I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this pharmacy! I take 4mg Low Dose Naltrexone for Fibromyalgia and I had run out. I was in so much pain, I was in tears. My prescription had run out and I was waiting for it to be called in. This was a Friday and the pharmacist gave me three pills to get me through the weekend. I cried some more and told him thank you. If anyone out there suffers from fibromyalgia, ask your Dr about this medication. It has done wonders for me. It helps with the crippling pain and fatigue. I am not sure what is going on over there, I have been using the pharmacy for going on 3 years for my bio identical hormones, the only problem I had was that the store always opened late. The owner comes from orange county. But my meds were always ready. As of April 25th, they are closed and do not return calls, I drove over there and there is a sign on the door that says they are closed and to call and get your prescription and go to another pharmacy. They have never returned my calls. The sign said until May 4th. I don't know what to think, perhaps a family emergency? A Illness? Accident? But at least some one should return calls. read more

Gave them two stars because they at least gave me some of my rx a on Tuesday. I came in today and they were suppose to be open at 9 and didn't get there till 10 after. I also waited an hour the first time I was there only to get partial of my prescription. The staff is not friendly. I enjoy going to CVS much more. Help to keep it open because this store is amazing they cater to you unlike the big corporations that just take your money and don't care anything about you. Sometimes they will even give a discount from the already low price. I transferred all of our scrips here. The pharmacists is the owner and he is very helpful. I ordered a refill of my medication on Monday last week. The pharmacist told me it would be ready a week later if he mailed it to my home. If I wanted on Thursday (4 days earlier) I would have to drive out to Vista and pick it up. Since I was going to run out of my prescription on Friday, I agreed to pick it up. Luckily, I called and spoke to him before the pick up to find out that it wasn't going to be ready until Monday after all. First problem: had I not called I would have driven a long way for nothing. Second problem: my prescription wasn't ready. His excuse was that he was short handed. His attitude was nonchalant as he tried to avoid the impact of his lack of follow through. It was if my brand new sofa wasn't ready. Come on, these are medications that people need, not some insignificant object! He clearly didn't get the immense responsibility he has. I have been on Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) for two months and am still getting used to the fact that I am pain free from Fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed sixteen years ago and the level of pain had increased to the point that I was finding it difficult to function in my everyday routine. My doctor suggested I try LDN and encouraged me to look at the research on it. Greenfield Pharmacy not only provided me with the compound but were incredibly helpful. The staff and Pharmacist are very willing to answer any questions I have. I have had no side effects except for vivid dreams which are not at all disturbing. I have been suffering with chronic back pain for years and the pharmacist, Sal Ahghari offered to make me a compound medicated ointment to use on my back for pain and stiffness. My doctor prescribed Low Dose Naltrexone which is a compounded medication that you can't go to just any pharmacy. Sal at Greenfield Pharmacy is one of the few that is able to provide this medication and he provides it at a very reasonable price!! I suffer from neck and mid-back pain between the shoulder blades. I have tried many drugs that some kind of helped, but the side affects were bad. The Low Dose Naltrexone works better than any drug that I have tried and there are much less side affects! Very Disappointed!!! I made several attempts to contact the owner by phone after the medication I received seemed to be causing me problems. I was left on hold for thirty minutes the 1st time, twenty minutes the second time; unreal. Each time I would call on another line to see what the problem was and to request that the owner please return my call; never happen! I inquired with the person who answered the phone; as to whether the owner was getting the messages? I explained that I was very concerned that he was not calling me back; I mean does that reveal something was incorrect with the medication?? I asked if there was a problem? Very unprofessional for one; but a Pharmacy what is going on? I was able to finally speak with the owner on Monday 2/25/13. He admitted to getting messages; and that he did call an leave a message. Unsure where the message was left! Needless to say he was to look at my medication and get back to me; it's been over a week and I've heard nothing! I have since returned to my previous pharmacy.
