I'm very picky with what company I use for whatever I'm looking for because you don't always find a company like this one. I've had ants in my backyard, the tech came out, treated the area and shortly thereafter within a week the ants were gone. They've treated not only the exterior area of my house, they treated the block wall surrounding my backyard. They use non toxic formula which is extremely important to me because I'm chemically sensitive. The owner is by far the best when responding if there are any concerns. Gavin recently treated the outside of my house. He's very communicative and informative. He always asks me if there are any bugs I've noticed that needs targeted specifically! It's really refreshing to work with a company who's owner has such high integrity as well as his techs that come out. If I ever have concerns or questions, they are quick to respond and always make sure the service is 100%. They go above and beyond! I sent a note to request a quote and they responded within a few minutes. We exchanged some information and I was provided a quote, which was very fair. We were able to schedule the service call for the next day. James showed up within the 2 hour window and sent a text to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional in explaining the process and answering my questions (mostly around it being pet friendly). When he was finished he recapped the service and let me know how the treated areas would work to get rid of the termites. I definitely recommend Green Magic. He answered all of my questions quickly while I was in the midst of interviewing a couple of companies. With a dog in the house I am very careful about what kind of preventative pest services I use so I liked that this company is pet friendly. They were able to fit me in for my first service in the same week since I was doing renovation on my new house and had the baseboards pulled off. They laid down dust in the open voids there, sprayed, and then went through pretty thoroughly as well. I can't remember the tech's name but he was friendly, polite, and knew his stuff. He was able to explain exactly what the bi-monthly service included and how things would work moving forward. So far I've just had a few little bugs come out from the voids under the baseboards, which the tech said might happen, and all have been dead or in the process of dying so the treatment is working.
