They are aggressive to get your job but failed to come through as they promised... Disappointed and becare when working with this company. Becare every careful if you use this people, Anush reached out me several and get the job December 2025, they were great to start with but disappointed as soon the start of the work and did not follow through. 1) I had new floor put in, when their team came to remove and install the windows, they did not protect my floor, I stopped the work and layout the floor protection my self. 2) They did not seal the windows properly, 3 of my windows leaked huge amounts of water during the Dec 24, 2025 storm. They did come out to reseal few days later but we have yet to know if the work was up-to-par. They never offer to pay for the costs to repair the damage on the walls, window sills and flooring. 3) Anush was nice to inform me of the rebates, but twice the submission was rejected my Milgard due to a non matching sales code. I called, emailed and spoke to Anush. She said she would fix it, it never happened, it's been 5 months now. She has not returned any of my calls nor responded my emails. I have been asked by my neighbors to refer them, I will tell them what happended to me. read more

They replaced the 6 entirely from the inside, flawlessly, neatly, and all 7 windows in 6 hours, from arrival of ( 3, skilled) workers to final cleanup, inside and out (all debris and old windows taken) away, and all furniture back in place. We recently worked with Nick from Greco Windows & Doors to replace all the windows in home. There were 13 total, so it was a big job. Nick came out for the initial visit & estimate and then the installers came out to do the official measurements. We were told it typically takes about 3 weeks to order the windows and have them delivered, but a few of the casement windows we needed were back ordered so it took about 9 weeks. This was a bit longer than we were anticipating but Nick's communication with us throughout the process was excellent. When install day did arrive, the team was very fast and professional! They make it look so easy. Unfortunately two of the windows that were delivered were the wrong size. We checked and the order was correct, but Millard had delivered the wrong sizes. Nick worked his magic and had the correct size windows within 2 weeks. His installs came out again and out in the last two windows. Their pricing is competitive, product is superior and communication was excellent. We would highly recommend working with Greco Windows & Doors. I hired Greco for 2 sets of French doors. I had bid out to several companies and they were the most reasonable plus they had good reviews so I hired them. When the doors finally arrived, they were not the design we agreed on and getting new ones took months. When those finally arrived the install was so bad, they cracked the wall, they were unbalanced and couldn't lock. I had to constantly call Francisco who sometimes replied but most often didn't. When we finally got them working and I was somewhat satisfied we ended up with all that rain. The doors swelled so much I couldn't open. I called and texted repeatedly because I believe the wood wasn't treated. I even got the owner on the phone who said he would call me right back but never did so I ended up hiring someone to shave the doors so they would be operational. Found on Yelp. They have a weird phone tree for "inside sales", "accounting", and several individuals by name. No way to get to an operator or to a secretary to direct calls. I pressed several numbers all of which took me to voicemail messages. Sent them an e-mail through their website on Friday June 3, 2022 at 1:45 PM asking them to call me since I can't figure out who to contact using their phone tree. Francisco called at 4 PM on Friday, June 3, 2022. We made an appointment for Wednesday, June 15 at 2:30 PM. Francisco did not show up nor did he call. I called him and texted him at 3 PM - 30 minutes after the appointment. He did not pick up or respond. I also called Greco Windows directly and asked where he was. At 3:10 PM, Francisco called and said he has been having car problems for a few days and doesn't have a vehicle. He stated that he did not forget the appointment - although he did not call me to inform of any of this until 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time and only because I called him. Francisco said that he would talk to his foreman, Oscar, and send him instead in the next couple of days. One month later, I still had not heard back from either Francisco or Oscar. If this is how they treat me just to set up a consultation, I have to believe that this unprofessionalism also reflects in their workmanship and installation. Will not schedule a consultation with them even if they do call back. I found their Operations Manager (Arman Tyfekchyan) on Linked-In. I called him on Saturday, June 4, 2022 and left a voicemail message detailing my experience with Francisco so that he knows how Greco employees interact with potential customers, noting that I would not use their services. He did not call me back to apologize or to inform me that he would look into it or make any corrections. read more

i called this company for a quote on repairing/replacing a large window (the best part of $1000 worth of work- based on other quotes). i was forwarded to Jerry. He was pretty short on the phone when i first called- but i know what its like to work in the service industry so i wrote it off as a "long day"- i followed up sending him reference photos, measurements and other info to help the process with the response of: "i'll talk to my partner and get back to you with a price". i stressed that it was time sensitive and was assured it would be a "quick response- as soon as i talk to him".... 10 days passed with no response- i called twice with no response. i just called again to follow up (again with "grumpy Jerry" as I'm now calling him)... he remembered me, so i assume he remembered it was time sensitive/got my messages- because he was even more short with his responses... i barely finished my question when he snapped that he wouldn't be able to fix the window... fine, not a problem- but as i was then asking if he knew a place that would be able to help/replace the widow he hung up on me. sorry but this customer service is not acceptable- maybe greco is better as a company- but they still get one star from me I'm afraid. very unimpressed. if i could give less i would. read more
