This time, for a much overdue deep cleaning, she came with Andrea and a new technician in training. I am so impressed with their attitude, their amazing work and their attention to detail that I will be a regular customer from here on out. I can honestly say my house has not looked so good since I moved in and they made some areas, like the master bath, look better than I thought possible. I've used Green Frog twice so far and both times have been easy to book. The first time I did a deluxe cleaning and Lupe was amazing. She was so nice upon meeting her and she was extremely detailed in cleaning every part of my apartment. I booked again recently and did a general cleaning, which in my opinion, was drastically different from the deluxe. I would not recommend it, as you can pay a bit more for a way deeper clean. I requested for my ceiling fans to be cleaned as an additional request, and they were still left dusty. Overall it's been an okay experience, but I would definitely recommend the deluxe clean for the best value. read more

Ahhhh! These people are fabulous! They come to my home twice a month and clean up after my three dogs :) I told them to give extra attention to the floors and every time they get better and better! Also, without even asking, they make all the beds, tidy up the shoes in the closet and take out all the trashes. I love these women :) I always offer them some food or coffee, and make sure to put their favorite music on Pandora. Also, they are very trustworthy! I have left them alone in my home multiple times, with money on the counter for them as they finish up, and they do a great job. I had Natalie and Kayla do a deep clean on my condo and they did an amazing job. I have to admit I was a little skeptical that the deep clean would really be that good, but it was. I by no means needed 2 techs either. It was easy to set up my appointment through email and again, the techs were really nice but it wasn't worth the money. Last week we had our house cleaned by Green Frog Cleaning for the first time. Email correspondence ahead of time with the office for both a quote and to schedule a cleaning was easy, and I even got an email reminder the day prior with a list of what to expect since it was our first cleaning with them. Lizzy and Kira arrived on time and spent 4 hours cleaning our house from top to bottom - dusting, baseboards, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling fans, etc. Most impressive was how detailed they were in the bathrooms and kitchen! Lizzy and Kira were friendly, but didn't spend too much time talking as they had quiet a bit to do, and were really great working around our cats (one of whom is indoor only and is terrified of vacuums). We will definitely have Green Frog to our home again, and will ask for Lizzy and Kira! read more

So far, I have had 2 cleanings with Green Frog - one deep cleaning by Rosie and Meghan and then a maintenance cleaning by Rosie. I have been very impressed with the responsiveness and thoroughness of the office staff. From getting quotes, scheduling, to following-up they have been top notch. Each visit, the technicians have been on time, or called/texted to let me know they were running a few minutes late, and have been courteous, and asked questions when needed. The cleanings have been good. I do rent an old house with quirks and I'm not sure I'll ever feel it's completely spic and span - but each cleaning has been a good solid cleaning. I appreciate that the technicians ask me to check before they leave and are always happy to finish anything they missed or I'd like re-done. They really seem easy to work with. Meghan even helped me remove some curtains I needed to launder. So far, my one criticism would be the cost, especially for a deep clean that I'm just not convinced was very deep. Afterwards, I noticed my showerhead still had calcium deposits stuck on (which I have since taken care of), a few items were not lifted to dust and then wiped down, and that my floors weren't quite as clean as I prefer. (I prefer a good cleaning on my hands and knees to really see the stuck on dirt and spots to tackle.) But, as far as maintenance cleaning, I really find this a great service and it allows me the time to do other things or focus on those deep cleaning tasks. read more

I would NOT recomend this company. I asked for a deep cleaning. I didn't get much of a cleaning at all. The big bookshelf in the living room has 6 shelves, 2 were dusted. The floor was soaking wet for 20 minutes AFTER the 2 gals left, and was absolutely NOT clean. The wet floor and trail of dirty black spots in the middle of the kitchen floor continued on into the adjacent room. I could go on and on. They did almost nothing. The girl handed me a invoice for $212. I called the office. They sent someone else out. The second gal was a much better worker. However, the apartment was still in no way "deep cleaned" Plus, I asked for 2 hours. The one gal was here about an hour and twenty minutes, and the apartment was at least "better" but the cabinets, door jams, fridge, etc.. hadn't been touched. Never got anything remotely close to a "deep clean". I have had independent individuals work for 2 hours for $60, and done a great job. I'm going back to recommended individuals. The three girls that came out were thorough, professional, polite, and very conscientious.
