Left: 913 Ginseng oolong milk tea hot Right: taro teazer Bottom: popcorn chicken mild

It seems like TenRen is going through a rebranding of their teas and foods. I haven't been to a TenRen for a long time. Seating: Plenty of space to meetup with friends or do work Drinks: 913 Ginseng Oolong Milk Tea: 2/5 - seems misleading because we didn't taste any Ginseng in our drink. We also ordered it hot and wished it was a little hotter. Taro Teazer: 4/5 - good flavor! Evenly balanced, but a little on the sweeter side. Food: Popcorn chicken mild: 3.5/5, decent portion, tasted alright with the mild spice. Just reminds me of how it tasted before Service: Great service! Can't complain. Overall, I would come back again. No issues with my visit.

I went to Green Shaker by Ten Ren to get a little drink after my last minute holiday shopping spree. The employees took my order right away during the lunch rush. There's a few places to sit & I had no idea that they sold food. Which I would definitely try next time I'm in the plaza. I got the Osmanthus Oolong Tea 75% sweetness with soft grass jelly. The osmanthus was floral and refreshing. I've never had soft grass jelly before and the texture was surprising and pleasant.

After dinner caffeine fix, Just needed a little something before the food coma kicks in. This is a really nice casual spot to hang out and catch up with friends. Not too loud, great staff. I think I'll choose this spot for a nice little game night. They have snacks, meals and good drinks.

This place is my favorite spot compared to all locations. Place is clean and spacious! The food never fails here. Today I ordered the Pork Bone Joy Pot with Udon noodles. I appreciated that the udon wasn't frozen and already cooked! Soup was made to perfection imo. Lastly, shout out to the staff. In particular, Christian who was very friendly and attentive. The energy and aura was radiating today!

Unexpectedly good personal shabu shabu here in this little cafe! The portion is very large for the price. It's already cooked and ready to eat. Meat and veggies are very tender and the broth is perfect. I think other dishes are just OK. Kung pao chicken was not very authentic. Tea is quite strong, but also quite impressive about the scent. Boba was less than what I expected from a place known for boba.

Seating was good, it wasn't packed and pretty spacious. Place looks nice, just like the title says, mix of a sports bar and a variety of drinks for non alcoholics. Menu also had food, but didn't order any and stayed to hangout, play board games, and enjoy the beverages. Music wasn't too loud and we were able to talk among our group well. The love potion was a bit sweet, might need to reduce the sweetness just a little bit. The cold brew was spot on, not watered down and strong in flavor. Atmosphere and vibe was good and welcoming. We would like to come back when we have time to play games and enjoy boba drinks.

Cute and very clean establishment with great customer service. Their Thai tea Teazer with a scoop of ice cream was really delicious!

Nice staff--good food--busy place ! Love the drinks too. We beat the crowd ! Get here before 12:00

I ordered from them late (around 8:20pm) via Uber Eats for my husband, who was working late. I got the popcorn chicken and pork chop rice. Unfortunately, both meats were overcooked -- very dry and slightly burnt, as if they had been cooked more than once. Also, the pork chop rice used to come with ground pork sauce on top of the rice, but this time it was missing. The quality has really gone down compared to before. I hope the restaurant can maintain consistency even for later orders.

This review is for a delivery order. Got the popcorn chicken rice but subbed for soup noodle and it was pretty standard. A bit pricy but you do get a small side of veggies and small size of potatoes. Overall it's 3.5 but rounded up bc you can always depend this taste of this place to be consistent and standard! Also got the wonton soup and it's what you would expect, their soup is actually pretty tasty.

Used to be my go to place for lunch, but haven't been here for 2.5 years (since the pandemic). The quality, popcorn chicken + green milk tea, is still very yummy. Popcorn chicken is probably the best quality around the area and the side dishes add a nice touch of fiber! However, the price has gone up substantially from before, 18+ for this meal. I get everything is more expensive now with inflation and all, but this increase seems a tad too much.

Drinks, food, and service 5/5. Staff were super friendly and service was fast! Ordered for takeout and we were happy with everything. Kumquat lemon drink...tart perfection! Loved the honey chrysanthemum tea, matcha milk tea, and mango slush. Combination fried riced and combination udon were very tasty. Did not skimp on ingredients. Loved the popcorn chicken. Ordered 2! 4 drinks, rice, noodles, and 2 popcorn chickens. $78 seemed a little much. So one star off for pricing.

Are you open for in person dining?

    Yes they are!

Is the menu the still the same thing?

Yes, the only big difference is that they do not carry honey dew based drinks. Other than that I believe that is the only thing.

    Are reservations needed?

No reservations needed. I'm not even sure if they take reservations.

The drink is super smooth and creamy with really strong jasmine and oolong flavors. And the brown sugar mochi jelly??? Boba WHO? It's soft, chewy, and honestly so much better than boba. The best part is that you can even save your drink for the next day and the mochi jelly stays soft instead of getting hard like boba does. I cannot recommend this specific order enough. There's a reason Torotea has expanded so much! I'm not the biggest fan of the Diamond Bar location purely because of the line, so I'd recommend trying one of their other locations if you don't want to wait as long. You can also order online on weekdays to avoid the line, but there is a small online fee. Also shoutout to whoever designed their shops because they absolutely killed the boho vibes. Super cute inside and the perfect place to wait for your drink. There isn't much of a seating area to chat given the line and large volume of traffic. Overall, as I can't emphasize any further, JASMINE OOLING WITH MOCHI JELLY.

I ordered the half sweet matcha with oat milk, and it was delicious. The portion size was generous, and despite how busy they were, my drink came out surprisingly fast. Convenient and Customizable -- A Solid Go-To My all-time…read morefavorite boba spot was Sunright Tea Studio, but unfortunately it's closed down, so I've been on the lookout for a replacement -- and this place has become my current go-to. What I love most here is the ordering experience. There are multiple large touchscreens where you can fully customize your drink -- sugar level, ice level, add-ons, substitutions, you name it. I almost always go for zero sugar, and the fact that I can do that easily is a huge plus for me. It's the kind of flexibility that modern boba shops should all offer. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which is refreshing compared to some other spots in the area. Is it the most amazing boba I've ever had? Honestly, no -- but the ability to build your drink exactly the way you want it more than makes up for it. There's also a large display screen showing order status, so you always know when your drink is ready. It's a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I'll be real though -- I probably drink more coffee from the Starbucks across the street than boba from here. At the end of the day, coffee feels like the healthier daily habit. But when I'm in the mood for something different, this place is where I'll be.
