Excellent place to purchase your first vape, buy juices, and upgrade your vape parts. They have plenty of flavors to choose from with special deals like 3 for $15. The pricing differs between juice brands, but they're all priced reasonably here. They don't overcharge, and they're alot cheaper and have more options than other vape shops. The guy that helped me and my boyfriend was definitely knowledgable and was happy to explain to us newbies about how to take care of our vapes. He taught us how to turn it on/off correctly, how to charge it, switch out flavors, and more. He told us about the different nicotine level options and the most popular flavors, as well. I visited the store today and I was a very happy customer. I have been vaping for a while and decided to finally graduate to a mod style vape. I looked at a few models but didn't know much about the mod style vapes. Needless to say the owners running the place was very knowledgeable. I went with his recommendation of a itaste SVD. Needless to say I am very happy with the purchase thus far. The owner gave me a great price also. I know I could have gotten all this stuff online, but I still value business where I can do business in person. I cant wait until they open up a little chill bar area. So this place is totally awesome, one of THE best places to chill for a couple reasons. Let start with the owner, chill, cool, and the ladies love em, think about it... think everyone like Fonzi for the weird noises he made no, cuz he was a pimp! Movin on, the clientele is cool too. Been coming by this shop for quit some time now and still haven't been able to switch it up too much. Recently they have changed their pricing structure that has a great incentive. Helps buyers with small purchases as well as larger ones. The new ownership has improved the shops growth! Very happy how the juice selection has improved exponentially! Phenomenal experience. I walked through the front door with little experience to the vape scene and left feeling enthusiastic and excited for a new smoke-free future. I was promptly greeted by Robert and explained my situation. He gave me a rundown of all the things I had been overwhelmed by from my internet review for vaping. It actually made sense for a change. He had some solid recommendations tailored to my needs and experience level. There was zero pressure to by the fancy top of the line model, he was looking for me to have a successful experience and gave me tips and pointers. So i work near this vape shop. And so found it convenient to stop by on my break time to try out some new flavors and what not. These people have no customer service skills. Most of there selection is the worst ive ever sampled. I believe 7-11 has a better selection than this vape shop. They charge to change out the cottons. This place is a joke . I walked in yesterday 8/9/13 and Robert was the most patient person I have ever met! He took all the time in the world to explain EVERYTHING to me. He didn't make me feel stupid in anyway. This is a great Vape store. The people that work there so nice & very helpful. I have bought a mod from them and coils and lots of E-liquids as well. Whenever I have had problems or questions about my Vape or anything, they have always helped me figure it out, fix it or whatever. I wouldn't go anywhere else & they aren't that far. I don't write a whole lot of reviews here but I wanted to write a quick note about Great Vape and the experience I had there the other day. I purchased a mod from them a week previously and after a few days the thing just stopped working. I took the unit back into the shop and after trying for a few minutes to get it working again they offered to simply swap the faulty mod out with a new one. That made my day. I know a lot of people would say "well yeah, that's what SHOULD happen in a case like this" and i tend to agree. But the truth is, in my experience at least, this is rarely the case. Items purchased, used for a week, and then returned faulty are rarely exchanged. I appreciated the guys at Great Vape for helping me out and wanted to let everyone know that they (and a lot of small, brick and mortar businesses) still understand that good customer service is key. Very large and clean shop with a drill press to drill out atomizers. They had 4 people working and while I was there it seemed like 4 people may not have been enough. Good selection of entry and mid level vape products. They had some advanced mechanical mods and atomizers. While I have seen more at a couple of other stores I cant expect them to have a massive mechanical mod and atomizer inventory. They do have a pretty big juice selection and are very encouraging on testing the juices. I did find a new brand to me, TVO. Totally Vaped Out. Mad Scientist which is a melon mix with mint/menthol. That alone will make me drive from San Francisco to visit this shop again. read more

I just moved here from Texas and was trying to find a good place to get my gear. On my first stop in to the store I was browsing everything but not really in the position to buy. The staff was friendly and knowledgable without applying any pressure. I bought some juice, which turned out to be great, and expressed interest in an MVP kit. They gave me an honest run down on the parts which I thought was very fair. Once I got paid I came back but was running late for work. I was able to get in and out with the kit with no upsells. Good stuff. I can get things for a few bucks cheaper online but for the walk in ease, I'll be back. read more

I've been here on numerous occasions and every time was greated with a smile and provided with exceptional costumer service. Still fairly new to the vape world. With that said I did experience a few challenges as a beginner and even brought in a pen I had previously purchased thru a groupon deal.
