Customer service over the phone is great, the actually cleaning not so much. Paid almost $500 for a deep clean of my house. Had renovations done in my kitchen and bathroom so everything was pretty much brand new, countertops, cabinets, and appliances. I wanted the cleaners to focus on floors and dust from all the debris from the reno, more of a detailed clean, since I had a crawling baby in the house. I was not satisfied since I could still see visible wood and dust on the floor and could tell baseboards were not cleaned, vents were all dusty, lots of things I asked beforehand to be done were not done. I noticed tops of dressers were just wiped around and things were not moved to clean under. No attempt at organizing or anything. I felt like the cleaners we had were definitely high. Called and complained and was able to get price down to $400, but will not be using this cleaning agency again. read more

I let my bathroom go... it was scary to even use it... I was looking for someone or a company that can just do my bathroom... most want to do whole homes... I have guests coming from out of town and really didn't want to even touch that project, and believe me when I say it's a project. they gave me a quote and I asked for their basic 2 hour service since it was just a bathroom, and stated that they didn't think it would take 2 hours and what else I needed... I said no trust me it will take 2 hours... I was wrong it took them 1 hour 45 minutes... and wow it's so nice in there I never want use it, lol... Ana was the person who came to us... she was onetime , courteous and very detailed... she had 15 minutes left and asked if there was anything else she can do for 15 minutes... I asked to just do the tub in the other bathroom... that was really nice too... this is the kind of professionalism and quality detailed work I always look for in every service... Reyna came out to do a deep clean on my fathers apartment. Unfortunately for Reyna my father is a hoarder and his apartment was HIDEOUSLY grotesque, super dirty. Due to the horrible state of the apartment I did not have high expectations before she came out but Reyna blew me away! Still can't believe how good it looks. I wish I had taken a before picture so I could post a before and after here. Green Frog was a little more expensive than I'm used to paying which was a bit upsetting but Reyna was SO worth it. I used to be very happy with Green Frog when I first began using them back in May 2018. Over the past 6+ months things have changed. I have had many customer service issues. When I was first obtaining quotes for cleaning services, Green Frog offered a bundle package for three cleanings which provided a discount instead of purchasing them individually. One day out of the blue I was told I owed more money and they did not offer the bundle package anymore. After I spoke with someone stating that this was one of the reasons I went with Green Frog over other companies, they assured me that I could indeed receive the bundle discount and that they had fixed everything up on my account. A few months later, I am told again I can no longer bundle cleanings for a discount. This time when I complained, they said they cannot offer bundles but that I could get a $25 discount for leaving them a review on various websites. I continued using the company despite my disappointment on having to pay more because I felt it would be a hassle to start all over again with finding someone to clean my home. But then today I had another negative surprise. My latest invoice was $30 more than usual. I assumed it was an error, but when I contacted them, they said I owed more because it took a longer amount of time. I am so perplexed that they can change the amount without prior notification. My house is the same size it has always been, the technician did the same things they have always done. I am very frustrated. On top of the billing yo-yo, my appointments have been changed or the technician has been replaced on many occasions. I specifically asked them to notify me in advance if they were going to change who the technician would be who was cleaning my home. On four different occasions as total stranger showed up at my door with no advance notice. I have contacted customer service over and over again with these concerns, both about the appointment itself and the billing. My patience is gone and I am left very frustrated. read more

My first customer experience with Green Frog was excellent. From the moment I requested for a quote all the way to processing my payment for the services provided, the individuals I encountered (Edna & Mary) were very informative, friendly, flexible and detailed. They also follow up with you and provide reminder emails to ensure that you don't forget about your appointment. I requested for a Deluxe Cleaning + Window Washing. I came home to a sparking clean condo and was very satisfied by the hard work done to my place. Special thanks to Lizzy & Jessi for especially making our bathrooms and stove top look brand new! I was very impressed also by the window washing. It was so clean that you could barely see that there's a screen attached to the window. (See photos attached) One request I do have is for a more accurate quote. I was told that the window washing (a separate service from the Deluxe Cleaning) is $70/hr and the window tech can clean 9 windows in an hour. I have 5 windows that the tech cleaned and he also cleaned the sliding glass door. But it took him 1.5 hours to complete which totaled to $105 instead of the original quote. I thought $70 was already a hefty amount for window cleaning but I understand that there's intense labor involved (climbing from the outside for the 2nd story windows and such) and hoped for a great outcome so I still requested for the service. But general window washing is part of the HOA annual fee so if I had known that it would cost $105 for the windows to be washed, I would have just waited for HOA to perform these by their own cleaning service contractors. I informed Mary of this concern when I was making my payment, but since the service was already completed, it's not like I wouldn't pay as that wouldn't be fair. We should really look into negative stars, i we did i would give them -5 stars for being so horrible. I reached out to Green Frog back on November 6th and scheduled my cleaning. I was requesting a deep clean, they had no availability until 12 /26. So I took an 8 am appointment. Needless.to say i was looking forward to this cleaning and kind.of glad it was after the Holiday even though I would of wanted a sooner date had one been available...fast forward to the week of my cleaning and I'm contacted 3 days prior to ve told 1. My quotes price is no longer available and 2. They no longer have an available technician to clean so they have to cancel. They offered an option of sending a tech for half the time and for lesser or a job than what I requested. I work in insurance and it's my job to ensure proper quoting and to follow up to make sure the price stays updated during the transaction, so if my quote was no longer going to be valid at my appointment I should have been informed when I booked it on 11/6. Secondly if my appointment was goi g to canceled so last minute, I should of been offered the exact same cleaning I was requesting with an immediate alternative date. Since the notice is so last minute they, also could do the right thing of continuing with my quoted price due to the inconvenience. Thei company handled this situation completely wrong and I choose them because I thought they were professional. I read reviews hut I guess not enough. The woman I got my estimate from was so thorough and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She was extremely accommodating and was able to squeeze me in on short notice. The person sent to our home was Jeremy and he did a great job of cleaning and doing as much as possible for the time that we had agreed upon. He was very thorough and meticulous plus he used eco friendly products. He cleaned two bathrooms, the kitchen, the stainless steel steel sink ( no scuff marks), and the kitchen/dining room floor in a two hour period. I've used Green Frog three times and the cleaning teams just keep getting better! The first time I used them was for a vacant 2,000 s.f. home in Escondido, lots of dust and spiderwebs. I wish I could recall the names of the 2 young women who did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, took direction well and amiably went back to re-do a couple of missed spots. The second time I used them was for the same house that just needed dusting, frig clean and floors mopped. The second team also did a great job! The third time I used them was for a smaller, 837 s.f. home in Oceanside that had not been cleaned in years. The bathroom was really bad and the layers of dust on every surface was pretty thick as well as dust on baseboards and carpet edges. The place smelled pretty bad too. I had to wear a mask in order to do my job of cleaning the place out of the deceased owners personal items. Jalyn worked really hard on the largest living/dining room and that nasty bathroom. It sparked when she was done! The bathroom is now useable without fear of "catching something". Jeremy expertly went after the kitchen and very dirty utility room. Now I'm not afraid to touch anything! Bryanna took care of the bedrooms, hall and front living room where the dust was the thickest. I was so impressed with the dedication and diligence of this team. It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with 3 delightful young people who took pride in their work. I used this service for 2 years (2 week service). In the end I was extremely frustrated as i kept getting a different person every time and rarely did any of them actually finish cleaning my house before they rushed out to their next appointment and I was charged the same no matter how they left my house. The last time was the last straw. The nice gal only did the bathroom and kitchen and left the rest of my house for me to clean, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for this service. The one negative aspect is that there is a lot of turnover, which I guess could be unavoidable. I've been happy with everyone they have sent. I do not know enough to say whether I think the price is fair or not, since I have not compared prices very much, but I am personally happy with the value. The past 2 years they have raised the price $5 per year, which I find reasonable. I can't really comment on how well they clean if you are a very picky person as my standards before getting a clearer were VERY low - so again, not much to compare it to... but every time they come, I am personally very happy with the result and it's 100 times better that I would be capable of doing myself.
