The menu had so many dishes to choose from, so you're bound to find something you want. I just wish they have more shrimp options. * Calamari 3/5 - I love calamari and was disappointed in these. They were very plain with no flavor. The garlic dip was good and made the calamari slightly better. I didn't like the cocktail sauce since it had horseradish and a bitter aftertaste. * Factory Nacho 3.5/5 - These were decent, though nothing exciting. * Shrimp Scampi 3/5 - This used to be my go to, but I haven't had it recently and I think they changed the recipe. The pasta and sauce were very sour. Thankfully, the shrimp had very good flavor. It was lightly breaded which made up a nice crunchy exterior. * Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo 4.5/5 - The gumbo was very flavorful. The protein amount was generous. There was meat in every bite. * Salmon (Kid version) 4/5 - This was a pretty good size salmon. Happy Hour, is only available Monday- Friday 4pm- 5pm while seated in the bar section. We order the avocado egg rolls, Thai chili shrimp, chicken pot sticks to start and all three were full of flavor and large enough portions to split each one. Next we tried the slider, sadly these did not have much flavor at all. Lastly we ordered the peanut butter cup cheesecake, this was amazing, highly recommend! Service was great! Disappointing experience! I spent over $26 for a salad at cheesecake factory to basically only receive a container full of lettuce and a few toppings that included cheese, beans and tortilla strips. See pictures. The salad was also supposed to include chicken and avocado. I spent 3.50 plus for extra avocado, and I don't even think the standard amount of avocado existed in the salad. The chicken was very minimal as well and poor quality. The chicken tasted like process chicken rather than slice chicken breast. Given the cost and quality of the salad I would not order this again. Came here after a day of downtown Disney and they were able to sit us within 15 minutes which was very nice, as all of the other restaurants around a tremendously long wait. It did take a bit of time to get our food out, but they were busy so we understand. I ordered their Peruvian chicken bowl and it was very good. The right was only OK but the chicken definitely had some flavor to it and so that the sauce that came with it. It is a great portion for the price! Updating my experience with The Cheesecake Factory because this order was so good. We tried the grilled chicken & avocado club for the 1st time & it was phenomenal. It had a generous amount of chicken & the combination of melted cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato & a creamy ranch style sauce made it so flavorful. It was big enough for me & my husband to share & we still felt very full. The avocado egg rolls are still a staple for us! They never disappoint & the tamarind cashew sauce is honestly the best part. I just wish there was an easier way to add an extra small side of it for delivery. For our toddler we got the kids cheese pizza & she loved it. It has a really rich & cheesy flavor & is now one of her favorites. I also ordered the Oreo cheesecake which is my #1 fave! It has the perfect balance of chocolate, creaminess & Oreo flavor with the crust & topping. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the side salad. I'd probably go with fries next time instead. After a long day at the convention center, I figured might as well stop here for dinner and it was the right choice. Right around 6:30. It was very crowded and there was a waitlist which is not bad and that's pretty much normal and it took about 15 minutes before I was seated. My server came over almost immediately and asked if I wanted the bread and of course, how can you deny fresh bread with butter and she also took my drink order, which was a Coke. A few minutes later, she came back with everything and I placed my dinner order and appetizer order, which was the chicken potstickers pan fried, which has such amazing flavor and they were just awesome My dinner selection is my go to which is the chicken Madeira and that was outstanding as well very well prepared and hot to the table. Unfortunately, I did not have room for their famous cheesecake so when I get back home, I'm gonna have to take the wife down to our local cheesecake factory in Maryland. Service was perfect. This was my first time trying the weekend brunch at Cheesecake Factory and it was super good! The French toast was SO fluffy and there were some other really fun menu items that are only offered for brunch that were fun to splurge on. I like that this location is close to the disney parks and that there's an hour of free parking in the lot here, it makes trying to eat in the area around the parks really easy! The vibe inside is like most cheesecakes out there but for some reason it feels slightly narrower. But the decor and ambiance is the typical aesthetic and I always love looking through their giant menu, I'm actually really impressed the cooks can make so many versatile items and they're all good! I'm grateful Cheesecake Factory hasn't slimmed down its menu in the recent years because all the versatility is what I love about this restaurant so much. Oh, we were also able to make a reservation here which I looove. I always prefer reservations and just knowing what time you're guaranteed to eat at means a lot to me and my family. I believe this is how every Cheesecake Factory works which makes it a great spot to reserve for birthdays and big get togethers. The meals were big enough to fill us both. As always, complimentary basket of bread. Our server was attentive even though she was holding down several large parties. Unfortunately this location has become subpar. They understaffed their servers on a busy weekend and the service was lacking. Plates were dirty upon sitting down the table. The service took way too long to bring out water, bread, and take our orders. The server brought our appetizers and entrees at the same time, which defeats the purpose of ordering appetizers. I ordered the house-made lemonade, which was anything but special. It tasted like regular vending lemonade except with a sugar rim. The Coconut Margarita was watered down and way too overpriced. They don't even list the price on the menu until you pay. They literally forgot one of my party's entrees until we asked them about it. When they brought out the Costoletta, the dish was cold - obviously sitting around not being served. There was just a lack of service and food quality throughout the night. Let's face it, The Cheesecake Factory was the hippest, hottest, busiest restaurant chain in town about 30 years ago, and, despite losing a bunch of its cool factor in the ensuing years, it's remained a reliable place to get a decent meal up to today. That's why my wife and I decided to grab brunch at the Anaheim location before a movie. It was quiet at this time of day, so there was no wait; we were quickly seated and quickly tended to by Adrian, a friendly, chatty, very helpful server. As always, loaves of fresh baked sourdough and pumpernickel were served with a generous portion of butter, which kept our hunger at bay while we waited for our food. My wife ordered the breakfast combo: nicely scrambled eggs with smoky bacon and a pair of buttermilk pancakes. Those pancakes looked pretty standard issue but tasted far better than one would imagine. Fluffy, with a nice bit of vanilla, these cakes were further elevated by the warm "buttery maple syrup" served beside them. Maybe not quite the same as DuPar's, but actually pretty close, and pretty terrific. I opted for two small bites from their newest menu of "specials": Cajun Shrimp and Jambalaya Arancini, both of which packed more spice than I thought they would, which was a very pleasant surprise (no hot sauce needed). The shrimp were fresh and perfectly cooked, topped with a very savory Cajun BBQ Sauce built with a good deal of butter, white wine, spice and cream. Fantastic taste, and I used the sourdough loaf to extract every last bit of sauce from the cast iron skillet. The Arancini were truly built from Jambalaya, a crunchy shell bursting with rice, sausage, veggies and a spicy, savory sauce. Hearty and packed with flavor. Really, a terrific starter, easily shared by 2. So for the first time in a longtime, I really enjoyed my meal at Cheesecake Factory, and with the usual spick & span cleanliness and comfortable tables, I may start going more and more. read more

Went in for happy hour since we have gone several times after work and it was a little off. We were a party of 5 and asked if we needed to check in for the lower table seating which we have done all other times we've been! The hostess was reluctant to giving it to us as she said that whole section is reserved. We didn't think anything of it as we thought there was a large party that had it reserved. She said we can sit at the high tops which seat 4 and one could squeeze in. I think the look I gave her made her rethink her response as she made an exception for us and said she'd put our name down and would seat us once 80% of our party arrived. Once we had 4/5 people there she sat is. Moments later a party of 2 got seated next to us for happy hour. I thought this section was reserved for something. Anyways once we got our waitress and some food and drinks it went well from there. The only item we got that no one really enjoyed was the Thai chili shrimp. It had a chicken nugget flavor to it and it was just very basic. The fried pickle fries were awesome. Stuffed mushrooms always amazing. Truffle fries were perfect! I also ordered the Asian tenderloin bowl and it was amazing. The garlic noodles were tasty. I wish there was a bit more steak but it was delicious and the flavors blended well all together, even for the next day as I took the rest for work the next day. A thousand stars for her! But parking here is kind of a headache, there's validated parking in the lot of the outdoor mall but I had to circle around a few times in order to find it. Went for dinner the other night. I've only been to the cheesecake factory one other time and that was probably about 15 years ago. When I got there, we received it fairly quickly. I ordered the Aji tuna salad, it was so good. The tune of the sea perfectly. I loved the vinaigrette. The salad had a hint of spiciness to it. Everything was fresh. I would totally order the salad again. The restaurant was crowded, but not congested. The waiter we had was super nice. There were 12 of us at the table. Had a great night at The Cheesecake Factory! I haven't been here in a long time, but I was seriously craving their pasta, and it definitely hit the spot. We had a reservation for 7:30 on a Friday, and wow--it was packed. GardenWalk is already busy, and it felt like all of Anaheim showed up that night. We did wait about 45 minutes for our table, but we were a group of six, so it was understandable. Once seated, everything was worth it. I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which was good, but I have to say... my friend's Chicken Parmesan completely stole the show. She let me try a bite, and it was SO flavorful and delicious--I was honestly a little jealous! Definitely ordering that next time. The rest of the table got a mix of dishes like the Taquitos, Ahi Nachos, and the Chipotle Chicken Bowl, and everything looked amazing. Portions are HUGE--we all had leftovers to take home. There were many gluten free options. We enjoyed the Crispy Brussels sprouts, Bee sting flatbread pizza (Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, mozzarella, vodka sauce, Parmesan, honey), Farfalle with chicken & roasted garlic, Grilled rib-eye steak (medium rare with green beans and mashed potatoes) & Sweet corn tamale cake. Stopped by The Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim as a walk in. It was a bit frustrating with waiting but it was all made up for once we got a table. Our server, Alejandra, was seriously so sweet and friendly from the start. She was super attentive and checked on us throughout our meal without being overbearing. She made sure our drinks were always full, everything came out right, and we had everything we needed. We have been to this location many times, but will not be back. I wish I didn't even have to do 1 star. On June 9th, my daughter dined in & had separate checks for their table. She was charged $19.34 for her meal. That was the bill presented and I had seen the charge on her card. On June 11th, we get an email about an "updated" charge of $22.34. I called Cheesecake Factory right away, the manager said he would get back to me. He does call a few minutes later and says he cannot find the card in the system and that he would not be able to do any refunds without a receipt. I asked him if we would be able to show him the charge and date on our banking transactions and he said a receipt was needed. He said he would proceed to call me back and NEVER did. It's now June 16th and it's not resolved, we cannot even dispute our charge through the bank. On the phone, he was very dismissive and seems annoyed asking, "So just $3?" Yes. Just $3! Of my money! I can right away tell he was not going to try and be helpful with the issue. I even offered to come in person to both figure it out and his response is, "Doesn't make a difference". He never explained to me what the updated charge could've been, just that they would not be able to do anything without a receipt. I had even thought about calling corporate but they're even known to be worse. Best advice is to throughly check your bill, ALWAYS ask for a receipt, and hope your server is decent. read more

Wanted to get away from Disneyland to eat. Using the Disneyland Tram, was dropped off nearby to walk across the street to the Cheesecake Factory. We had no reservations but waited at a minimum 20 minutes to get seated. Ordered adult beverages and entrees all at once. Received our bread first with butter. Tasty but will make you full before you receive your main entrees. Lol Received all of our entrees with 15 mins. All was delicous! No complaints jusy content and satisfaction. The only thing we noticed is that our assigned waitress would go missing for a significant amount of time. All good, no complaints on the food. Can have better service. Donavan suggested nachos and a buffalo stuffed chicken dish that my husband had seen on Instagram, despite his usual aversion to buffalo sauce. To our surprise, both dishes were hella Good. My oldest tried the omelette, and my 3 littles had pepperoni pizza and cheese pizza. Apparently the pizza was so good she almost fell asleep at the table lol. We have been here before and had great experiences in the past. Once again we had an outstanding server with Paulina. She was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions. I had the chicken enchiladas and she had the shrimp scampi. Both were very delicious and the portions were large. We were very fortunate to see the server that we had the last time we visited (Alicia). She came over to our table and visited with us for a while. The service and food are always excellent here. I feel that a lot of the credit goes to the manager who does the hiring and training. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Disneyland, you might want to consider walking or driving over to the GardenWalk and eating at this restaurant. I love the variety of food and cheesecakes offered. It has been a couple of years since I've been to one but my brother got me a CF gift card for Christmas. Since it was my turn to pick a lunch spot I chose to come here. The date of my visit was 1/4/26. And we just missed the brunch hours. I had my eyes set on the Fried Chicken and Waffles Benedict. As we walked in and approached the hostess desk there was only one party of 5 ahead of us. It was just a five minute wait for our table. Our server took our drink orders while giving us time to look at the menu. My friend got the Shrimp Scampi while I settled with the Shepard's Pie. We receive the complimentary bread and the food came out promptly 15 minutes I think. Both dishes came out to our liking. The beef in the pie was tender, veggies thoroughly cooked and mash potatoes moist. My friend enjoyed his shrimp and pasta. For desert we split a red velvet cheesecake. Which was delicious.
