When the chewing noises were waking me up, I knew I needed professional help. I reached out via Yelp and had a few rodent pros out to take a look. I hired Enrique Greene to seal all entry points as well as set traps and bait stations. He spent a full day here, even leaving to purchase attic vent covers that would match the color of my paint! His work was detailed and professionally done. I have no doubt that what he did will keep any nasty rodents from entering again. His trapping was extensive and when I smelled that oh-so-distinctive aroma of dead rodent he came out immediately to check and dispose of the chewers! He serviced the traps regularly until we both decided that traps were no longer needed. He was willing to negotiate a bit on the price of his work, which I really appreciated. I've retained him for bait station maintenance just to keep the nasty rats away. As a small, family-run business owner, Enrique is a calm, polite, and capable professional who I highly recommend. THIS DUDE IS ON POINT!!! I have a shitload of ants/ spiders in my house/ garage and yellow jackets building a nest under the 2nd floor roof overhang. First called this guy and got his voicemail. Thought eh let my try someone else, called NIXTERMITE and they said they couldn't do 2nd floor roof like a bunch lazy assholes! They offer a ton of different options (even "green" options if you have kids or animals) and schedules or even one time appointments. My husband and I had pests invade our place before, but never a mouse, and when we first saw the grey menace run by, it freaked us both out! We didn't really know what to do, and when I contacted friends who had similar experiences, their stories made us feel worse. Was there just 1 or a family? How did they get in? Where should we even place the traps? Was it a mouse or a small rat? We actually felt violated and afraid to run into the mouse again. I know, we are wimps, but what can i say. As George's father on Seinfeld said, "I cannot tolerate infestation!!!" So we decided to get quotes on Yelp for help. And that is how we found Enrique. He got back to us right away. A calm, personable fellow, yet commanding and knowledgeable in his field. We immediately felt better after talking to him, and believed him when he said he would get rid of our problem. And that is exactly what he did. He knew exactly where to look to find where the mouse could have been coming in, and closed up holes we didn't even know were there. Then he set the traps. Days later, when the mouse wouldn't bite, he came back with "the big guns", and voila! the next day the mouse was captured. Enrique came over and immediately removed the antagonist.. We really did feel sorry for the mouse, but hey, it was him or us. Anyway, we can't say enough good things about Enrique, except that we marvelled at how he could have the exact kind of temperament that made us feel confident that he would handle our problem, and at the same time be so good at what he does.
