I really like this storage. I stored my things there for about two years and it was the best storage experience I've had. The resident managers Janine and Dale are the best. They are the real reason this place is better than any other storage. They made it very easy to move in, maintain, and move out. Janine and Dale are ready and willing to help you in any way. The units there are great. They have the unit size you need. And most if not all the units are a drive up unit. That made it very easy to bring my things in and out. And yes you can store your motorized things like RVs and boats. I stored my motorcycles there. There are open and close times that you can enter to access your unit but they are nothing that should get in the way you getting anything. They except cash and card. If I need storage again I will be using Green Valley Storage. read more

Green valley storage is the only storage place you should consider. The absolute nicest and most helpful people you will encounter. I didn't know they closed at 3pm on saturdays. I pulled at at 2:57pm and MJ did not hesitate to help me get a storage unit. Still went through the whole process of showing me the storage unit even though she was suppose to be on her way home already. We have used Green Valley Storage on N Gibson in Henderson for two years. When we first got here we were in one of their larger units. Then after finding a place to live we downsized. Twice. From day one they were so helpful. Over the years we've moved many times and most times it has involved a storage unit or two. Never before have we encountered such personable service. The facility is clean and well cared for and we've never had to worry about our belongings. We just bought a home and finally moving out of storage. The operators of this facility were very professional, patient, they take there time with you explaining every detail of the use of their facility. When I closed my account because I no longer needed the storage unit, they explained all of my options, and even assisted me with the details of moving out. Some businesses have to constantly advertise to get new customers because their business is crappy. Not Green Valley Storage. We used this storage place for at least 17 years. We left because we moved into a bigger house where we could store almost everything we'd had to rent a space for. The location was very close to our old house and easy to drive in and out of (while having a security system working, of course!). The people who run this location (Jeanine and her spouse) are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made our leaving Green Valley Storage easy, while letting us know they'd be happy to have us back. :D The buildings are clean and in good shape, as is the site overall. We were truly impressed in the one level storage units...easy access and close location to our home. You have access to the storage unit every day from 7am to 8p.m. and they also sell the specific locks required to be used there. They have many cameras/monitors that watch the property too. McCauley's is an awesome couple who made the process less stressful and we thank them for that...Dealing with home remodeling and having our possessions temporarily stored in a safe and nearby place is one less worries for us!!! I've been a customer with this location since July 2007. The managers and staff have made this business relationship smooth as silk. I researched prices before choosing this location, and periodically compare prices in the Las Vegas valley. I have never moved because they remain competitive. Very clean property, clean buildings, and clean units. Any small issues or problems are handled immediately and with kid glove care. They really work to keep your business. I was so amazed today how helpful the front desk person was going out of her way to help me. I had trouble with furniture and needed something to tie it down and went inside to see if they had tie downs I could purchase. They didn't have any tie downs, but she was so very nice and offered me some rope. It's so nice when someone goes out of their way to help when they really didn't have to. Dale and Janine are the most amazing managers. They are very accommodating to any of my needs. They also make it a point to say hi and ask how I am every time I come to my unit. They are knowledgeable about surrounding area and just all around amazing people. The units are very clean and the area is well kept. I feel very safe there when I visit at night and early mornings. The customer service you receive from the sweet couple that manages this facility is BEYOND amazing!! They always make sure to stop to say hello while they are making their security rounds. First I would like the say the staff was fantastic. The lady up front was so sweet and could answer any questions you might have. It was a reasonable price which is always good. The unit I had was inside and it was always clean and didn't have an odor. The gate always worked which was nice to get in and out.
