    Pb, mango, TiRAWmisu

Wow, this was AMAZING!!! What a delicious, fresh, healthy-tasting desert. We had the peanut butter bar, the mango-chocolate (not the official name-seasonal), and the tirawmisu. Kids loved it, we loved it-can't wait to try other things. Now, we ordered three slices, but it seems like a full cake/pie may be a better value. Thank you for creating these desserts that I can eat. We'll be back!

Love their trisomy pie!! If it was more affordable, I'd get it on a weekly basis! The workers here are incredibly kind and helpful, I've been here twice and the first time I tried a variety of slices, my sisters loved their trisome flavor so I got an entire pie as a bday cake and we devoured it! It's nice that we can easily refreeze these and eat it whenever we'd like!

Our professor treated us to some cakes from Rawsome, and we were all smitten! One of them was the Trisome, which was unlike anything I've had before. It's made up of a chocolate chip crust, vanilla cream, freeze-dried raspberries, and chocolate sauce. I loved it, as did my classmates. The other cake was their coconut cream cake, which is decadent, to say the least. It's actually vegan, which makes it wonderful. It's very tasty and full of the coconut flavor, but don't get it if you're looking for something light, because that one is a giant calorie bomb! Very impressed with their treats! Recommend for prompt delivery and unique cakes.

I have tried several of the pies when they were available by phone or web order only, i.e., before they opened a brick and mortar store My favorite is the 'Fourbidden' cake quickly followed by the 'Tirawmisu'. Both pies have a hint of coffee flavors as they both include cold brewed espresso as an ingredient. Other ingredients you'll find, among others, are almonds, young coconut meat, dates, cashews, and coconut oil. The pies are raw, vegan, GF, and paleo-friendly The flavors and texture may not be familiar to desserts I've tried growing up. Key ingredients used in traditional, conventional treats like butter, cream, or sugar are not used here. The creations here are unique, tasty, and, most importantly, are healthy alternatives that do satisfy my sweet tooth cravings I like to eat responsibly, which includes eating clean, just as much as I like to enjoy a good bite at any other restaurant or bakery as I've no food restrictions. Generally when I want indulgence I go for the full-fat, full-flavored version (at preferred shops). The pies here are executed well with beneficial ingredients to hit the spot with zero guilt. I have my favorites but all varieties are fun and enjoyable to try. This place easily sits towards the top of my list of preferred shops.

I'm not vegan or even vegetarian - in my current state of laziness I just have a deep appreciation for no-bake treats as a genre. Usually this involves eating raw oatmeal mixed with peanut butter and raisins held together by sheer willpower, so the desserts at Rawsome Treats were definitely a step up. I got the black sesame one and am happy to report that it had that *true* black sesame flavor (real black sesame lovers know what I mean); also liked the crust too. However, I will say that, for $10, this slice was TINY. Overall, good for a treat but probably a little too $$ for regular occurrence.

Flight: Tiramisu (didn't make the photo because I ate it so quick!), red velvet and triply berry

Raw cheesecakes. Flavor was very good but price is ridiculous. We have a place similar to this back home and prices are a lot more decent. It is $10 for the bigger rectangle piece of cheesecake and $11 for a 3 bite flight. We went with the flight and got the tiramisu (best one), red velvet and triple berry. All gluten free, dairy free, paleo friendly. I want to give this place higher stars for taste but price is too high for portion.

Amazing pies love all the flavors

Omg. I just got my order of the delicious and yummy pies. I had to control myself to not eat the whole thing at one time.

I've been wanting to try this place forever. I love vegan desserts and raw food. The appearance is very discreet, the store is fairly small, but it punches way above it's weight class. The raspberry and coconut cakes were so fresh, not overly sweet, and very creamy. I think it would be a great spot to get a cake for an event that vegans and non-vegans alike would enjoy.

Great desserts. Delicious taste and aesthetically beautiful. I'd eat these even if they weren't raw. It was that good.

Ask the Community - Rawsome Treats

How much does a whole tirawmisu cost & the matcha one (I can't remember the name)?

I think $18. They are quite filling! I can't eat a while one. I had to share.

Can the cakes be outside the refrigerator for a few hours?

Hi Carrie, the raw cakes have to be kept cold. If not in the refrigerator, best to keep in a cooler especially in the summer.

How much does a single serving cost?

    $10

How long does it take for the owner to respond to your order typically?

Usually I get a call back the same day. I have called and emailed the owner and always get in touch. Now I'm thinking of cake:/

This sandwich is usually not something that is available vegetarian so i was curious to see the flavors and textures. The steak is chewy and meaty so if you are not a fan of faux meat then i would proceed with caution. I enjoy the cheeses here as they are unique and different from each other. The sandwich overall was okay though not my favorite sandwich ever. - smoked Mac and cheese (7/10): macaroni with smoked goat cheese, cheddar, mozzarella baked in a cast iron skillet and topped with vegan pancetta and breadcrumbs. This was a cozy appetizer especially on a cold day. The flavors of the cheese are rich and smoky with a hint of saltiness from the pancetta and breadcrumbs. I would have liked it to be a larger portion and offered as an entree. WOULD I GO BACK? Maybe. I liked the ambiance and the option to try dishes that are usually meat heavy but the cuisine is not my personal favorite.

Our party of 3 got a table and settled in with a couple of appetizers: buffalo arancini + fried artichokes. The arancini were ping pong sized rice balls, chewy and lacking much of a punch, though the "bleu cheese" dipping sauce was pleasantly tangy. The fried artichokes fared better: at once crispy and tender in a tempura batter with a mustardy "aioli" and charred lemon. I did a southern seitan sandwich with sweet potato fries: fried seitan slabs + chipotle sauce + lettuce + avocado + caramelized onions. The seitan was under-seasoned, but the chipotle added some much needed zing. My girlfriend's plate of seitan marsala (seitan + sundried tomatoes + broccoli rabe + mashed potatoes + marsala sauce) was a better dish, if heavier than expected.

I struggle to enjoy the food, which is kind of bizarre. Their gelato tastes like it is held together with a non-dairy thickener like guar gum. Their $22 rotisserie chicken is no where's as tasty and tender as the $10 rotisserie chicken at Whole Foods. Their pizza slices are creatively and beautifully crafted, but the vast majority have only a very slight coating of tomato sauce which you cannot taste, and little to no mozzarella. I don't enjoy their $10+ slices nearly as much as the $4 slice down the street. Everything that I order there looks better than it tastes. To be fair though, I have not had a sit-down meal there in a long time. Several years ago I did order a roast beef sandwich at their carving station, and it was nearly 50% hard white fat. WTF.
