Great deals available here on produce, meat, and seafood! I wish they had a larger section on home goods, but maybe I just came on a day where they were out of stock on small dishes.

    rice looks like expire

A lot of the food wasn't fresh. I was very disappointed.First time i bought the rice like this color i don't know how long it stay there and the most of fruit and vegetable are not fresh at all I think they need to improve their management in these areas.

I have quickly fallen in love with this Asian market. As a vegan, I'm able to find enormous quantities of wonderful things here to cook for my family's plant-based diet that I can't find anywhere else. Shelves stay well stocked, the store is bright and clean, there's hardly any wait at check out because they keep many registers running every day. Cashiers are friendly and welcoming. In addition to normal Chinese staples, I appreciate the large selection of teas, sauces, beautiful produce, ramen, desserts, spring rolls, dumplings, and so on. So much lovely cookware and dishes that i'm tempted to throw out everything I have at home and start over. Prices are good and I stock up on every visit . YES: vegan friendly

Stopped in as I enjoy international grocery stores and this one didn't disappoint when it comes to their selection and variety of Asian ingredients, produce, and groceries. It's the typical international grocery store though, definitely nothing pretty (with torn up, uneven floors, messy displays/shelves, lots of smells, etc), but if you're seeking a specialty Asian ingredient for meal prep, they probably have it here!

Second time....rotten noodles (before Corvid19?)....last time ,I've told them ...this noodle already bad ......but their employees still place products on the shelves!!!(I double checked....still bad!)they don't care ?......already 3months!'......maybe longer than that!!!!!!! 大田河粉 劝大家不要 買 ......不良商品 若有人可以跟 大田廠商 反應 .... 叫它們提早関門 免得危害人間!

Beware when you pick up your items, make sure they are not expired.

This is not a first time I bought expired product from them, I keep forgetting inspect expired date before I purchase!! That should've been their job, right?

    Bag-it-yourself bean sprouts station.

I went inside specifically to get bags of bean sprouts and was disappointed because of the merchandise set up. This particular store seemed to only have bag it yourself bean sprouts and no pre-washed and pre-packaged bean sprouts. Bean sprouts are notorious for causing food-borne illness. It is also hard to wash them individually. I find it unsafe for consumption when the bag-it-yourself bean sprouts have zero covering over it and would be so easily contaminated during the bagging process --just imagine how many different unwashed hands picking through them to bag it. Yuck. Knowing how we are all attempting to avoid COVID-19 or food-borne illness whenever possible, I left without purchasing anything at this location. I am giving a 3-star rating due to ease of parking, and otherwise cleaner shopping environment compared to Lotte.

1/30/21 Welcome to The Great Wall, no, not The Great Wall Of China; however, the lines and how busy it was says differently. While walking to the store, I was great by the stink of trash or was it fish? Seafood has that smell and it us something I am not accustomed to. Still after a short while, you stop smelling it. The Great Wall generally attracts a lot of Asians and Hispanics to this store. Every once and awhile I see someone of a different background and we stand out. Hey, if the greater goods are here, then this is where we are going. Today we found Hello Kitty Mug and a new mug bowl to replace the Hello Kitty mug bowl. I am not a Hello Kitty fan, but I understand the importance of personal object one treasures. On our way to the checkout line, people were all over the place. Six feet distance was few and far in between. I glanced down and saw a jade dragon ship in every sense of the word. It was undoubtedly made of plastic for hundred twenty eight dallors. Nevertheless, it gave me an idea for one of my characters in my book. I might go back for the dragon ship on day. If I do not,..."C'est La Vie say the old folks to show them that you never can tell." Upon checking out, the language barrier came into the picture, but we made it out okay. Talking in Spanish seemed to do the trick, since most of the staff are either Hispanic or Asian. Hey!, the best of both worlds. This was the busiest I have ever seen this place. The Great Wall and Unique (a second hand store) are now the two main headliners. I think if this shopping Center ever got closed down, it would become a new area for residency. A new addition for the Mosaic Center. In the meantime, The Great Wall will continue to me a main source for many families at a decent price. The place is we stocked and finding watchable want or whatcha need is easy. This place is worth checking out at least once.

    Great Wall supermarket: black chicken

Big asian store with lots of options. 1. Fresh fruit/vegetables, grocery Not everything is at its freshest, so check carefully to get good stuff. But you will get whole lotta more options compared to normal grocery stores. 2. Rare asian cookies/chocolate/candies So yum! love it here for that 3. Fresh meat/fish/seafood You can buy fresh meat here as well as pre-packaged frozen meat. Interesting thing is, they sell things like black chicken!! 4. Food stall they have their own food stall, I wasn't too fond of their food.

We have seen flies and rodents around this daily leak that has rained the ground. The smell is absolutely repulsive

Marufuji does carry a lot of Japanese imported items you cannot find at other stores in the area, and I think it's a great addition to Tysons. All of the employees are so friendly too, I love stopping by just to browse the new stuff they get in every once in awhile. It absolutely is pricey, since it's a very small specialty grocery store. The produce they carry is fresh, but the markup is quite high. You're likely not going to come here for your regular weekday grocery haul. When I shop here I always make sure I'm shopping deals/sales, otherwise I come here for the meat. They have the best quality A5 wagyu and kurobuta pork. Again it's pricey, but even full price it's worth it for the insane marbling. I did manage to catch their wagyu on a sale where it was $80/lb which was a pretty cool find. I'm also personally a sucker for the gachapon machines at the front of the store (which rotate semi-regularly).

At the counter, we ordered from their menu which had a very delicious borsht. It came pipping hot with some dill, and the veggies were nice and cooked down. The sampler is a must try if you want to get a good sense of the foods they offer, really enjoyed the varity of kielbasa and the hot mustard it comes with to dip.
