My friend and i stumbled across this spot last Saturday. Great customer service, tasty drinks and great vibes! They really nailed the interior design to fit the retro bus theme! They have a few tables outside which was perfect for this beautiful day! We also enjoyed one of their scones! This is a fantastic spot to work, study or enjoy time with a friend!

Cutest coffee shop I've seen in a minute. Vegan and compostable everything inside, unique decor and the cutest chairs for working out of. If I was a remote worker I'd be doing it here!! Banana bread was delightful, people were delightful, eggnog latte was delightful. Impeccable start to a Wednesday.

Great vibes, great food, great drinks! Service was quick. All the baked goods were gluten free and vegan and my husband without dietary restrictions loved the blonde that her got! Happy 5th Birthday Green Bus Cafe!

Oh my heavenly sweet father, this coffee shop may be one of my favorites if not, my favorite! The Dalgona Coffee is deliciously rich in texture and taste. I am drinking one now, and I swear, I think I may just come back for it after eating my brunchy brunch. The service is excellent and seriously, the Dalgona is EVERYTHING! Please open up a shop in The Bay Area because I think you guys would thrive!

I want the dang recipe! It was so flavorful and the texture was perfect. And the salad. Bleu cheese and bacon are always good but the combination of peppers and proportions of lettuce to toppings made this salad exceptional. Finally the key lime cheesecake ended the meal with groan of enjoyment. Definitely worth a stop. There were so many menu options I hope to try others during our next visit.

We made a reservation…read morethrough OpenTable and were able to call the restaurant to make modifications when we knew we were running late. The staff member on the phone was very accommodating and helpful. It took us a few tries to find parking, but there is street parking available nearby. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. We were seated on the covered patio that was equipped with heaters. The heaters were on full blast on a 73 degree day. We asked if it was possible to turn down the heat but they said they could not. It's good that they have strong heaters for colder days but it's a lot less pleasant on the warmer ones. It was to the point where my entire chest and face were bright red by the end of the dining experience. One of the people in our party ordered an iced tea and all of the ice melted after a few minutes. The service started out on the more negative side. Our server kept disappearing and his nose was visibly running when he came by the table. His responses were also very short when we asked questions. He did appear to be in a much better mood later on in the experience after we had our food. He began to check on us more frequently and was a lot more chatty. The monkey bread was on the more dry side and some of the pieces were very crispy, but it had a good level of sweetness that wasn't overwhelming. The rest of the food was just okay. I ordered the North Shore 3-way and the entire bottom bun was soggy. I ended up just not eating the bottom bun because it was extremely mushy. The flavors of the dish didn't mix well together. Their version of a smash burger was pretty good. It looks a little bit lonely if you order it as is because it doesn't have a side that comes with it unless you pay extra. They have a lot of cocktails that looked interesting, but we didn't end up ordering any during this trip. Based on this experience, I wouldn't feel the need to return on my own but I would give it another try if someone else wanted to go.

Really lovely all vegan place that I visited twice while I was in Denver…read more Between my two visits, I got the gnocchi with sweet potato sauce, the Cuban sandwich, ginger beer, and the giant chocolate chip cookie. All of it was really great, but I think the gnocchi was my favorite of the two entrees. The ginger beer is not super gingery, tastes like Fevertree. The chocolate chip cookie with sea salt is an absolute must! It comes wrapped so I took mine back to the hotel to share with my non-veg husband after he got back from his work conference dinners and he said they were the best chocolate chip cookies he'd ever had! Also, I think it's fun that the plates are made to look like wood, but aren't. The first time I came it had been pouring rain, so the restaurant wasn't as full and it was very easy to find an open table, but the second time it was positively packed, and both times were week nights, so I suspect this place is pretty popular with the locals. I like that the ordering is done through QR code and website, since that would make it easy for groups and means you don't have to all know what you want at the same time (or, if dining solo as I was, you don't need to interact as much with staff, which is sometimes a blessing). Several members of the staff wore face masks, which I appreciated, and there were some nice paintings on the walls from local artists for sale. If I am ever in Denver again, I think I would really like to come back here--and I'd definitely get the chocolate chip cookie every time!

You seat yourself and have a choice to order with the QR code or go up to the counter. It being my first time I went up to the counter to get some additional recommendations. I went with the side buffalo cauliflower & the chicken Caesar salad. Both were fresh, had lots of flavor and filling-- highly recommend. When closing out my tab at the counter, I picked up a chocolate chip cookie togo (extra large in size and just the right about of sweetness). With the menu so unique I prefer a little more "hands on service" but the experience was tasty and eager to come back and try other things. Clean, homemade, high quality vegan food with lots of GF options/ substitution-- Highly recommend.

I should visit on the week d as they serve waffles then that looked interesting. Ordering was fairly simple and pay stations easy. Service was fairly fast and our little group enjoyed our visit. Food for the young and older. One of the owners asked if our "sweet potato" filling was cooked enough and offered to redo it? We didn't have any taste issues so this transparency was welcomed and noticed. Our friends who were local loved it and for me it was a nice change. When we eneterd the restaurant the gentleman at the register was really helpful and pointed out that the whole 30 version of the menu item can greatly differ from the description often removing items. For example, if you are looking forward to the chicken and dumplings, beware if you select the whole 30 option NO DUMPLINGS. My salad had lots of ingredients, however, the whole 30 version only had beets and almond flour feta (which was delicious, ps) but a lack luster salad. I'm not sure why they wouldn't replace the pickled onions in the salad with fresh onions so it didn't look as sad. The green chili wasn't spicy (which is probably good for some) and was cumin forward. Not bad. Matt enjoyed it, although it had the vegan cheese wiz, which I am pretty sure shouldn't have been on the whole 30 option- we picked it out. The Buffalo cauliflower was an excellent portion and was good! The vegan ranch was watery and not what we expected, but also not bad. Spicy options for those of you like me are chaloula and I saw them with Frank's red hot, but you will have to ask the kitchen for it. It was cozy inside and as I mentioned the service was good. However, I'm not sure we would go back until they have a menu change.

First, wife is a vegetarian and they had no mains other than Mac and cheese for her. She ordered the salad without chicken which was $25. They knocked it down to $22 after I asked why it was the same price without meat, which still seemed like a lot for a salad with no protein. Kids' Mac and cheese was not the same receipe as last time; it was a different noodle and seemed to be needing some salt as it was pretty bland. Unlike our last visit they did not include an ice cream for dessert. My fried chicken and waffles was ok--the breading was a bit soggy though and I much preferred the Nashville hot chicken from my last visit. If I'm being honest this was closer to a 2 star experience, but with how good the last visit was, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt they maybe tonight they were just off. That said--need one vegetarian entree for the menu.
