The trisome, which is a berry cake with a 2 layers of creaminess and a base of dates, truly shocked me as to how good it was. Sweet, an amazing texture, and in no-way tasted like a health dessert. The carrot cake on the other hand (which was recommended by the woman behind the counter who I presume to be the owner) was unfortunately no where near as good in comparison to the trisome. It lacked sweetness and despite letting it thaw for at least ten minutes as instructed was too rigid in texture and didn't feel decadent. I will be back next time I am in nyc to try more flavors. The health positives outweigh any sweetness/texture deficits.
