It was not a big deal for me but if you're dining in expecting full service, this may be disappointing for you. She ordered ramen with a miso soup base, pork dumplings, and added chili oil. She was glad she added the chili oil because she said it added just the right amount of spice. I tried it as well and thought it gave it just a little heat - could be easily eaten by anyone. We got the order to go in case we couldn't find a table. They packaged the soup separate from the noodles so her noodles wouldn't get soggy in case it would be a while before she could eat it.
