Service from south SF to Mountain View area. I had a leaky sink and was asking for quotes, the first plumber to come told me it was unfixable and the faucet needed to be replaced. When Cornelio came, he let me know that it was fixable and he gave me quotes for the fix and replacement that were fair and in line with other quotes. I could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable by the way he explained the situation. We also came across a few other issues and he was helpful explaining things along the way. He never pushed for any solution or project but laid out options and explained the pros and cons, if asked he would tell us his recommendation. I appreciated this approach. I'd say that the estimates aren't the lowest but they're reasonable and they do honor the Yelp discount. They quote by project/task and not by hour, so if they finish early the fee is the same. Other than his solid experience and communication skills, another thing I liked is that he was always very respectful of our home, he wore booties and never forgot to put them on or take them off as many contractors tend to over time (we are a no shoe in house home).
