    Egg drop soup

My husband and I have recently moved into the area and we were in a mood for Chinese food. We are glad to have found this place. We did delivery so we are not sure how it looks inside, but the person on the phone was very nice and answered all our questions. We will be ordering from here again.

Obviously a franchise which only offers takeout and delivery. Nice menu and very reasonable prices. Always trying new Chinese restaurants for takeout. I ordered the Szechuan Pork combination dinner. Nice portion with red and green peepers, celery, snow peas, and onions. Good flavors but not spicy. Comes with fried rice , egg roll, and choice of soup.

I debated between 3 and 4 stars... it's definitely 3 1/2...That's good to very good! We stopped here not sure if it was take out only of if it had tables to sit down at and eat in. But we were driving in the rain and decided to take a chance. I like Holly S's suggestions and since she loved their chicken moo shu, we knew it could not be be bad. As it turned out, although mainly a take out place (the phone didn't stop ringing with delivery orders) and people coming to pick up orders the entire time we were there, they have 5 large tables so you can eat in. You order at the counter. Service was friendly and they go over the order to make sure that it's accurate. They even asked what order we wanted to get our soup and egg roll. First or all our good at once? I ordered an egg roll for me and some hot n sour soup for my husband to start. They delivered both to the table. The egg roll was decent -- close to the kind I like. The hot n sour soup was piping hot in temperature and was at least 2 cups worth. It had good flavor, although my husband likes it a bit more "sour" and had all the good basics in it. The home style crispy noodles for the soup were good, as well. For our main dishes, we shared their pork moo shu and Singapore rice noodles. The moo shu had lots of thin tender pieces of pork along with cloud ear mushrooms and cabbage. It was in a very flavorful sauce so had you wanted to eat it alone with the white rice provided, you could have. It did come with three pancakes and a small container of hoisin sauce, as well. The Singapore noodles were thin angel hair pasta in a curry sauce with shrimp, chicken, scallions, and vegetables; it had a bit of a kick from the red chili pepper flakes throughout. I had to temper some of the "heat" by putting duck sauce on top. Both entrees were huge and after much eating, we still took more than half of each dish home for a future meal. I also picked up a take out menu so that I'd have a longer time to peruse their offers and to order from them next time we are in the area.

I've been looking for good Chinese food for a while. Well, I finally found it. I Ordered take out last night and it was delicious. We ordered vegetable spring rolls, shrimp with broccoli and moo shu vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection. The shrimp was plump and the brown sauce was so tasty. The only negative was delivery took over an hour but it was certainly worth the wait. Can't wait to order from here again

This is the best Chinese takeout in the area! Their chicken wings are legendary…read more We ordered a quart of the house chow mein, and the lunch special L 17, Szechuan shrimp. No disappointments here! And the price is right also.

A hole in the wall kind of place with lots of happy decorations. We were so hopeful. But overall…read morethere wasn't much to come back for. Menus, plastic utensils, and sauce packets are in the waiting area which is nice. Servings were ample. And the prices were fair. The dinners come with both an egg roll and a small soup as well as choice of rice and meal. Mine was about $13 and I got 2 meals out of it. We also ordered a few apps. The egg rolls were meaty and crispy. Not my favorite but definitely acceptable. I also enjoyed the triangular fried crab Rangoon, which also was crispy and freshly made. I was not a fan of the accompanying sauce, but I think most people would like it. My son said there was no crab And I think he was right. He didn't want any and it's usually his favorite thing. Next we tried the fried pork dumplings. A Plus is the inside was tasty and they seemed made in-house. But the pan frying didn't work well for takeout. And the wrappers were a bit doughy. Oddly there was no dumpling sauce. The egg drop soup was a hit with my son. And the crispy wontons seemed fresh. The hot and sour soup had the right heat level but seemed to be missing something. The broth lacked depth, it was just hot. The kungpao chicken dinner came completely packed with my chosen white rice, lots of veggies, nuts and tender chicken. The thin sauce was not spicy at all and that was disappointing. But I didn't specifically request spicy. The veggies though were a nice blend including mini corn, water chestnuts, mushroom, carrot, celery, onion and pepper. No Szechuan pepper though. The serving portion was huge (served two). If we ever go back, I wouldn't order any of the items we got. It would be to taste the fried rice, lo mein, and probably something fried, like wings, because they seemed to do that well.
