Returned to Green Go after Melissa saved my interior last year - I had a water leak in the car that wasn't caught for a few wks and caused mold to grow, she completely renewed and refreshed my car interior (and restored my peace of mind). Brought my Subaru Ascent here that was filthy inside and out. We traveled all over the west coast with three kids and it was in great need of cleaning. These guys did a wonderful job detailing everything and was thoughtful even getting the shifter in drive. We left it parked while we shopped and grabbed drinks. Awesome customer service! My car looked awful before bringing it here. When they were finished I thought I had a brand new car again! My seats were bought back to life completely! My interior and exterior was done to perfection. My tires were completely shining. The workers are so kind and they work fast but didn't miss a spot. Def went above and beyond! Girl at check in and who did the car wash was very nice, but car WAS NOT clean! Interior was nice and shiny, but she left bird poo on windows. She said she thought they were scratches and that they didn't scrub damage glass. (Went through a bug storm on I-5, sounded like hail as car kept splattering bugs). So I took and towel and wiped down all the numerous spots she missed. But there was also bird poo on window trim and after leaving I noticed my sunroof had poo on it too. She didn't even touch the roof. For $70 I would at minimum think that they'd wash off all the bird dropping. read more

Friendly place and would visit again but hopefully it's better next time. Understand that it was going to close at 4 today but I still made an appointment to get my car washed properly. Decent job. Missed some spots that I was really hoping for it to get cleaned. Like the trunk area. But it's not horribly done. Just saying, wash could have been better for the price and previous reviews. Still, nice guys. And yes, I still tipped 20% Edit: some streak marks on the window and water stains on my side mirrors :[ Beginning to think it was rushed way too much for what I paid. Its been years since I got a car wash in Fashion Valley mall but it was really good service back then. I have a brand new 2023 KIA Sportage whose interior is really clean except for having some dirt in the floor mats after a day in the desert area. I took it to Fashion Valley Greengo Wash at 2:30 PM on Friday. Since they close at 4 PM, I asked if they had time for a mini-detail which included shampooing the floor mats. Daniel Brown was the detailer and he said yes. I left my car and went to shop. I forgot my phone in the car so I walked back a little after 3pm and he was still working on the same car and mine was still where I'd left it. I was worried that he'd have enough time to do the full mini-detail since it says that a mini-detail takes 2 hours but he said it was fine he'd text me when the car was ready. I went back at 4pm and he was working on the outside - he said his daughter was going to do the interior and hadn't started that yet. He asked if I could pay now and if I could lock the car from my phone they'd text me when it was done so I could lock it. I said yes, paid $145 ($120 + $25 tip) and went to a restaurant really close (So Sushi). I got a text at 4:45pm that the car was done. I locked it but went right out as I'd already paid and finished dinner. I was there within a few mins and they were already gone. I then saw them as they drove by and waved goodbye. The outside looked pretty good - there was a couple of missed bird matter, but it looked good. The problem happened when I opened the car. The first thing I noticed was tons of streaks of oil that was not rubbed into the surfaces (door, console, middle storage and seats) - it also had an AWFUL smell - like a bad chlorine smell. I started wiping everything down with a dry microfiber I keep in the car. As I was wiping everything down, I noticed the driver side floor mat was SO dirty. They had barely vacuumed it and did not wash it all. You could tell they hadn't even taken it out and shaken it out. I went to look at the passenger side and it was partially damp in some areas and looked better but still looked like they did a partial wash as the edges and corners where dry and still had some dirt/dust. I went back to the driver side and noticed they had cracked my mini trash can. I've hit that into the driver's chair a few times and have not cracked it. They must have slammed the door really hard to have cracked the thick plastic. I took a video of the driver side floor mat showing my hands going through the threads and the dirt and dust that jumps up. I will not go back to this place. My car is only a few months old and was not dirty except for the driver side floor mat that had some extra dirt/dust from the desert. My car that had a nice new car smell still has this hideous chemical smell to it days later. If he'd told me they only had time for a wash and interior vacuum, I would have done that and not paid for a mini-detail which was supposed to include "floor mats shampooed" which I obviously did not get but paid for. read more

Melissa is by and away the finest car detailer I have ever had the pleasure to take my cars to. She is conveniently located in the parking garage behind Nordstoms in Fashion Valley Mall. She has proven to consistently go well above what one would expect at a normal hand wash car facility. Her ability to get the brake dust off wheel rims is second to none. Melissa, the owner of this establishment is amazing. I felt I needed a detail both times I came here and she did some small minor things to improve the look and smell of my car. She's such a generous owner with her time and resources. Both times I offered to pay for her help and she refused and smiled and said I did nothing for you. She really loves what she does and after watching her detail some nice BMWs while waiting, you can tell she really pays attention to detail and removing stuff that most detailers can't. You rock and I hope this helps you make your decision to drop your car off to her versus some other shop that rushes the details. Boom! read more

This is my least favorite type of review to write. I really wanted to like this place because the people working there were really friendly. At the end of the of the day, they just didn't deliver. I pulled in to the location in the G1 garage (nearest The Cheesecake Factory) and a really friendly guy said he had an appointment but told me to go see his colleague in the G2 parking structure and tell her he sent me. I did and met another friendly person who gave me my options for washing my truck. I went with the mini detail for $120 and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I came back early and waited while she finished up. At first glance, it looked really nice and I gave her a good tip. She had given me a small discount as well. At the time I noticed the wheels still looked dull and a little dirty. She said they had washed them twice and I was in a rush so I let it go and got on my way. After driving for a few minutes I started to notice that the smell from the cleaner they used was becoming over powering. It smelled good at first but the chemical smell became bad enough that I had to roll all the windows down for the rest of the day. Once I got to take a look at the outside in the sunlight, I noticed the spots they had missed. The. I ran a finger over the wheels and the left over dirt wiped right off. They probably sprayed the wheels down but never actually washed them. In the interest of complete disclosure the truck was pretty dirty when I dropped it off from driving down a couple gravel roads but it wasn't muddy. I hate to write a 3-Star review for this business and the nice girl who did the detail on my truck, but the execution just wasn't there and for what I paid, the results didn't match the price. Maybe I had a unique experience, hopefully they get some more reviews here. read more

We arrived at 3pm and the guy did not want to wash our truck. He stayed three times that they close in an hour. We told him we would be back before they closed. We arrived back at 350pm. They had already left and they never called us. We found our keys in an unlocked box. Someone could have stolen our vehicle or vandalized it. They are irresponsible and unprofessional especially for their prices. I do not recommend them. Crackhead service deserves crackhead prices. read more

This place saved me at zero hour. I have 3 cars I'm turning into a luxury rental fleet and all 3 needed to be detailed for a photo shoot tomorrow. Luckily I live 5 minutes from GGW! I also work graveyard shift full time, so it makes it very difficult for me to get enough sleep and also plan important appointments during business hours. I knew a day prior I wanted to come here and saw online that their schedule looked open which was super convenient. When I called around 1pm after getting as much sleep as I could (4 hours) they said they could accommodate all 3 rides the same afternoon. About 6 trips back and forth and 2 Uber rides later and they were all done! We started at 2pm and ended at 6pm. Bree and her assistant did the details. I chose the interior detail/outer wash package for each car and it was half the price other mobile detailers usually charge! I've never seen my babies look so pretty. :) I'm over the moon about how nice and responsive they were and for how they really went out of their way to make today happen for me. They didn't make me feel rushed or like a bother, they just did their thing and helped me coordinate so we could get each car in and out efficiently!! I will absolutely be back and love that we can just do regular maintenance now! I've been a long term loyal customer for several years, and took my roadster recently to get detailed expecting the same exceptional service that I usually received. However, when I picked up my roadster there was scratches on my fender that weren't there previously so I reached out to management to just have the scratches removed not asking for a refund just wanted the issue rectified, but they absolutely refused and stated they would be admitting guilt. Highly unprofessional, sloppy quality Took my car to the Green Go Wash after a machine wash left it in unsatisfactory condition. Basically a clean car already, the manager even commented that it would be the easiest car of the day. Wash was quick and punctual, but the quality was highly disappointing: ton of water marks on the trunk, windshield wipers not cleaned at all, some windows were still dirty. Went back to give Green Go Wash a chance to make the situation right before posting this review - was met with an aggressively defensive attitude and belittling comments. Manager claimed the spots on my trunk would not come out, but then wiped some of them off right away. Very unfortunate that reasonable and friendly feedback would be so badly received. read more

I went to this car wash today and the young lady already seemed annoyed because the person ahead of me didn't appear to be satisfied with the job they did. When she came to me I asked to see a price list and was told that they only offer the $70 package or the $100 package and if I wanted a cheaper package I'd have to go to their location across from Nordstrom's. She came off as extremely rude but needless to say, I went to the other location and when I got there I was told that they weren't taking any more cars and they were just as rude. I will NEVER use this company and as of today, my husband won't be using them anymore either. read more
