My wife and I had concerns about an increase of bugs in our garage, we called Customer Service to expedite our monthly service, they were great, very helpful and of course very accommodating with their scheduling. Michael G showed up the next day, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and put our concerns at ease. I'm torn on writing this review. From a "does the product work" standpoint, it's a 5-star review. From a customer service standpoint, it's absolutely not close. We started out with great service - we always received a text letting us know about our upcoming appointment, the technicians were fantastic, and we were happy! Once we moved, it's like we're dealing with an entirely different company. Our initial appointment at our new home was horrendous, so much so that a different tech had to come back out and joked that the original tech left our garage looking like a "haunted house" with all the cobwebs. Two months ago, I had to call and ask when we'd be getting service again, as we did not receive our usual text message. Here we are again, due for our next appointment, and I've just had to call today to ask the same thing. It's at least a week, if not two, overdue, and we're starting to see bugs in the house. I can see based on other reviews left recently that I'm not the only one dealing with this. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm hoping it's sorted out soon, because this would have been a five-star review had I written it in earlier in our contract. read more

We love Green Mango. They only have to come out once every two months. Their treatment is that good! When the weather warmed up and we saw a cricket in the garage, they came out right away to apply another treatment and really took their time. They always provide great customer service. BILLING FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NOT RENDERED. I have no idea how they have almost 4 stars. They were rude even before they charged us without actually spraying and they refused to let us know they were coming in advance. These people are dishonest to say the least. Despite requests that they not send techs out to spray without notifying us so we could put our dogs in for the day they kept coming unannounced and then leaving a note saying they couldn't spray because the dogs were in the back yard and charging us anyway even though they admittedly didn't spray 80% of the house. Then in July of 2018 we received a bill for service and on the "date of service" I was home the entire day and no one came to the house to spray for pests. My dogs never barked because someone was at the gate and no one ever rang the door bell. I was home the entire day. When I called to discuss this with Green Mango they stated that the tech said he sprayed so he did and we had to pay them. We refused to pay the bill because the service was not rendered and they sent the bill to collections stating we had to pay them because we had not given them notice we were canceling. Needless to say we have filed a complaint with the BBB and if that doesn't accomplish anything will be filing civil charges. You can't charge people for service that you did not actually provide. read more

I was referred to this company off a FB group that I'm in..wanting something safe and I the organic side for my 13 month old and pets. I was very impressed with Rodney who came out and did my initial spray. Really loved the follow up and the prices are reasonable. I'm all about customer service and so far this company has shown me great customer service. I also like how if there is an issue between sprays they will come out. When we originally moved into our house in the ASU area, we were IMMEDIATELY having a Turf War with Scorpions. We had chosen to continue to use the previous owner's pest control company (another well known Bug company) and we would have 1-2 scorpions in the house or outside EVERY DAY!!! The company came out every 3 months and it was so bad we would not walk around barefoot IN THE HOUSE because we were worried about stepping on a scorpion. I heard about Green Mango on the JonJay and Rick morning radio show so I decided we needed a change. We RARELY see anymore scorpions or other pests for that matter: get rid of the food, get rid of the scorpions. They do come every 2 months and it is a bit more expensive as a result. However, the piece of mind that has come with winning the Turf War is worth the extra expense. The techs that I have had, are always prompt and courteous and they have even gone so far as to CALL ME to reschedule treating my back yard when I FORGOT to unlock my gate (my fault and they called me to make sure I was taken care of!!!) Once they have your phone number they will literally call and text NON STOP. We decided not to go with them because of this.

Updating my review. We had a very bad experience months ago. Despite that, Green Mango proved their cared and did what they could to give them another try. In the past year, we have had little to no activity & most importantly, NO scorpions. I've been using Green Mango for the past couple years. They have done an excellent job in eliminating our scorpions and any other bugs. My only complaint was the fast talking company rep that came initially to get me to switch companies. He uses an I-pad which leaves you with no copies of what you've agreed to. Also, he does not tell you that the company automatically debts the payment from your account every service. He reminded my of the guy that does the Sham WOW commercials. I am in despair over this. We have a German roach infestation. I tried Green Mango because I heard their products were really good. This was a very expensive treatment- $700. We had the usual two treatments two weeks apart, but the roaches never died. I called Green Mango back and they did a third treatment on August 6. True, there are a lot fewer roaches in my house, but I am still killing live roaches in my kitchen every single day including today. I started calling Green Mango again on Tuesday 8/21, and the woman in the office promised me their lead technician would call me by the close of business that day. It's now Saturday 8/25 and I've still not heard back from anyone there. I left another message this morning (it's very difficult to get through to anyone on their phone line) and I also sent a text message to the number they gave. No response. So, if you have this problem with German roaches, find a different company to treat your house- Don't use Green Man UPDATE: After I posted the above review three weeks ago, I received a call and message from Green Mango. They scheduled our 4th treatment right away and a tech came out to the house on time and did the treatment. Their customer service person assured me they will work with us until we get all these roaches to die. We still need a fifth treatment, and I called the office on Friday to let them know I am still killing live roaches every day, although there are far fewer of them now. They immediately scheduled our fifth visit for Monday. I changed my review to three stars, and I'm hoping to be able to change it to five stars as soon as all the roaches are dead. read more

It's been nothing but battle with this company to be honest. I simply requested that I have the same tech for because I'm training Search & Rescue dogs and wished for consistency of this and early mornings Only. A different person shows every time as well as I'll get notice the evening before that they're coming the next day! No schedule no room for planning, nothing! They completely disregard my morning request and a different face shows every time complete with 99% of them having zero personality. Also, someone mentioned that they started coming every 6weeks, and come to think of it, the same is happening here??? That's bull! Problem as I'm sure most on here reviewing we're trapped into a contract with no room for escape because it cost you the full amount of the year to do so! I wish I would have listened to my friend when she told me not to use Green Mango. NOT ONLY am I being charged more than she is but I was told something entirely different upon signing my contract. I was told I would see an increase in activity after the initial flush (which was true) but I would also receive a courtesy spray one month after, following that my every other month service would begin. That was all fine until I was charged today for second service. Not only was that told me to me incorrectly but I called their office 6 times last week trying to speak to a representative. I had ZERO luck getting through to them until someone called me because their employee had to reschedule. I've called 3 times today and left two voicemails and have yet to receive a response. I am going to do everything I can to get out of this contract and will never recommend them for pest control services. I have to agree with the other reviewers- their customer service has really gone downhill. They are supposed to come every 2 months- but they have been lax with this- more like 2 1/2 months, and I always have to call them to see why they are late. If I have to sign a contract, I expect prompt and consistent service. You get a 5 star for keeping the scorpions away, a 2 star for keeping the other bugs away and a 1 star for your customer service. For now it will be a 1 star review as per the lack of communication on their parts, only about 45 days into my contract and had no f/u call for the one month out... I call in and they say , "Oh we had you scheduled for Monday..." I said, "Really, when was that done?" She had no answer for it but, said theyd call me back Monday to schedule for Tuesday and no call. Here we are Wednesday and she says that I was contacted and scheduled for Friday... again really ? When was this done? 15 minutes into wait time she comes back and gives me a 4 hour window for end of day on agreed date. This review will stay one star until this has been resolved and I see results and not excuses... Worst customer service EVER! The product doesn't seem to work...... had to pay extra for service of different bug which even on their fifth visit they can't seem to get rid of. The technicians never tell you when they are coming so they expect you to take the entire day off to wait for them. Every time they come they park sideways across my driveway which I have repeatedly asked them not to do because they block the cars in the garage & it does no good because as I am typing this todays technician is parked across my driveway. The technicians also leave the gates open EVERY TIME & I have dogs... I have asked them literally every time to close the gates and todays technician wants to stand here and argue with me about it. After taking work off and waiting at home all day for them to spray. They call right at the very end of the time block to say they can't actually make it. This is the second time we had a no show, so called the office to cancel the service all together. They just threatened us with collections if we don't complete our contract. How about you guys stand up to your side of the contract and show up for appointments. We tried in good faith to complete the contract but that's hard when Green Mango doesn't even show up to appointments. Looking through all these negative reviews here it seems no show is pretty regular for them. Looks like a class action lawsuit in the brewing. read more

If anyone in management at green mango is reading this, I wanted to leave some feedback on your scheduling process. The service itself has been great, but I never seem to know when my next appointment is. I understand service scheduled every other month, butIt seems to vary by day and the only way I know service is happening is with the pre-call done the day of service. This leads me to have to call you every other month to find out what day my services are. Is there anyway to send an email communication to your customers with a schedule date? read more

Green Mango does not know what they are doing nor do they care about customer satisfaction! We had a cricket infestation and had to request multiple resprays with no resolution! It was not until the end of our contract that the second to the last representative found the source! It was embarrassing when family members and friends would ask don't you pay for pest control after they would have to walk around the crickets to get to the front door! I finally cancelled our services with Green Mango at the end of our contract and will look elsewhere for another pest control company who's representatives are well trained to know where to look for the source of a reported issue! read more

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. The first time they came out it was a brand new tech who didn't know what he was talking about. They claim they clean all corners of spider webs and focus on scorpion control. Not only did he not clean any webs away but they wall wasn't sprayed with the dust. I asked him to look at these things that looked like termite tunnels and he said oh no those are just ants and wasn't even going to spray them till I said something to him. So I call the Monday to have them come clean the webs out and to let them know that I googled the tunnels and they are termites. They sent a termites guy out and his quotes were completely outrageous. While I understand they aren't termites certified a technician should know the difference. They told me they can't come back out to my house for a month to spray anymore because they spray the most the first month. So next month they come out and yet again no web clearing and no dust on the walls. So I called them AGAIN the lady said she was sorry and took off 10% off my service... they also sent someone out to clean the spider webs off and spray the wall. Well the cleaned the webs off and didn't spray the walls and they also broke a hole in my ceiling while cleaning the webs off. Finally got to talk to a manager and she was really nice and gave me my money back from the service and cancelled Subscription and was supposed to send someone out to fix it. It's been over three weeks and I haven't heard anything. Not only are they super expensive they don't give a crap about there customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A TOTAL SCAM. read more

Back in July 2020 we were getting bitten in our house by something and couldn't figure out what it was so we hired green mango pest control to come out and eliminate any pests that were biting us. we captured a couple different bugs just in case they were the ones biting us and we weren't sure what they were. the technicians took pictures of them and the bites on me and said they would upload them onto our account for a specialist to review and diagnose for proper treatment. Come to find out the pictures were never uploaded and no one ever contacted me so in the 2 months we have been with them I have had to call to let them know we're still getting bitten we've had three technicians come out in the last two months and no one did any thorough investigations on why I keep getting bit they checked for bed bugs and found no evidence of them so just did normal treatment spray ing our bedding and furniture to be safe. I have over a hundred bites all over me now and I called them again and the third technician came out Hector C. He was amazing and very thorough he again checked for bed bugs and found no evidence but got on his hands and knees with a flashlight went across a lot of my baseboards and did find evidence of fleas droppings. he said that they came from our yard and brought in by the dogs. They have a specialized flea treatment but it costs almost $300 for the whole treatment I told them because I've had three techs come out no one has Even tried to diagnose what the problem was until Hector and didn't even upload the pictures that each of the techs had taken previously that I wasn't willing to pay for the expensive treatment for something that should have been diagnosed when we told them we had some problems earlier in July. It took a third technician and over a hundred bites on me to figure it out I told them I found it in bad taste and terrible customer service when their company dropped the ball and they won't fix it without charging me a lot of money. They offered a discounted rate still almost $200 to get rid of the problem. I was told that a manager Alan would call me today and work things out with me. Alan did call and said that they couldn't do the specialized treatment at no cost.I told him that I would have been willing to pay full price for the treatment if back in July when I asked your company and your technician to please find out what's biting us and now I have over a hundred bites and you want me to pay for a treatment that none of your other techs even looked for. I told them I wanted to cancel my contract and instead of trying to keep my business as a new customer he went ahead and canceled my contract for me. Had a couple of customer service issues a few months back, but they must have fired or retrained the girl since then. The only difficult thing has been getting in contact with anyone at the office on Saturdays. Their voicemail comes on, but couldn't reach anyone we needed to speak to the service tech. My suggestion would be to have someone available to speak to, and a way to contact the technician to confirm he is coming. We have had several service techs over a year's time and they have all been terrific. We had a huge issue with black widow spiders, and since Green Mango, we haven't seen a single one. They also eliminated the fire ants, and significantly reduced the pincher bugs and flies outdoors. read more

I am surprised with all the negative reviews for Green Mango pest control. They have been nothing but awesome for us. Our old place had several scorpions and they did a great job lessening the scorpion activity for the two years we were there. They always came when they said they would and they had no problem coming back in between sprays when I asked them to. We just moved to a new place and of course wanted to continue to use them! They were originally suppose to come late in the afternoon but I forgot I wasn't going to be here, I called the morning they were suppose to come and they had no problem calling me back and coming earlier in the day so they could get the inside. I would say their customer service is great and their product works!! read more

Completely exceeded my expectations. We bought our home in 2009 and used a regular pest control service to treat for cockroaches and spiders. All of a sudden, starting in the summer of 2011, we were inundated with scorpions, both inside and outside our home. We went through two different pest control companies before Green Mango, with only limited success. After my husband got stung on the toe in the hallway, and my dog got stung in the mouth, I was at my wit's end. On three separate occasions, we even found scorpions in our bed!!! I was ready to sell our house at that point. I head the ad on the John Jay & Rich show, and I decided to give Green Mango a call. That was about a year ago. Honestly, I was a little skeptical, considering that Green Mango only comes out every other month, not every month. Now, a year later, I can honestly say that we have not seen a scorpion inside our house for about 7 months. I still find some outside the house occasionally, but usually not within a 7-8 foot range of the actual structure. I typically use the black light 4-5 times a week after dark to check both inside and outside the house, since I'm so freaked out by scorpions. I am completely satisfied with the results. The technicians who come to my house are super friendly, attentive and professional. I have not had one problem at all with the service. With prior companies, I experienced crazy things like rude technicians, double billing, and many missed service calls. One technician from a company we used before actually tried to tell me that there was nothing they could do about the scorpions and I needed to learn how to live with it. I've been living in AZ since 1999 and I'd never even seen a scorpion until I moved into this house. As someone who is totally freaked out by these little demons, I am so completely relieved to have finally found Green Mango. They have made my life so much less stressful. read more

I've waited a couple weeks before I posted my review because I wanted to see how things would go. I've lived in my house for 10 years and scorpions have always been an issue. It really became worse last summer when I found one on my bath towel and my daughter found on on her shirt that was hanging in her closet. I've used other companies before, but it's never helped. Decided to use Green Mango after a friend who had a similar problem referred me. Michael G. came out July 5th and walked me through the whole process and went over the contract and their satisfaction guarantee. He was very efficient and polite and understood the concerns I had with the scorpions. It's been two weeks and I have yet to see any live ones in the house. I have found 3 in the garage but they were all crispy and dead, which is not usually how I find them. So far, I would say it's working and while I was hesitant to sign a year contract, if this is the solution I needed all along, then it's worth it. read more

Super frustrated with this company!!! Green Mango was a recommendation from a friend, so I decided to utilize them based off of my friends recommendation. I have been utilizing their service for close to a year now and never had any issues. However, just in a month alone they've rescheduled my appointments. Not once but twice! The third time they called and tried to reschedule my already rescheduled appointment and they tried to give me the same excuse as the last time. I don't know about Green Mango but I schedule my appointments to fit my needs as well. So when I schedule my appointments it's because I set aside time to make sure I'm there. How many times is your worker going to be in the hospital? Is there lack of workers or lack of compassion for your customers. I don't get it! read more

We had the guy out and the spraying did nothing to get rid of the crickets or scorpions and assorted bugs.In the last week we've killed 45 crickets and half a dozen scorpions in the house and have left messages on the answering machine. After this Wednesday the 7/26/17 if I haven't heard from them I will be looking for a new pest control out fit.If you walk out of the house at night and there are bugs galore running everywhere. The spraying did little or nothing to curb the Crickets, outdoor roaches. earwigs, Scorpions and assorted bugs. I'm not at all happy with this company now and will be looking for a new pest control after Wednesday. read more

We are new to the Phoenix area and learned about scorpions the hard way, when they started entering the house looking for crickets. We asked around and saw a lot of positive reviews for Green Mango and decided their service sounded much different than others, as they also treat beyond the foundation where these critters actually live. After signing up for the service, our technician Cody M., came to our house ready to rock and roll the very next morning. After explaining the treatments to me, he quickly went to work. He did multiple treatments using various sprays, dusts, and granules in areas well beyond our house foundation to kill them where they live and hide, before they try to enter the house. Cody M. also treated around the house foundation, around rocks and walls and specific plants where critters hide and was extremely diligent in hitting every entry spot and hideaway. Also Cody treated inside the garage and placed glue board traps near gaps. I was extremely impressed and look forward to no longer having a pest problem. Especially not having to be surprised by scorpions dropping by. If there should be an issue, Green Mango will come back for free between scheduled visits. But I remain hopeful that Cody got 'em where they live. read more
