Our kitchen pipe clogged and I found this service company on yelp, the reviews are excellent and Orlando responded pretty quickly, and was able to come to my house the next day. However, after trying a few times to de-clog with his tool, he declared he can not fix it with his snake and we had to replace the pipes. It sounded a bit too far and beyond than what I expected. So I decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion, and the new plumber was able to nail the job and we don't need to replace pipes at all! So I do not like Orlando's service and would not recommend him to anyone. read more
