Very friendly ladies who did a great job cleaning our home. We were so happy with their work we are signing up for regular service.

I've had GF come out 3 times now. First was the team of Monica and Jaemi. Then Jaemi was on vacay so just Monica. Then it was just Jaemi. I prefer a team so that they are finished faster. We are still working out the cleaning to fit my standards but we are getting there. First off, everyone is suuuuuper kind. Mary on the phone is super efficient and thorough. Meagan was kind when doing my walk through/assessment. Both Monica and Jaemi are super down to earth and really sweet. I like their energy in my home. There were some small things that got missed but so far they seem to fix it the next go around. As long as the issue is addressed and improved that's all that matters. I'm looking forward to continuing this relationship with GF and the team!!! read more

As usual Taylor from Green Frog cleaning did an excellent job. She was on time was done on time and my house looked spic and span.

We got their deluxe cleaning. They a decent job but a few things were missed and not done that were included in the deluxe package. They will be coming back soon so I'll see if the can correct some of the things they missed. The cleaners we're very nice and did a good job working around our kids playing in the house. read more

Yes... years ago, I was one of those chaps - sighing dejectedly as a child being forced to give up a puppy - picking one of my precious Sundays wasting my beautiful happy hours "tidying" up my place. What a miserable ordeal that is, right? Whole while, it never occurred to me that I should actually hire someone to help me. After all, cleaning services are used by for those one percenters with too much money and not enough time, right? Turns out, it's not... at all. I'd had enough griping about how I just can't seem to get my place to look like one of those model showrooms so on a particularly busy weekend, I called up Green Frog Cleaning. I mean, what the hell, right? Meagan showed up at my door promptly at the appointment time - which I knew she would since they called about an hour ahead of time to confirm - ready to do battle with the ill- fated dust bunnies. She asked me where my priorities were (kitchen, living room, dusting, etc) and after going through my place for a quick walkthrough, she got right down to it. I had some errands to run so I left her to do what she does and came back couple of hours later. When I walked back in, I was in for a surprise. My little townhouse was in a nicer condition than it was when I was being shown the place. The counters cleaned and polished, all reflective surfaces (mirrors, refrigerator doors, dining room table) were spotless, all trash taken out and bags replaced, hardwood floor swept and wiped, carpets vacuumed, all the fan blades wiped down, and everything was put right back where they belonged. I was moderately stunned and very impressed how immaculate of a job she had done. That was almost a year ago and I will not have anyone else ever clean my place other than Meagan. I've since moved to a new place and she does just as a perfect job as she always has. Meagan is meticulous about every single detail. She asks what you're particular about and she remembers to pay extra attention to those things every time. She works tirelessly without ever even stopping even though you know it's a dull and laborious task. Being a ultra private person, no one knows where I live; not my parents, sibling, friends... except Meagan. That should show you just how much I trust her. In fact, if I'm not home, I trust her to come and clean my place then lock up after and I never have the slightest doubt. The fact that no girl I've ever dated had that kind of access to my place but Meagan does should be enough proof of my faith in her. So yes, I recommend Meagan and Green Frog Cleaning wholeheartedly and without any reservation. She's absolutely the best! read more

I have used Green Frog cleaning services several times and I love them! They get the job right and if its not they'll come back and fix it! Mary Lou and Meagan are my favourite cleaners. Mary Lou is fast and I love her energy. Purchased two man hours of cleaning for $35. From the company description it sounded like they were very professional and would do a great job. As a previous reviewer stated they were booked months ahead with only one or two spots available. I called in and Rachel was accomodating and squeezed me in on a Monday afternoon at 4. That is where they get their one and only star. I wish I could give them half a star for that. They arrive 15 minutes late and get to work. One of the cleaners sets the timer on her iPhone and after 30 minutes comes and finds my wife and says "Well I've been working on your stove for 30 minutes, and the other cleaner has been cleaning the counters and floor. Would you like to purchase more time so we can get more done?" ??? Now if you have been working hard and had more accomplished than a measly oven which was cleaned a couple weeks ago, and a small kitchen floor and counters. I mean cmon, I could do all of that in 30 minutes and I'm not a professional cleaner. Total bait and switch. So my wife just tells her to get as much accomplished as they can which included the following of my 1100 sq. foot house: Oven Kitchen floor Kitchen counters Front bathroom (sink, toilet & tub, which is a very small bathroom). THAT IS IT. Are you freaking kidding me? So I get home just as they are leaving and my poor wife is looking for her checkbook to give them a tip because she feels guilty. I ask what they had done and she says the above, and I said "Really in one hour?" And she goes on to say the Living Social deal is an "introductory cleaning" and that in one hour they usually can only do what they did, two hours they might be able to vacuum and do another bathroom. Wow is all I can say. She then asks again if we would like to purchase some more time. At that point all I could think of was writing this review to save other people from this miserable experience. read more

Mary's customer service over the phone was excellent when getting a quote and scheduling an appointment. GF was probably the only cleaning service that answered the phone professionally. All other companies just answered saying "hello?" I had to ask if I was calling a cleaning service. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day. We decided to do the deluxe cleaning because ultimately we wanted weekly maintenance cleaning. I figured I could see how they clean and if it was up to my Queen's standards haha. Well, it was! Can I give 10 stars? We have been so thrilled with our bi-weekly house cleanings! It is rare that I take the time to write a review or recommend a company to others, but Green Frog is a definite exception. I had no difficulty scheduling a convenient first appointment, and on the phone, Ema was very clear in describing how the first appointment goes. On the agreed-upon day, two professionally dressed and friendly employees arrived on time with all of their own equipment and supplies. They first asked for any special requests or areas of focus that were especially important to me, and then they systematically divided and conquered the house, pacing themselves to make sure they finished everything on time. We agreed to set a regular appointment for them to return, and time after time we see two out of the same three ladies arrive to clean the house - the consistency is terrific. Over the course of the past several months, our house has gotten progressively cleaner, because each visit they take care of the regular cleaning - kitchen, bathrooms, floors, etc., but also take on more of the "heavy" cleaning, like window shades, windows, ceiling fans, and more, as necessary. Basically, they will do anything I ask! Also, we have adjusted the length of each cleaning appointment over time based on the apparent needs in the house, and they have been nothing but flexible. Special shout-out to Michelle and Natasha - two super-friendly, awesome house cleaners who take care of business and tolerate my dog all at the same time. Roll out the red carpet and spotlights for Marina - the best lead cleaner anywhere, who not only cleans my house but delivers the best homemade cookies (I'm not sure if she'll do that for you, but I consider myself lucky!). The first time they came both Sam (and I think Nicole was the other person) did an excellent job giving our home a deep clean in preparation for our little one! Our baby ended up being born 4 weeks early and Sam took extra precautions the next time she came to make sure she didn't bring any germs or viruses with her. 6 months later... I'm still using the service. There are still occasionally spots that are not done quite to my expectations, but I don't always have time to communicate the issues to the office staff, so I don't feel it's fair to only blame them. Of the things that I have brought up before, they have been done better on return visits. Their efforts to be personable and helpful keep me coming back. As for issues from other posters... 1) communication seems to solve my issues with the service, and 2) you shouldn't have mold in your bathroom. read more

I hired this service to clean my 80 year old father's house in San Diego. I called and spoke with Mary, and went over IN DETAIL what I wanted done. I very specifically asked for three things, that a high area above the door be cleaned, I told her they would need a ladder to reach the area. I asked that the wall leading up the stairs to the second floor be cleaned of scuff marks. I asked that kitchen counter grout be deeply cleaned and scrubbed. Mary ASSURED me that this was no problem and would be done. I was charged $363.00. My dad said the 2 cleaners were quite pleasant and did a good job, but they told him they'd have to return to do the high spot and the blinds. The wall was not cleaned. The high spot was not touched. Mary emailed me and said, "they can't reach the high spot, we'll give you a credit of $25.00. So Mary mislead about Green Frogs services, and is still charging $363.00 for that service, which is pretty pricey, considering they don't meet their commitments. I will not use this service again, and I would not recommend them. !!!!! Sooooo, an UPDATE Edna at Greenfrog called me and they will make it right. I plan to update this review and the stars when they have done so. I am updating this review to 4 stars! After a discussing details with the Green Frog folks, they sent a new person to clean the discussed high window, and it was done and DONE WELL by a window person with their own ladder. In addition they sent another cleaner to the house, and this person re-cleaned the house, and added in the blinds and the wall as originally discussed. My Dad is really pleased. Why not 5 stars you ask? Because I think that I should have gotten all this done originally. However, I will say that Greenfrog made it right, so I can recommend giving them a call! read more

Elizabeth and Madison did a great job! I found Green Frog House Cleaning through Yelp. This is the first time I have used a cleaning service for a regular deep clean. They started in the bathrooms and worked their way out to the rest of the house. They even cleaned the stove which seen better days on the clean side. Working all the time and having the house at the mercy of two teenagers who aren't familiar with cleanliness it was great to see things cleaned that haven't been in so long. The only thing I would dock them on was they overlooked dusting a small stand in my bedroom and the top of my daughter's dresser. I figure that was a very tiny sacrifice in the war of cleanliness in my home. I look forward to the future cleanings and am very happy with their services. read more

After doing a few one-off cleanings with Green Frog we realized this was the place we wanted to commit to for a recurring schedule. Ana has been the one to clean our house most recently, and she does an amazing job in the time given. It's always refreshing to see the house so clean, especially with two dogs and two small children. The 'above and beyond' part is, the house is neatly put together when she is done, couch pillows/blankets arranged/folded, and it is a great touch that makes it look very well done on top of the great clean.
