My favorite Thai place. I've tried several from Fontana to Rancho area and this is by far my favorite. None of the others meet the taste. My favorite dish is the lemongrass soup and garlic chicken. My husbands favorite is the drunken noodles. read more

We went to this place to try it out when our usual Thai places were closed. I am so glad we did because to food was so delicious! We ordered a few dishes and shared them and still had leftovers to take home. We ordered beef padseew which was very flavorful and good. We had the papaya salad with no spice it was crunchy fresh and delicious. The chicken satay was so good and the sauce served with it was very good. We ordered the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce and they were fresh and tasty with a beautiful presentation. We also ordered this steak dish that was super yummy. The Thai tea was a beautiful drink and tasted amazing. The staff was incredible and took very good care of us. Ricky was a great waiter always checking on us and was super friendly. I am so glad we went to this place and we are looking forward to coming back for more soon. read more

My friend and I came here 2 weeks ago before a shopping trip and we both loved the interior design. It was one of the better-themed Thai places I've been to. However, that did not make up for the mediocre food. The service was great, as everything came out quickly and the presentation was great too, but I've had better Thai places. For me, tasty food beats decor any day. The soup was too salty for my tastes (and I like salty foods at times), and the salad dressing was too tangy for me. Moving onto my sweet and spicy sole. Meh. The fish was hard to cut and tough. It was warm at best. The sauce was pretty standard, meaning it tasted like McDonald's Sweet Chili sauce (I may even prefer the latter). My friend thought her green curry was alright. Next time I'll probably eat back in my area before venturing out to a shopping trip that far. read more

Food was not what we expected from authentic Thai food and not well cooked. We ordered two vegetarian dishes. Glass noodle pad Thai with a sweet and sour tamarind sauce. The sauce tasted entirely like sugar and had no depth of flavor. The vegetables were cut unevenly- some were raw and some were overlooked. We also ordered Eggplant with bell pepper and bamboo shoot. The eggplant was raw, as were the bell pepper and onion. So disappointing! I would not come back here. Upon arrival, my plate was dirty and when my water glass was filled it spilled all over the table and the server didn't clean it up. They also brought 1 dish before the other- which is service 101. No one wants to eat alone or wait for the other dish to arrive and have their food get cold. When they asked how the food was, we told them honestly and they didn't respond- only said "many customers like it like that." Ok- but we don't. read more

I ordered food to be delivered, and had a great experience through Seamless, even adjusted the order by phone. Everything was packaged neatly, with no spillage. Got everything 100% vegan/vegetarian, so avoided anything fried due to cross contamination with the shared fryer. Everything tasted great from the appetizers including Papaya Salad and fresh rolls with peanut sauce, to the main entrees drunken noodles, Penang curry (all medium spicy), and 2 other dishes which my extended family ate, as well: red curry and pad Thai (ordered mild). Food arrived shortly after scheduled since we made some adjustments after placing the order, but I was notified of a time frame, and any delays. First time ordering from there, as we were close by. Food was on time and service was great. I rushed out of there and realized when I got home that I was missing a dish. Granted, I was rushing and rushed the lady behind the counter. With a hungry family waiting, we just dove into dinner. Food was fantastic! Flavorful and good portions. As we finished dinner, I had received 2 voicemails and a message from grub hub. The restaurant had called me to let me know I was missing a dish and also that they would refund the amount of the dish if I did not want to go back and picking it up. I am a bit shocked this restaurant has a 3.5 star rating. Definitely better than that. They recently had a price increase so their food prices are a bit high but which restaurant hasn't increased prices recently. Service is great and i highly recommend their green curry. read more

Very impressive! I hadn't been to the Green Mango since Covid. It is my understanding that they have new owners. The Green Mango was always very good and I enjoyed eating there. Now under new ownership they do not disappoint, the food is as good if not a little better than before. Now all they need to do is put together a special lunch menu to bring in even more business. Beautiful shrimp spring rolls to start. Best vegetable chow neon w crispy noodles I've ever had. And tried 3 curries - green spicy, yellow medium, beef masaman mild. All three were wonderful. Came here on a Saturday night when i was craving Thai food. I happened to be across the street at the mall so this location was convenient. The parking lot was full, most likely due to the apartment complex that is right next to the restaurant. I assume maybe they share parking? But anyways, for the lot being packed there weren't very many people in the restaurant. Surprising for a Saturday night, but hey, I can't complain. Makes service quicker for us! The hostess was friendly and sat us at one of their booths. The restaurant is decorated very nicely. And the food is decent. The cream cheese wontons were made kind of sloppy. Like someone half did their job of filling the wontons with cream cheese then twisted it lazily before frying it up. We asked for extra curry sauce with our panang curry. Maybe the waitress didn't hear correctly? Or the cook didn't want to grant our request. Any ways, the curry was ok. Nothing special. Pad Thai with vegetables was good but I haven't really tried a place that messed it up. I think overall I would not come here again. There are plenty of other Thai restaurants in the area that I would much rather spend my money at. Two stars for the restaurant looking nice. This restaurant appears to be going under. The food is being served on paper plates, in to-go plastic containers with the food tasting very bland and un-seasoned. We have eaten here before but this experience has left us highly disappointed, both from a qualitative and service perspective. We will avoid this from now on. read more

My second visit here confirmed for me that Green Mango Thai isn't a one trick pony. I was promptly and politely greeted by the welcoming staff. My order was beautiful and delicious! The Papaya salad is huge and not to be missed. I was offered a complimentary butterfly pea tea and I'm glad I accepted the gift. The people were very friendly and helpful and the menu has a wide variety of food. My wife is from China and is quick to spot food that is lacking in taste or preparation, so it surprised me when she said she really liked it and ask for a box to take home what she could not finish. The next day she was very happy to warm the food and finish it for lunch. This never happens when we go out to eat!! I found the food to be enjoyable and tasty. The price point was about average.
