The hazies were rich with a nice fresh fruity taste, the sours had a good ballance of sweetness and the stouts had a nice twist of classic flavors. They had unique flavores like strawberry rhubarb pie and lemonchello for sours, French toast and peper.wnt mocha for stouts. I appreciate when breweries have a strong enough base of beers that they can take risks that pay off like this. The staff was beyond friendly. They gave us tones of recomendations, had long passionate conversations and they even covered the drink. It wasn't just one person either. We had great conversations with 2 or 3 of the staff. This brewery is about 2 hours away from where we live but I think it will inspire a few day trips just to visit.
