This place is absolutely horrible. I went tonight and was harassed in so many ways during my massage from my male masseuse. First, he knew I spoke Chinese because he was speaking Chinese to me beforehand. During the massage, he was making inappropriate comments on my engagement ring and my jewelry to the other masseuse working next to him. During the foot massage, he complained to the masseuse again next to him his he didn't like to massage stinky feet. The most disturbing is when he told me to lie on my stomach for my back massage, and he moved my arm around to the above my head so that my side breast was exposed! He then made a comment in Chinese about my breast!!!! Not only did all this happen, but the entire massage was rough. The final straw was when he continuously roughly massaged and pushed my neck and upper back into the massage bed. I felt like I was being suffocated and being roughed up. I immediately told him to stop the massage, but he kept massaging me. I had to stand up in order to get him to finally stop. I complained to the guy at the front desk who did nothing. He told me that the guy Steve was new and that he didn't know much about his own employee. That's it! No apology and not even an offer to refund. I just paid and wanted to just get out of there. This is my go to place for massages!! I go here at least once a week. This place is by far one of the best and most consistent place I have ever gone...and trust me I have been to a lot. If u have knots and need relief you must come here but if u are looking for a place that is fancy and where you want them to answer your question then this place is not for you. This is the only foot massage place that I have been to where they lift up your shirt to massage your back so if you don't want that then don't come here. read more

Massage was decent...the masseuse I had used brute force (which I expected) but he would sometime throw my arm on the bed in a disregarding attitude (which I did not like). I also got a few bruises after the massage. To sum it up, it's similar to paying to have someone beat you up. Also, be prepared for the masseuse asking for at least 50% tip. I was paying with credit card and they charge $1 so I was told him just charge $30 ($20 for massage and $9 for tip). He still asked for $31 (I just said ok since it's just a dollar...but that tells you something about this place!). Highly doubt I'll be returning here. Gave two stars for the labor the masseuse had put in, but I think I'd go elsewhere for a more relaxing massage. Also, they the workers talk a lot during your massage so that's not very relaxing. Got a lunch break 30 minute foot massage today for $15. With the theater-style seating, Christmas music in July, and slightly hot drinking water, I felt like I was back in China and I loved it! The staff is very hospitable and my masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure. By the end, I was relaxed and energized, having had knots and pressure points ruthlessly kneeded out of my feet, legs, and neck. I was expecting a great masssge from this place based on a friend's recommendation but it did not meet my expectations. For a $20 one hour massage, you cannot get any cheaper. The quality of the massage is just okay and have had lots better but I had to pay more than double the price. If you go in with the expectation that you get what you pay for, this place would be great! In all honesty, if this place was close to my home and not a 45 minute drive, I would get a massage every week instead of getting one every three weeks. I put myself in the eyes of the workers and they have to work hard because of the amount of people they have to work on. I try to get my favorite lady to work on me if she is available. I had others worked on me and they are all pretty good....lot better than some of the other places I been to in the past. Don't bother coming here. I called in asking for thr earliest appointment, the guy on the phone told us to come at 8. We came early and if they were busy, that's fine. They asked us to wait 10 minutes, to 8:10. Fine, no ptoblem. But they gave out appointment away before our eyes to a walk-in couple! They even asked both parties "Who came first?" and the other couple mentioned we came first! And we mentioned calling in early! Then they asked us to wait 30 minutes more on top of the 30 minutes we had just waited! We had to walk out. Don't come. Even if you do call ahead, they don't care. There is no receptionist. Recently, I went there and was told that they changed owners and this new owner will not honor what I had bought previously. Instead, she kept whining how she was cheated by the previous owner and ask us to contact the previous owner to get our money back instead. My bf and I walked in 7:15 without an appointment and wanted 1hr foot massage. We were brought in after 15min and promptly given the foot bathes to soak our feet as the masseuse started working on us (My masseuse is Mike). Coming from typical American spa, I was quite shocked at just how amazing this experience was for a near fraction of the price (20$ and tipped 10$). I was only expecting a foot massage and turns out they massage the whole body, hot stones included. Would 10/10 come back again. Only note is that if you're expecting quite private room, that's not happening here. Most of the massages are in the common room and you can hear the lady in the room chatting with clients coming in and on the phone. After reading all the reviews, two of us decided to try the place out. It's exactly what everyone said, not clean, awkward, noisy and you get slapped around. I admit it's not bad for $19.99. However while we are getting ready to leave, the guy took my credit card but waited for me up front to swipe the card. He asked me how much tip I would like to include. I told him $50 total ($40 service, $10 tip). He then told me that usually it's "at least" $10 tip per person. That was such a turnoff. I ended paying for the extra tip and felt stupid about it. Maybe I am cheap but in my opinion you should earn your tips and get what you deserve but don't ask for it....especially 50% tip. That's just wrong. I don't care of this situation and do not recommend this place to anyone. And for him to ask that, he probably doesn't care for any "returning" customers. :-( read more

Today we went here because our friend recommended it (he is a regular so we trusted him). When we arrived there were no customers so we were happy because first come first serve right? As we were waiting for them to prepare our lounge chairs, people started to come in and the place was packed within seconds. Although we arrived before them, they got seated first and got their hot water (for your feet) first. We were confused because the workers did not direct us and we did not know which chairs to sit in. They did not communicate with us so we wasted a lot of time standing around. Finally my girlfriend got seated. Not long afterwards I got seated. Her masseuse came right away but mine took ten minutes to come. A guy came and I looked at him. In my head, I was like, "WTF I want a female bitch!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want a guy touching me". So I kindly asked him "Can I get a female instead?" He said there were no more females. WTH I came in first and saw plenty of females but why was I seated last and got a male instead? Right when he started massaging me, I did not feel comfortable. I wanted him to stop massaging me but my girlfriend was already 1/4 of her way done with her massage so I didn't want to interrupt her massage session because the massage lounge chairs are seated like a movie theater. I didn't want a male but I had no choice and gave him a chance maybe he is good I was thinking. But what was I thinking? I should have followed my intuition because I was not able to enjoy the massage. What made it worse was that his cell phone kept on ringing and he actually picked up all the calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What kind of massage place does that? Isn't a massage suppose to relax you? But instead my massage kept on getting interrupted by his damn cell phone. Plus at the end, they did not give me water and I got it myself instead. As for my girlfriend, they did not give her back her glasses so she was waiting and waiting and finally she asked for them. She also had to look for her hair tie and hair clips herself because they did not give it back to her. Her massage was okay but they were a little bit too rough on her. She came out of the massage feeling worse than when she came in. Her neck is still in pain. The workers and the host did not speak or understand English so we had a hard time communicating with them and they were not able to answer any of our questions but instead confused us even more. Went in today for the $20 foot massage. I called ahead for an appointment with a female masseuse. When you call ahead they ask, "Lady or man?" My "Lady" was named Eva. She was excellent. I've had many deep tissue massage before and several foot massages so I can say with authority that she was excellent. I like this place more than others because you remove your shirt, at other places you leave it on. I also like that they use hot stones other places don't. I also like that you immediately lay down on your back the whole time, other places you sit then are reclined back. For a quality massage $20 is a huge bargain. The only complaint is while doing the massage she and other masseuse were having conversations in the beginning, this was distracting and annoying. I was glad they eventually stopped and my massage went on quietly. I highly recommend Eva if you want it deep she is very strong. I tipped her $10 as she was very good. The quiet subdued interior made me decide to try this place. It is also cleaner than the usual foot massage place. We walked in for a foot massage ($20) and were told it is a few mins wait so we asked if we could just lay down on one of the recliners and they were ok with that, so this way we were already relaxed when the massage started. When it came to my back I asked if they could do the oil massage and they have me a full oil massage on my back. The foot massage was great too. We had been going to the Happy 8 place across the street but no more. This place is quieter, no strange shark thingies on the TV and in general it was very quiet. I will definitely be going back. I must say overall I really like this place most of the people here over 80% give an excellent massage. however my number one complaint is if your workers arsenic and I mean haven't call the flow a cough and runny nose do not let them work. I know it sucks not be a will to make money if you're sick but now I can't make money because I'm sick and not only can I not make money because I am sick I also cannot enjoy the vacation I had planned because I am now sick with a runny nose coughing cold and the only person I had contact with that was sick was the person who gave me the massage and was coughing five days ago. I've been coming here for years. All of the workers are different now except Tom. Tom is the best so I'm glad he stayed with the new owners. I've been sketchy about the cleanliness of the towels on the pillows and the blanket they use but they are the ones that get the knots out for me. I've tried almost every other place in Milpitas, since this one is completely across town for me but was one of the first to open in Milpitas, and I always come back because the others just don't cut it or are too small and cannot take walk-ins. It can frustrating with them answering their phones sometimes.... but when you find the right one for you, you'll be pleased. I mean it's $20 people! I also cancelled my membership at another massage place because for 20 bucks, these guys get the same job done. This was my 1st time coming to Green Foot. I had 4 people total in my pty. We're all mos def coming back. Massages were great but u have to be able to withstand a little deep tissue. Don't come here if you're a little princess and worry about bruising. Bruising occurs sometimes in a deep tissue massage. True, there's some noise here, but again, you're paying ONLY $20. U won't get a luxurious quiet spa experience here but the massages are effectively therapeutic. The hot stones were a total treat. My massage therapist was Mike, fantastic strong deep tissue techniques. We're all looking forward to coming back. We each tipped $10. I've received 100+ Asian foot massages and this place is by far the worst. This is the 1st time I've stopped a massage in the middle of it and left, that's how bad it was. The masseuse literally applied zero pressure and was just rubbing my limbs with excess amounts of oil. On top of that after he would finish a limb, he would toss it as if he could give a crap. I had the worst foot massage yesterday after being their customer for two years. The young man did not really know how to massage and he cut the time short by 10~ 15 minutes. I thought about telling him that but gave up as it would just make both of us embarrassed. I usually tip at least $10 per hour but I decided to just tip $5 instead. This place is great and the masseuses know their technique. For those who complained that it is painful, come on, you can tell your masseuse to lighten up! Usually you feel the pain when the muscles are very tight so to get a good relief, you do want to experience light pain. Keep talking to the masseuse to adjust the pressure level. read more

If there's an option in Yelp for giving zero star, I would for sure! Totally not worth $20! I went there with two friends. My friend's masseuse asked my my friend to hang her purse on wall with a very unpleasant tone of voice. Since my friend's feet were soaking in a bucket of water, she was not able to reach the hook on wall. My friend didn't speak Chinese so I asked the masseuse to help my friend placing the purse on the hook. Her eyes turned big, raised her voice and said in Chinese, "I don't understand! I don't understand! Why?" The male owner came over and asked the masseuse to put my friend's purse in a tray instead. The masseuse started to massage my friend. 10 mins later, two other masseuse began to massage me and another friend. however, our sessions ended at the same time as the friend who started 10 mins earlier than ours. We got up to wear our shoes, grabbed our belongings and headed to the cashier's desk, I then realized our sessions ended 10 mins early, so I talked to the cashier, unfortunately, who was the same lady who talked in unpleasant tone of voice, in Chinese I said, "Our sessions began 10 mins after you had started with my friend, our masseuses should not left at the same time with you. The Cashier/masseuse turned her head and saw the other two masseuses already started working with two other customers, she rudely told us that, "That's nothing they can do. We are very busy today!" I told her that but we have paid the full prices and should receive the full services, she rolled her eyes and said, next time you come over, we will give you more minutes. I then told her, "You think there will be next time. None of us will ever come again!" There are many good massage place in Milpitas and still charging the same or less. I went to this place based on my friend's advice. I took my 18 yr. old son who has never had a massage before - thinking this would be a treat. In the beginning it was nice, our feet were put in hot water. Then the torture began..the person who was massaging me could barely speak english and when I told him it was too hard he just laughed and continued. I couldn't wait for it to be over with, it was very painful. I guess if you like pain go here. I've had many massages in my life and this was definitely the worst one. I asked my son what he thought and he said the same thing - it was painful. I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you enjoy pain! read more
