Sick sick sick sick. They let their workers work sick. I mentioned it last year. You go in get set up and then they start working on you. Then you hear it, cough, sneeze, gaggle, all the nasty phlegm noises you can imagine. Then you hear and feel the breathing. The germs are now all over you and looking for a way to get in you system to make you sick. Then you are sick and suffer. You miss work and are in pain and discomfort. Seriously don't let your employees work sick! And if you see clients who come in sick, you must also refuse service to them, unless the will at least wear a mask. read more

When this place was Happy feet, it was more "professional" Now its just not worth it. Granted, I had some good feet massages from Peter, Jessie, Amy but its really the atmosphere. Me & 2 friends got the outer beds near the door so when the door is open, you are fully exposed to sunlight not to mention its always noisy. The person who was servicing my friend left at least 3 times to answer his phone. I made the appointment but it was not on their book. Granted we didn't had to wait but it was a "surprise" to them. This place is not bad if you need a quick fix. Been here twice.. I guess it depends who you get. The first time was horrific and painful. My therapist didn't understand it when I said "ouch". He thought I wanted deeper pressure. So I walked out of there in pain and for a week later. The second time was great. I requested a female therapist, she was more gentle and understood when I asked her to adjust her pressure. Trust me, I am not a wuss. I can handle deep pressure, but if you're digging your elbows into my ribs, yeah. . no can do. I would say try this place but I've definitely have had better. read more

Let me give you the ugly true first..... There is no tranquil music. Massage chair are pretty close next to each other. Many people there don't speak much English. For $20 + tips You can walk in and get an appointment. It's a 60 mins full body massage including foot massage. The lady who worked on me is really nice. Lady worked her butt off and was very nice, good massage, but the entire place just smelled unsanitary from the moment I walked in. Also got a strange bug bite coming out of there. Overall good service, make sure you tip well to avoid any bad experiences, that's just how these places work- charge $20 and it's really $35 or more after tip. Still a good deal for an hour of full body. The moves aren't always logical (there were def some that seem self taught) but you'll get lots of pressure and elbow grease, which was good enuf for me. Decided to give this place a try because of its convenient location. I would have given a higher rating for the massage alone, and I received a massage from Peter. The massage was good but everyone at the place seemed unprofessional. First of all, they were consistently talking to each other and the environment was relatively loud. Second, one other staff lifted someone's clothes without asking for the permission to do so and they never mentioned about it at the beginning either. I personally was not happy with my overall experience and I will probably not revisit again. I recommend you go elsewhere since there are better alternatives in town. It's an ok place if you don't mind unprofessional manners and loud surroundings. It's just not my cup of tea when searching for a relaxing and distressing experience. Not your luxury massage place. But if you are looking to relax and you want a deep hard massage then this is the place for you. For one they are one of the cheapest but this place may not be for everyone. If you go for Foot Massage, you are in a common area so may not be best for females. For the acupressure massage, they put you in a private room so that maybe an option if you want more privacy. I recently tried the combination of acupressure and foot massage and is very good. The lady that I have gave a perfect pressure that I was looking for without me telling her (I like deep tissue/ hard pressure). Had several masseuse here and I think the default pressure is hard so if you can't take strong pressure better tell them up front. The males are very strong and can stretch you real good. Some of the older females was as strong as the males too so be warned. The foot massage, they also massage your entire body and its as relaxing as the acupressure. Acupressure would be for you if you want to get rid of some of the tired knots from your back. I think I only got one bad experience but overall my go to place for a cheap and relaxing massage. read more

I had dinner around the area and my shoulder and neck was stiff so I decided to be nice to myself -relax get a quick fix. This was my second time here. I chose the 60mins massage with a shoulder neck and back massage. There is no privacy here everyone lying in bed and I see people's back (men women all mix same lobby).So I told the person ahead I don't want back massage ,skip it . (If u opt in they will pull your shirt all the way up take off bra use rub on your whole back) The massage was not enjoyable there was lots of talking phone rings ,people walking and cold (they left the front door open .yes can hear all noises from parking lot)my massage was one of the worst in life, very rough and he did it hard without listening to my complain.( I spoke Chinese told him to be gentle and he ignored me still doing his way)He still massage my back and reach inside even I specify no . After one hour of "suffering " I couldnt walk normal seriously my legs were so sore in pain and my back too. I don't go there often or any other massage place because I feel like I cheated myself getting work on to feel better. I always feel better after an hours session. I was so stiff, couldn't move my neck, shoulder without pain. After an hour of hard work the masseuse had relief the pain, stiffness that I had for 3 days. A generous tip is all I can do to say thanks to them. Of course, I had pain the day after that feel like bruising (resolved in a day or two) but it is not the deep aching pain that wouldn't go away for weeks without it. No pain, no gain lol. read more

I've been having problems with my neck and shoulders due to bad posture and non-ergonomic work environment. The pain had gotten to the point where it was hard to sleep at night. I wanted relief but didn't want to pay triple digits for it. Reflexology seemed like the way to go. After doing a good amount of yelp research, I decided on Green Foot and enticed a friend to come along with the following words, "Do you want your feet rubbed?" It didn't take much convincing. We showed up at pre-appointed time. The place was dark with a Chinese drama playing on a big screen. It was, for the most part quiet, aside from loud snoring from a few of the patrons. All the masseuses were hard at work. My masseuse immediately noticed the hardcore knots in the neck and shoulder area, she assured me she would take care of it. Another lady masseuse in the next chair over kept checking out my friend and asked me in Chinese if he was my boyfriend, to which I replied "no." She then spent the next fifteen minutes marveling with my masseuse about how hot he was. I felt a little unloved. As my self-esteem plummeted, my masseuse noticed my spirit sink (jk, I thought it was hilarious that my friend gets middle-aged Asian chicks' panties wet) and told me that I looked like a student. I told her my age and she gasped in disbelief, which was probably a tip-earning tactic, but hey I'm not at an age to turn down compliments. The massage wasn't as painful as I anticipated. It only hurt in certain areas. After the session, my entire body was relaxed. Neck and shoulder pain went away and I was happy. I glanced over at my friend, he looked like he had just gotten laid and even mumbled that he and his male masseuse almost shared a homoerotic experience. RIP-Off! Bad service. After finding this place on Yelp, I tried it once with decent results. The first time I had an hour-long massage for $20--an incredible deal. I liked it well enough to go back and the second time I brought my younger sister along. We didn't have time for an hour-long massage so we asked if they could just do a 30-minute back and shoulder massage--no feet. They said yes. The massage was okay, but then when we went to pay, I thought he said the total was $35 for the two of us, so I gave him $45. He became angry and said, "Tip?!" I said, "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought you said the total was $35? He said, "No, it's $45." I was immediately apologetic that I had misunderstood him, and then I said, "But wait, why is the 1-hour massage advertised as $20 and you're charging us more than that for half the time?" Whatever--it was a lesson to me--I should have confirmed the price before we started, but get this! I handed my masseur $5 and my sister gave her masseur $3, and he demanded that she give him more! I mean at this point, we were unhappy with both of them--they were being rude and my sister did not care for her massage. He actually said to my sister, "I want $5 too" and stood there with his hand out. I was surprised, but I gave him $2 more. Now I wish I hadn't. I left feeling taken advantage of and embarrassed. I had taken my sister there because I had thought they were worthy of return business and good-word of mouth, but now I feel they were unscrupulous. I left without protesting because it was still a reasonably-priced massage even if they did hike up the price, but they acted so ugly towards us at the end. After my great experience with another reflexology place in SoCal, I was on a mission to find something similar in style and price in the Bay Area. We stumbled upon this place 2 weeks ago while having lunch a few doors down at Vung Tau II. We picked up a card and asked what the price was - $30/hour. We thought, ok...just $10 more than SoCal, not too bad. It was the day before us leaving on a 9 day cruise, so we kept in it mind to try this place upon our return. On the cruise, they offered a one hour massage for $159 and we couldn't help but laugh our asses off at it, knowing that we had a $30 massage waiting for us back home. So we returned from our cruise yesterday and sure enough today, my bf and I drove all the way down to Milpitas to try Green Foot. The place is well lit, with about 10 big recliners. Even on a weekday afternoon, it was busy. There were 9 therapists working on people. After we sat down, they gave us a bucket of water with an herbal tea bag to soak our feet. The water was a bit hot, so my therapist added a bit of cold water for me. Immediately, he started working on my face, head and neck. It was awesome. Next came my arms and hands and right away, he pointed out that I must be on the computer a lot, because he can feel the tension in my arms. My arms were in heaven. My feet and legs were next. Let me tell you though, if you've never had reflexology, you're in for some pain. Because my feet are not used to that kind of pressure point massage, I was screaming. But, it's all for a good cause because afterwards, I was so relaxed. My therapist spent a whole good hour on me, did a very thorough job of hitting all the major areas (shoulder, back, legs) and of course, the reflexology on the bottom of my feet. By the end of the one hour, I felt relaxed, but energized. It's not one of those massages that put you to sleep. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't know how CLEAN it is. I'm not sure if they wash their hands between customers. I mean, think about it, they just touched someone else's feet and they're going to touch your face, hands and feet. Next time I go back, I'm definitely bringing a bottle of Purell and I'm going to request my therapist to use it before working on me. Other than this, it really is a great massage and at $25/hour (I think on the weekdays), it's a steal!!!!! read more

hurts so good. $25 for an hour foot massage, couple more dollars for full body. this place is slightly awkward, mostly because there is no privacy. you're in an open room with recliner chairs lined up facing the television. I like pain. they first soak your feet in a wooden bucket with some tea solution thats suppose to help extract bad body toxins. all the veins in your feet are connected to different parts of the body, thats why you always feel so good after a foot massage. this isnt a fufu place where they try to relax you, you sit in the recliner and they massage the BEEP out of you. it hurts but it feels so good at the same time, if you can handle the pain, they sure know which pressure points to hit because once you're done, you'll feel like you're walking on air. the full body massage is a bit sexy, to say the least. both times I've opted for the full body, I've had men masseuses, they will touch you all over, not improperly, but they will touch you places other masseuses would never dare go near, enough for other men in the room to watch them feel up on you. sometimes I've want to giggle at how awkward it is. oh and on the subject of cleanliness, probably not too clean, they offer pants to change into, since its easier to massage in sweats rather than jeans, they're probably not washed after each customer, so bring or wear something loose, the towels they use...probably arent cleaned after each customer either. but hey, you should want to go home and shower after anyways. its probably cleaner than sitting in movie theater chairs. if you're not sensitive to pain or embarrassment, give this place a try. read more

This is not a 'spa.' this place is noisy, big TV on full blast, Chinese having LOUD conversations, brightly lit... but for $20 to get head to toe 'massage,' I was willing to endure the 'noise.' I went 9 times before learning that they do not use clean towels for each customer... I can't believe i didn't notice it before. Wow for the price, this place is great. My sister in law introduced me to this place. My husband and I also tried some foot massage places around the east Bay Area and we've decided we like this place the best. It's so cheap and they do a great job. For $25 including tip, can't beat this price. I got a professional massage awhile back and cost me $150, it wasn't quit as good. The thing I like about this place is the hot stone they do towards the end. They take off your shirt and massage your back with the stone. if you don't want them to take off your shirt, just let them know. If you like a particular masseuse, just ask for their name and ask for the same person next time also if you want a girl masseuse, just let them know. They are very accommodating. If you are iffy about germs and other people, just ask for another clean towel. read more

I had a pounding headache so I wanted to get a quick fix massage after dinner. We came by this place because it was close by to where we had dinner. We were waiting and the wait time ended up being much longer than we were told. We didn't want to drive off anywhere else so we just waited. They leave the doors open which is ok because fresh air circulates. Luckily we were placed in a section at the back where there are only two chairs. We were the only ones next to each other. The other rows were super close by with a ton more people. This was the first place I've been to where they ask the guy to take off their shirt and they go underneath a woman's shirt. It's also a first for me to experience the hot stones during the foot massage. At first, I had a woman start off my massage and she was pretty good. Then a man took over and I just felt so uncomfortable the whole time. He kept massaging my armpit even though I indicated to him that I was ticklish. He still continued... And then he kept using his elbow to massage my booty. Now if he was doing it because she felt that it was "tight" - it was more because I was flexing out of discomfort. I was hoping for more neck and shoulder work rather than armpit and booty. I don't think I'll be back here with that guy! Oh and he talked the entire time. He was probably talking crap about how tight and messed up my back and body was, and how much work he has to do. Duh, that's why I was there! I also don't like the patrons. They are loud and rude. Even after they were "ssshhhhhhhhedddd" they continued to be loud and obnoxious, with no regard for anyone else. What do you expect? It's a $20 spot so you can't really complain about the crowd. You get what you pay for. It's ok for a quick fix but I would only go in instances like I felt like today where my head was pounding and needed the blood to flow and get moving. I also needed to release some knots. It helped a little bit and I did feel a little better than when I came in. For that, it was worth it. If I happen to come back, I'll try a female masseuse. Tried this place to get a good foot massage. I got a very strong massage. This guy knows how to massage strong and hard. But I had to repeat saying do not use elbows to massage me, it was hard on the back. Place is clean, but they can keep some noise level low, lots of chit-chat in Chinese. Front door and back door opens and closes many times, a little annoying, some time with lots of sunlight. Price is good, you pay 20$ only for 1hr foot massage, includes back , head foot, hand etc, and 15 to 20$ tip, otherwise they look at you a bit, or say something in Chinese out the door. Annoying thing is they have security cameras installed everywhere, and if they are recording, it means your massage session(semi naked) can be public. Towels are clean, and the cream/oil does not smell too bad. read more

Worst freaking place to get a massage. The old woman I had was super rough on my tiny body. Definitely felt uncomfortable and during the massage I felt like I was being suffocated by her hands. Also the workers talked too damn much to the point where I didn't feel relaxed. It was super noisy, they always talk amongst themselves while massaging their clients. They expect $10 tip, but don't even deserve a tip. It's sad because I've been going to this place for 2 years and never thought I would have to give them a bad rating. I specifically signaled her my right shoulder blade area that required attention. She nodded and I thought she understand. But she did not. I left the place in same condition as before. This place is absolutely horrible. I went tonight and was harassed in so many ways during my massage from my male masseuse. First, he knew I spoke Chinese because he was speaking Chinese to me beforehand. During the massage, he was making inappropriate comments on my engagement ring and my jewelry to the other masseuse working next to him. During the foot massage, he complained to the masseuse again next to him his he didn't like to massage stinky feet. The most disturbing is when he told me to lie on my stomach for my back massage, and he moved my arm around to the above my head so that my side breast was exposed! He then made a comment in Chinese about my breast!!!! Not only did all this happen, but the entire massage was rough. The final straw was when he continuously roughly massaged and pushed my neck and upper back into the massage bed. I felt like I was being suffocated and being roughed up. I immediately told him to stop the massage, but he kept massaging me. I had to stand up in order to get him to finally stop. I complained to the guy at the front desk who did nothing. He told me that the guy Steve was new and that he didn't know much about his own employee. That's it! No apology and not even an offer to refund. I just paid and wanted to just get out of there. I've been coming here for awhile but this was the most violent and disturbing experience. Please be warned and stay away! read more

If u have knots and need relief you must come here but if u are looking for a place that is fancy and where you want them to answer your question then this place is not for you. Two weeks ago, I woke up with a kink neck from sleeping the wrong way the night before. My neck was so stiff and tense that I had trouble looking over my shoulder when I had to change lanes when driving. I was in desperate need of a good massage! What can I say? I love this place and I absolutely hate it at the same time. I love the fact that I get a good decent massage for $25. I also hate the inconsistent service - it's not the Claremont or Burke Williams - but hey, it's only $25 versus $125+ for someone to rub your body with oil. Is it clean? Questionable. Just tell them you don't want their towels. Don't go slapping hands with your masseuse and then sticking your finger in your mouth afterward or fall asleep with your tongue sticking out up against the chair's upholstery. Common sense folks - you paid $25 for a full hour massage!! You're not gonna get offered a glass of fresh spring water from a tank filled with oranges, lemons and cucumbers in them at the front door. The folks there don't speak English very well - if at all - but hey, you're not there to spill your whole life story and they are not there to listen. It's a $25/hour massage!!!
