He came within 30 minutes and solved the issue and even found where the main water valve is which I didn't know where it was. The toilet water shut off valve wouldn't work and it just kept making the toilet run which was making me worry some because I didn't want the water bill to rise up. We experienced a flex line leak to our water heater. It was Sunday evening on MLK holiday weekend, and our usual plumber was not available. Alan responded to our emergency call, he was at our home within an hour, he diagnosed the problem right away, and he quoted a fair price to replace both hot and cold flex lines. Despite the tight space, Alan worked efficiently to bleed the water heater to ensure no pressure issues, then he disconnected the old flex lines, perfectly shaped and welded new flex lines, and then he re-lit the pilot light, fired up the water heater, and adjusted the temperature. He tested the lines, and there were no leaks! The whole job took about an hour. Alan is polite and easy to work with, and he got us out of a fix. Thank-you! read more

He showed up promptly, and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the anode rod in my 6+ year old water heater which was similar to another quote I received directly from another company. I wish I could give zero . I received a call from my mother this morning. She told me that water keeps pouring from a toilet. I found this service on yelp. Alan answered the phone. He told me he would arrive in 40 minutes. He called me again in few minutes and told me he would arrive in 15 minutes since I had an emergency. Upon arrival he called me . He told me that I had a mess in my house, few inches of water in the living room. Then he offered to send me a video! I waited for few minutes. I finally received a video showing the wood floor in my living room. Obviously, it's impossible to see the water. It's colorless ! Allen told me he could take care of the problem, dry the floor and fix the toilet . He asked for $2500 . In the past we paid about $200 for clogged toilet. Obviously, I was shocked. I asked him how much would be just to fix the toilet. I would take care of the floor. He asked for $750 I told him I would think about and he left. I arrived 20 minutes later. I had few inches of water in the living room. I was shocked since Alan didn't even turn of the water! He arrived, saw elderly women, started to make a video of the emergency, talked to me about the price for his service and didn't bother to turn off the water! I understand , it's a business but how about some sense of dignity and professionalism?! I found a plumber. He arrived in one hour, fixed the toilet for $ 200 with three months warranty . I had to dry the floor . It took me two hours. My friend bought me a device at Home Depot to pump the water for $30 . By time he found it I took care of the water.
