Great communication, workmanship, and efficiency. They were first to come to mind again when I recently needed another old furnace replaced in a commercial tenant's space. Time was of the essence and James accommodated us into his busy winter schedule within two days. Since the furnace was very old and ducting was from another era, James communicated right away all of the potential issues. His team even stayed late to complete the install in the same visit so the tenant could have warm air right away. Any unusual or other issues that arose during the install, James communicated and had resolved as soon as possible to ensure client satisfaction.
