The 2nd time i went to this vape shop. And it turns out, theres such a thing as TROLLS! The 1st time was when i had purchased my Smok vape batteries that i use now to help me get off of cigarettes. I am very frustrated tonight because i called in about a certain juice that maybe by chance they had,... i was unlucky, so i decided to go there and find out what juice was alike. When i walked in, the guy at the counter asked me what i was lookin for, but started asking questions in a suspicious way, i could literally FEEL tension .. (i give off as a "TROLL"..)?!?? The explanation from him all summed up is.. Trolls are people who will go vape shop to shop, EXPECTING TO BE HELPED, try all juices to see whats new in stores, and only walk out with a bottle of $17 juice so they could sell it online.. i don't know much about vaping, maybe just basics. i just needed help finding the right juice i could stay with. The other guy was cool, he offered me selections, and i was willing to buy even without trying it. Thats how uncomfortable i was even after letting them know i was the one the called earlier.. But they held the right to refuse service for some trolling reason, and i tried to explain that they've made a mistake. DAMN YOU TROLLS!! That was the closest vape shop that i could've been a regular at since i moved. So im here to make a review (revised) to tell everyone that it was a very unpleasant 2nd time experience, and made me frustrated that i was honestly just trying to find some juice. Theres no point in me coming back to that vape shop, so 1 STAR for this shop teaching me this.. "if you dont want to be pushed out, dont act like a troll." .. like what..?! And a message for the "$3k-A-Day" boasting dude that pushed me out, i dont know if you own the store or what: Depending on how you treat your customers, they might turn out to be regulars and there still is such a thing as people trying to quit, we just haven't found the right juice and for me, it wont be at Great Vape. read more

I've come here numerous times and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Primarily because this shop is easy for me to get to. I referred a buddy to Great Vape- who came for expertise in choosing a juice he wants to stick with long term. The story still confuses the living hell out of me, but an individual in this store labeled my referred friend a "troll", kicked him out of the store and yelled at him on the way out "We make $3000 a day, we don't need you". Mind you this is one of the nicest guys I know- so it baffles me this individual has the audacity to treat him so poorly. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and immature behavior. Finally made it back over here. It is under new ownership apparently and they made a lot of changes. Now it is more bar like. Seemed to have less ejuice than before but was nice. Joel was friendly and helpful as I went with my wife and she had never been to one of these places before as we buy most of our stuff online She had fun and we picked up some decent juice! The staff, management, and owner are some of the friendliest and most charming people I have ever met. They are knowledgable and exhibit great customer service. My neighbor recently purchased a vape from this awesome place and when she went back to buy more flavors, I tagged along to see what vaping is all about, etc. I didn't even know this place existed, until my neighbor showed me. Decided to stop by after work to sample some eliquid. I've been stopping by here on and off for a while now. Shop- nice location great parking very spacious cool bar/layout Service- the staff seems too busy amongst themselves and their regulars to suggest new flavors the lady there is very crude and unprofessional. I would've liked them to be more attentive since it is a customer service job but unfortunately they paid more attention to their cell phones. Selection- very diverse variety of "Vape pens" and "mods" nothing different that all of the other shops don't carry from what I have seen. Cuttwood is always out of stock so if you love unicorn milk id say skip this shop or call in before to make sure it's available. Although I will say their prices are competitive and very reasonable. All in all the shop has potential but the owner should look into expansion and new products and new popular flavors due to this very fast paced and booming industry. I had bought almost all my vape supplies here but last time I bought something it was defective and they refuse to exchange it saying they don't do exchanges. They just suggested me to buy a new one When something is broken from the manufacturer they should take care of it if it's defective. The owner contacted me and explained to me that the employee had the wrong information about warranty, so he offer me an exchange/refund and I got it. Still when I got my refund another employee told me again that they don't have warranty in anything despite I told him the manager told me that they do (but not on liquids that is understandable). I just started vaping, and found this place is more like a vape club than a shop based on the staff being friendly and pretty laid back. Grabbed a battery for about the same price I paid for my last one from another vape shop, so I guess their prices are pretty fair... but the selection of juices here was ridiculously huge .. and I grabbed a small clearance bottle for $2 which was awesome. read more

To any potential customer of Great Vape: This is an excellent place to begin your vaping experience or at least purchase vaping supplies. There is a multitude of different batteries/mods available for purchase. The amount of ejuice is phenomenal! My favorite part about the Great Vape experience is that the ejuice flavors are try-able for free. You don't even need to have your own mod - the store has mods that you can use to try out the different flavors. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The reason why I didn't give Great Vape five stars is because some of the staff aren't very knowledgeable. This is easily forgivable as most companies regardless of industry do not employ experts for every employee. However, some of the employees are very knowledgeable. Two of the employees there answered my questions with experienced ease. I asked about a particular variable-intake tank and one of these knowledgeable guys explained his experience testing the tank out and even offered to sell me their test tank! This gentlemen even offered a discount if I wanted it, but also counseled me against the purchase as he didn't believe the tank was built as well as the price indicated. Excellent service. Ultimately, I am very pleased with my Great Vape experiences and I will be coming here in the future for my purchases.
