhouse burger and the turkey bolognese. Husband and I were really surprised with the quality of the meal. Big portions too, we love every item we had. Ambiance, look and feel of the place was very inviting and cozy. We'll definitely be back, fair prices for the taste and amount of food you get.

We grabbed breakfast with some family before a long day and coming to Great Maple started off our day on a high note. The food was delicious. I didn't expect the large portions, so I did have some leftovers for later on in the day. I've been to the San Diego Great Maple location previously and the menu is slightly different. They did have the infamous maple bacon donuts, which still remain amazing. I forgot how large they actually are and was honestly comparable to the size of my toddler's face. The service was great. Our server Matthew was definitely memorable and so kind. He was patient when it came down to placing the kids orders, which I was so grateful for. People within our group had various allergies and they made sure who had what allergies from when we created the reservation, arrived at check-in, as we ordered AND received the food. I hadn't visited the restaurant prior to the hotel remodel; I do believe that Great Maple did a great job at combining the Great Maple aesthetic with some whimsical Disney aspect. Part of it was definitely giving a hint of a Princess & The Frog aesthetic, with vintage Mickey -- if that helps as a visual? We'd definitely love to come back when during another family trip.

Was looking into Brunch options for Easter Sunday and I knew I wanted something at Disney. My sis mentioned she had never been so my boyfriend made a reservation in the Disneyland App! We drove after church and decided to self-park instead of valet (you get 3 hours free parking when you validate). They have a small parking garage behind the hotel. We walked over and checked in. While waiting we went to the Sketch Pad Cafe to grab some coffee and Bing Bong decided to stop by! We received a text our table was ready and we were seated. Our server let us know they had a chocolate fountain for Easter Brunch (an additional cost) if we wanted to try. We opted out. We ended up ordering the following: - Portobello Mushrooms Fries: 10/10! The cuts for the "fries" were pretty thick and seasoned well! Came with basil pesto aioli for dipping! Great to share. - French Toast Logs: 9/10! Thick cuts of bread and was well seasoned! We had them top it with strawberries and it was drizzled with syrup. - Smoked Bacon Scramble: 10/10! Perfect amount of cheesy goodness! I loved the scalloped potatoes! And it also came with toast! - Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich: 10/10! My boyfriend devoured it! He said it was nice and juicy and a good size! He upgraded his side to Parmesan Truffle Fries. He was stuffed after! - Steakhouse Burger: 9/10! My sis loved it! She added an egg on top and had a side of fries. She loved the patty was cooked to her liking correctly! Overall we had a wonderful time! The place is very lively and the staff is attentive and friendly! Food was good and we all left with full bellies! Best part is you can walk over to Downtown Disney after to walk off the food! Will come back to try dinner next time!

Great Maple in Anaheim is a good spot that hits all the right notes -- and if you're in the area visiting the Disney Parks, it's a great choice!!! Walking in, we were immediately charmed by the dining room. The space is bright, open, and beautifully appointed -- Disney and Pixar artwork decorates the walls throughout, giving the whole place a warm personality that feels right at home in the Disney Pixar Hotel. The room is well-lit and genuinely spacious, so you never feel cramped, which is a real treat when you're used to crowded theme-park restaurants. Now, the star of the breakfast menu: the French Toast Logs. Thick-cut brioche, perfectly golden, served with warm maple syrup and fresh blueberries -- this dish is the reason to come here. The brioche had that ideal balance of soft interior and slightly crisp edge, and the blueberries were bright and fresh. Honestly, one of the best French toast dishes I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and genuinely warm -- we just noticed they seemed a bit stretched thin for a Tuesday morning around 9:30am. Service was a touch slower than you'd hope, but the team was kind and doing their best with what they had. Overall, a really enjoyable experience. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is charming. Great Maple earned a regular spot in our Disney trip breakfast rotation!!!

Stayed at Pixar Place and ate here a total of 3 times (not by choice but the conference we were at served lunch here). First night we got the fried chicken and donuts. A huge mistake here as the donuts were very stale compared to when we tried the donuts earlier in the day the next two days - it tasted more fresh then. It's also really heavy so highly recommend ordering this to share rather than for one person. We also had the lemon shrimp pasta, which was really good but pasta was overdone with the lemon causing a sour taste. Day two I tried the hot honey chicken sandwich, which was the best thing I had there. This chicken was super flavorful and juicy. Comes with a side of fries that were very stale. Day three I had the chicken caesar salad which I do not recommend - the chicken was cooked but squeaky like as if it was raw. Convenient meal for those staying at the hotel but I wouldn't go out of your way for it. Service is impeccable though for what it's worth!!

Needed a convenient spot to eat with the kiddo, so we walked over here from the Disneyland hotel. Was well after the parks opened, so there was no wait. Got the hot honey fried chicken sandwich and myself, and got pancakes with chocolate chips and cheesy eggs for the little one. Both plates were completely cleaned off. I wish I could remember the server's name, because he was super friendly. If you're okay with this price point, it's a great option.

Great Maple at Pixar Place Hotel was AMAZING!! Came for brunch, food was delicious, mimosas were really good, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. Service was great; we sat at the bar and both the manager and the lady taking care of us were awesome! They also have a little patio outside with a fireplace , so in the afternoon you can grab your drinks go outside, chill, and enjoy the vibe. Definitely coming back.

We ate at Great Maple on a recent Disneyland trip. The space is modern & clean. The service was attentive. I had the protein bowl with salmon which was very flavorful & full of veggies. Hubby had the caesar salad with chicken. It was a very large salad with lots if chicken & it was not overdressed. We saw a lot of tables around us order the ribs & they looked delicious. From the many eateries one can find inside of the Pixar Place Hotel, Great Maple is the only option that isn't run by Disney themselves. Great Maple is a local chain from around the Southern California area that has a casual atmosphere that celebrates the area's best food. And looking to find a place in the Disneyland Resort for a casual dinner, I made a reservation for Great Maple on a Saturday around 5:45PM. Walking up to the host podium, the hostess was very kind and checked us in promptly. She let my party know that walk-up parties only had seats available outside on the deck and that the inside seating was reserved for those with reservations. Sitting down, the server we had was very kind and checked in on us very often. And taking a look at the menu, there were a variety of choices ranging from salads and burgers, to full entrees and desserts. For this visit, I decided to order the Portobello Mushroom Fries ($22) and the Soda Pop Baby Back Ribs ($33). And when the food came, I was pleasantly surprised. Looking at the Mushroom Fries first, there were about 8-9 solid pieces of mushroom with an accompanying dipping sauce. And because each piece of mushroom was thick and breaded thinly, I could see the value proposition. For $22, the appetizer price can be a little steep considering other options in the area. But because you are on Disney property, the price is to be expected for a sit-down restaurant. The same could be said for the Baby Back Ribs as the plate I received had three decently sized pork ribs, coleslaw, a biscuit, and some butter. For $33, you could definitely find better value off property. But for the Disneyland Resort, the price was pretty fair. Of anything to be said, the flavors of the food are the reason I would come back here. Beginning with those mushroom fries, each piece of mushroom was seasoned perfectly with pepper and other spices. Because the breading was light, the mushroom had most of the air time in my mouth. The sauce was tangy and savory which elevated the seasoning already on the mushroom fries. Don't sleep on the mushroom fries! Moving onto the main course, the biscuit was flaky and airy which made it a light complement to the ribs. And while the coleslaw was rather standard, it was fresh and composed with a great ratio of vegetables. Tasting the ribs last, the barbecue flavor helped the moist meat find harmony together. I enjoyed how the meat of the ribs fell off the bone and the perfect level of fat on the meat. With a cozy atmosphere for a meal, Great Maple is a great place for date nights and family dinners alike. With booths, stand-alone tables, and bar seats, there is something for everyone here. The service was warm and kind per Disney standards and the food was outright delicious compared to many other options offered on-property. The biggest consideration you should make before deciding to eat here is whether you value the price to portion ratio. Each person can easily run up 60-70 dollars for the meal which can be expensive if you're not careful. But otherwise, be sure to secure your reservation! This place always seems to be busy.

Such cute vibes in here! it was decorated for Christmas and felt so festive. We got the ribs and ribeye melt and the portions were so big we had to take home. The ribs were so tender like 10/10 tender it fell off bones!! Fun tip, you get a free doughnut if you do the Pixar Putt. The water was like 3/5 because tasted like powder a little. I wish I came for brunch! Brunch menu looks good!

I made a reservation through Disneyland's dining reservations on the app. This is in the lobby/first floor of the Pixar hotel. But it's not actually a Disney restaurant, which I didn't realize. So they couldn't take a Disney gift card. Our food was good but not special. The great maple donuts were maply and bacony, and large. My Benedict was good, but I didn't care for the potatoes on the side. Overall, I've had better elsewhere, even in Anaheim. We went right when they opened on a Tuesday morning, so it was pretty quiet. The decor and aesthetic is nice, modern but with wood and nature touches. Their staff were friendly and efficient.

Within the recently remodeled Pixar Hotel is the Great Maple restaurant. Everything is as it should be for a new restaurant, clean, modern, open and airy. Went on Friday Dec 22nd at 11:00am and there weren't very many people eating. With the restaurant having so many open tables they sit us next to another group. I don't understand this. Couldn't they have separated us by one table? My pet peeve is why do they have the music so loud at restaurants. When it's empty the music echos off of everything making it had to hear the people in your group. Service was excellent and the server was very nice. We ordered: Portobello mushroom fries. Which was excellent. Lightly battered and the basil pesto aioli was a perfect add-on. This is highly recommended. Fried chicken & donuts. Chicken (dark meat) tasted good. Battered lightly and moist. The donuts look amazing, but this was a bit of a let down. The donut tasted more like a cake. The amount of frosting and the maple syrup was just overwhelming. I love donuts and eat them at least a couple times a week. But this was not to my liking. The group next to us also said it was too much. Modern American breakfast. Was okay. Sausage was very dry and chewy as if it had been under a heat lamp for awhile. Coffee. Good and mild. Bill for two people came out to over $80. Not including tip. This is a Disney property restaurant so it is to be expected that it would be pricey. read more

Don't Come To This Location. Family went to another location and recommended it. The Anaheim location was Not Good at all. We were seated at the front booth by the entrance and the back of my seat was constantly being hit by servers using their station. The booth was uncomfortably small as well. Our server ignored us the majority of the time. Had to flag down a buser to get some water. We ordered the seasonal doughnuts with pomegranate glaze. There was no glaze, just raw pomegranates with the seeds inside on top of the doughnuts. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location. Plenty of better places nearby at Downtown Disney or elsewhere. I would give it a zero stars if I could. read more

I had high hopes, as we were staying on site at Pixar place.... However, we had food poisoning. FYI, if fried chicken tastes like fish, it's spoiled. Service was very slow and overall, this is a pass. Don't waste your money here. The food was truly inedible. read more

Had the best experience ever. I'm on a Vegan diet, asked our server Mayra if they would Veganize the Chilaquiles. Manager Jeanette came to our table and explained that the egg was usually mixed with some of the items, but that she spoke to a chef and they were able to modify it for me. I'm so appreciative to Mayra, Jeanette and the chef for making me feel very special. Highly recommend this restaurant and their outstanding service. read more

Made a reservation here and had a lovely experience! The service was great, everyone was so nice and helpful. The menu is a little limited but I like that they serve their breakfast/brunch options all day. Like any other place in California, avoid the water at all costs and go with a coke. It always tastes like sewage. The food was very good with huge portions. If you're not too hungry I'd recommend splitting the entrees--particularly the sandwiches. I'd happily go back! read more

Make sure you have a reservation! I had a reservation but the family in front of us weren't so lucky. It was 5pm and they just opened the doors. They told the family they couldn't come in until 7pm if they didn't have a reservation, despite the restaurant being empty. I brought my daughter here for her birthday. I asked for a good table due to it being her birthday and she sat us at a table in a corner with hard, very uncomfortable chairs. Again, there was nobody in the restaurant. The food was very mediocre for the horrible price. We really wanted to try the 3 specialty donuts which were strawberry and cream. We didn't like them at all! I definitely wouldn't call them a donut. Not sweet at all, more like bread. The cream was terrible. The only good thing on it was the quarter slice of strawberry. Very disappointed and definitely won't be back! read more

I've been to this location twice. The ambiance is great, very clean and open, good vibes. I have been a huge fan of the Great Maple in Pasadena since before the pandemic. My family and I decided to brunch here for a different experience. The food prices are pretty expensive, definitely Disneyland prices. We ordered a small cup of truffle fries and it was $15. That was a total waste, especially when the fries came out cold. Service was not very quick and our kids were getting restless so we didn't bother to ask for a fresh batch. The cocktails are always yummy here but they also carry a high price tag, I ordered some type of pear mimosa. It was so good, it arrived in a small champagne flute. The price tag was $17. That drink, a beer, fries, two entrees, and a side of bacon was well over $100. I believe the total before our Magic Key was $125. read more

The food is delicious. Enjoyed the ribeye patty melt. There cesar had a great mix of greens which included arugula and small shaved bits of brussel sprouts. Where they fall down is service. Our server only showed up once to our table and it was to take our order. She never came back to fill drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) or to check in to see if we were in need of anything else. It is extremely disappointing that we are paying a higher price and receiving bad service. Do better! read more

The food here is incredible!! I highly recommend the Portobello Mushroom Fries, which were so tasty. The Rib Eye Melt is something beefy, cheesy dreams are made of. The Cobb Wedge is huge with the perfect balance of lettuce & other ingredients. Of course, the Famous Maple Bacon Doughnuts are every bit of the deliciousness that you think they'd be. I was hesitant to join friends for lunch here because of the parking situation but parking was available in the structure locally, and validated fully which was great considering the advertised price. We had lunch here today. It has a casual atmosphere with very friendly people working it. My husband and I joined his cousin and his man friend to chat and nosh. My hubby and I had the steak burgers. He had his with fries, I had mine with a side salad. We agreed that the burgers were absolutely delicious! They had pickles, tomato, pickled onions, and avocado aioli, of I'm not mistaken. We grabbed breakfast here before we left for the airport...also gave us a chance to see the remodeled Pixar Place lobby. The lobby is colorful and fun...the restaurant was ok. Definitely short staffed...our poor waiter never stopped moving...he was the only one on that side of the restaurant. We ordered a few egg dishes that included their scalloped potato dish...which was tasty but lukewarm...pretty sure it's premade and reheated before serving...it had potential but missed the mark. The eggs were also barely warm and the toast was unbuttered. Pancakes were huge and tasty but they only give you one tiny cup of syrup and we didn't want to bother our overworked waiter to get more. Prices were on the high side but that's expected at Disney. Well Great Maple its actually inside the pixar place hotel. You can cut across from downtown disneyland. Go through the hotels that are im between downtown disney. Take that path leads you to Maples across the street. This is the second one ive been too! The other is at fashion island right outside of Nordstrom. I had the chicken salad with steak added. Delicious. And bacon donuts. Very different but also delicious. Wine Well im here at anaheim Maples. So decided to get 10oz steak $45. & hamburger. No let downs here. Delicious once again. My steak i had with portobello fries. Hamburger came with fries. Yummy Our appetizer we ordered Bacon was good n thick. Wish it came with honey and a bit more crispy. We ordered this way so we can try it all. The mermaid drink is beautiful n tasty. But you cant keep the glass. Also cant keep the bear glass neither that comes with french toast on the glass So since we ordered bacon donuts last time Thats what they're famous for. We ordered white bucetti (bun type pastry) waiter shakes it in front of you for white powdered sugar. Comes with 1 dip lemon. Seasonal. Over all i do like this place. Overpriced theme park food. Drinks were ok. Salads were nothing special and definitely not as good as described on the menu. My friend paid extra for salmon and got the tiniest portion (child size). Service was very slow and lacking. We asked for a sauce for our fries 3 different times and it never arrived. Hopefully the breakfast food items are better than the more traditional dinner menu items here because the Soda Pop Baby Back Ribs plate definitely left something to be desired - low quality meat, dry biscuit and bland slaw. Beyond the ribs though I don't think a single person out of our party of 7 found anything special or memorable in what they ordered. To make matters worse, the waitress here spilled a glass of wine all over two of us in the party so we sat uncomfortably wet with red wine stained clothes throughout dinner. The meal was not comped nor an offer to get us a dry shirt or sweater from the souvenir shop next door. However, the manager did offer to pay for our dry cleaning but Brian has been unresponsive and the restaurant has failed to make-good on that commitment. read more

Desserts were the star of the show after we had finished our main meals. I got a hazelnut crunch bar (hazelnut chocolate mousse topped with caramelized hazelnuts, whipped cream, chocolate balls, caramel sauce and a side of vanilla ice cream) and my husband got the Milky Way bar (chocolate mousse bar with pieces of caramel and nougat ~ chef's version of a deconstructed Milky Way Bar). Chi Chi (Whey vodka, pineapple, lime, date, honey, coconut, salt). This has a great creamy texture which I believe comes from the dairy component of the whey vodka. It is well balanced with some sweetness, and I could taste the coconut and date flavors. Lapu Lapu (Asian rum, Jamaican rum, dry curacao, lime, orgeat, demerara). It is juicy, well balanced, and served with a flaming sugar cube on top. This is the cocktail they chose to serve at their booth at Tiki Oasis recently which says a lot, try it! Thai Me Down (Barbados rum, coconut liqueur, papaya, lemon, demerara, Thai basil). It is served old-fashioned style, and was light and perfectly balanced. Those Thai inspired flavors were all noticeable. Demerara Dry Float. They added and took this one off the menu as of now. It was a balanced light citrusy drink which was served with a delicious sidecar of Hamilton 151 rum infused with banana chips. I sipped half of that and mixed the rest into the cocktail. It was served with a beautiful ice shell. I'm guessing it was too labor intensive, and took up a lot of space in their freezers. Recently added food: Ahi Poke Nachos (marinated ahi tuna, masago, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, furikake, green onion). This is such a tasty starter with so many textures and flavors. I love that the nachos are wontons too, and not just chips. Crab & Cream cheese wontons. Nice crisp wontons with a good amount of crab and cream cheese inside. The chili sauce and spicy mayo adds another layer of flavor, and there is a slice of jalapeno on top for a little heat. Pan-Seared Scallops. This was an excellent lighter entrée. The four scallops are cooked perfectly, and even have a little dollop of caviar on top. I liked the mix of veggies and really liked the bed of potato puree underneath. Steak & Eggs (8oz hanger steak, crying tiger glaze, Nam Jim Jaew sauce, sunny eggs, rice). I normally wouldn't try steak & eggs for dinner, but I can't resist a good hanger steak. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and I appreciate that it was pre-sliced. The crying tiger glaze and sauce were so flavorful. There's plenty of rice to soak up any left egg yolk or sauce. Recently added desserts: Dubai Chocolate Lava Cake. This was excellent, but it's definitely sweet and rich. Save some room if you plan on ordering this. Ube Flan Cake. I'm usually not a fan of flan, but I have to try anything with ube and this was good. The cake had nice ube flavor, and I liked that the flan was a little firm since the looser custardy/gelatinous texture is not for me. This is definitely a lighter dessert than the lava cake. It's not a new drink, but I also had the Naval Grog for the first time. (Lost Voyage rum, overproof white rum, allspice dram, lime, grapefruit, demerara, honey). It is boozy with nice spice notes. Other repeat cocktails enjoyed were Tales from the Black Lagoon (my favorite), Missionary's Downfall, Agave Parrot, Singapore Sling, and Serpents Grasp all of which are excellent. Opting for a beer proved to be a task, as the desired draft option, Blood Orange Wheat, was unavailable, leading to a compromise with a blonde. I recently visited this fairly new restaurant inside the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The food was notably delicious and savory, and the cocktails were truly amazing. The menu, while seemingly simple, offered a good selection. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not as delightful as I had hoped. Despite making reservations for 1:30 pm and being seated by 1:45 pm, we were taken by surprise to find that the restaurant closed at 2:00 pm, as this information was neither communicated to us nor listed on the website when making the reservation. Consequently, we felt rushed by our server due to the impending kitchen closure. At one point, the manager came to our table to remind us of the restaurant's closing time. When I addressed my concerns about the lack of communication and the rushed experience, the manager did not seem to show much concern. Additionally, I had taken care to inform our host about our birthday celebration, but unfortunately, no one came out to acknowledge or sing happy birthday to my daughter. This disappointment truly impacted my daughter's birthday experience. The restaurant team should have made it a point to mention the impending closure upon check-in, especially considering the size of our party. We stayed at the Pixar Place hotel and loved that they had a restaurant that served breakfast. We had an 8 am reservation. We were seated right on time.Our server and the staff were very nice. Our food was NOT very good. We ordered the chicken and doughnuts for the table. The chicken was not very crispy and lacked flavor. The doughnuts were not very flavorful either.There were 5 of us and we all agreed and didn't eat much of it. I had the American breakfast and the bacon was way over cooked,the eggs were scrambled and over done.The toast with bland avocado spread on it was not enjoyable either. My son had a Benedict and he said it was ok.They only offer one style of potato . No hash browns just a scalloped style potato.There aren't a lot of options on the menu and my sons girlfriend thought she'd just get a kids meal because nothing fit in her dietary preferences but she was told it was only for 12 and under. So all she had was a cup of fruit. It was the only disappointing meal during our trip.It was also the most expensive meal we had. The mimosa had no lavender flavor that I paid an extra $3 for and the french toast didn't have any strong flavor of anything. It was just dense bread with bland syrup on it. There's a patio, indoor seating, and a bar set in a tropical setting, and the hotel pools provide a relaxing atmosphere. We had a pleasant experience recently during early dinner. We spent most of the day in the parks and wanted to get the new Dole Whip POG with a 15th Anniv. souvenir cup, grab a couple of specialty drinks, and order some food. We found a table inside and ordered food by mobile. We went to the bar to get the Dole Whip and cocktails. We didn't wait too long in line before placing our orders with the bartender. I got the Hippopotomaitai without the souvenir cup. It was refreshing and hit the spot. My BIL got the Uh Oa!, without the souvenir cup, and it was a two-person cocktail. No wonder it was $29. The Dole Whip POG (Pineapple, Orange, and Guava juice) was an instant classic. Always a good time for a Dole Whip. For food, we shared the Tempura-battered Green Beans, which were delicious and came with a Togarashi Aïoli to dip. I ordered the Angus Hawaiian Cheeseburger (without the cheese) with sweet potato fries. The burger was great, with thick bacon and a well-seasoned, well-cooked beef patty. A very flavorful burger overall. The sweet potatoes were average, but the portions were generous. You can grab additional condiments at the counter, including ranch. The service and staff were kind. Magic Key discounts also apply here. Unfortunately, they don't validate parking for Downtown Disney (Simba Parking Lot). Doesn't hurt to ask the cast members if the rule has changed. You can also walk from the Mickey and Friends parking structure to the hotel. We tried breakfast a couple of years ago. My last review reflected that experience, but we may have to give it another morning visit after the recent positive experience. I saw a few new breakfast items that sound interesting.
