I hate it because my meds are never ready when they say they are. Some of the staff are like cardboard cutouts. They don't always have a pharmacist talk to you when you get a new prescription. Some of the staff are so excruciatingly slow that you just want to put your car in park, walk into the building, into the pharmacy and take care of it yourself. Even though you would have no idea what you are doing, you are convinced that you could figure it out and still do it faster than them. I guess I should have rated them with two stars as it seems I have more hate than love.

I had to go down to our incompetent healthcare clinic in person since it's impossible to get an actual human there on the phone and get them to call the pharmacy in order to have my partner's meds filled. Rite Aid claimed they had no record of my partner calling them first about it when he said he did multiple times. On my way home I stopped in at this location we go to and double checked if they were working on filling the prescriptions. I was told by the girl at the counter that all of them were except one because they didn't have a refill order for it, but the others would be ready in an hour. Even though my partner already gets notified when his prescriptions are ready, he was at work at the time. So I had her put in my phone number to be notified as well when they'd be ready. Needless to say, neither of us were notified. My partner then stopped in on his way home from work and to no surprise they STILL weren't ready! The next day on Saturday 12/3 he finally got the notification that his prescriptions were ready. When he went to pick them up, he was then told they couldn't be given to him because they didn't have the doctor's release authorization. Granted that's also the fault of True Care. However, you'd think the pharmacist would make the effort to call the clinic in order to get it. Especially before the weekend when most of the departments are closed and there'd most likely not be a doctor in the office for them to talk to and get the authorization. Now we can't get my partner's meds he needs and have to continue to wait until the next business day. Funny side note: on Sunday 12/4 I myself finally got the notification that the prescriptions were ready. Doesn't matter now since we can't get them. When the hell are these people going to realize that a person's health and livelihood doesn't run on a 9-5 Monday through Friday schedule?! Unbelievable incompetence putting people's health at risk.

The pickup window doesn't deal with insurance info so they sent me to another line after waiting in line for window D to input insurance info. The only saving grace is if you have a bar code then you can get in the express line which is significantly faster but even then sometimes there's a line for that. Also the floors are dirty. No one vacuums? Granted the 1 star I'm giving is for the friendly staff. But maybe they're understaff or their system is just not very efficient.

Ms Wang and the techs will hang up on you if you ask a question. A fill-in pharmacist yelled at me in front of other customers when I asked for clarification on a new prescription. I was so embarrassed I left crying without my prescription. My husband has several health issues and they text him that his refills are ready and when he goes to pick them up, they have nothing filled. This has happened several times. The only plus is the young male pharmacist Chris who is always very nice and very helpful. We switched to a different CVS and have had zero issues.

Being in need of pain relief from joint and muscular inflammation, tenderness and swelling due to Lupus and Fibromyalgia, my Rheumatologist referred me to Greenfield Pharmacy and prescribed Low Dose Naltrexone. I decided to drive over to Greenfield and when I went in and met Sal, he immediately made me feel comfortable about taking Naltrexone. He educated me about LDN and how it could help me, side effects, and answered all my concerns. That was over 13 years ago. Since then, Sal and his medical staff have taken care of my needs, reasonable pricing, and provide great customer service. (Even get a happy birthday message every year!!) Also, they provide free delivery of the medication. Tried other medicines, physical therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and went to a pain management group. Nothing seemed to help with my chronic pain. Taking LDN has reduced the chronic pain, inflammation, swelling, and reduced some of my fatigue. Overall, my mood has improved and LDN has proven to be an effective treatment. Naltrexone has helped me immensely and is the only drug that has worked and has changed my daily life. I am so very appreciative and pleased of Greenfield Pharmacy and especially Sal. I would recommend them for compound prescriptions, prescriptions, supplements, and any OTC medicines. My Rheumatologist referred me to Greenfield to get compounded low dose Naltrexone (Narcan) to assist with my autoimmune symptoms. I was dubious because it is not FDA approved for this purpose and therefore not covered under insurance. But, since standard treatments haven't worked, I was desperate enough to try it. Let me tell you - RUN, don't walk to try this medication. Ask your doctor. I was SHOCKED to find it working in the first few days. Firstly, this is the most communicative, empathetic, well run pharmacy I have ever dealt with! This medication takes a while to build up efficacy, so I know I am only getting a glimpse into the benefits of it so far. But my swelling, pain, flare durations, and fatigue are better. Everything is being improved by it! I have a carefully controlled diet and medication regimen, so I am certain that this medication is the only change. One note, though - you have to taper up to the effective dose. On dose change days I do have a down day where I feel pretty crummy and swollen. In my case, it goes away in 24 hours. Just be aware of it as a possibility so you can plan accordingly. I highly recommend both this pharmacy and Naltrexone! read more

I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy! I would give them 10 stars if I could! All of the employees are very knowledgeable, willing to listen as long as necessary, and help by offering suggestions when needed. Most of the time the products my husband and I need are readily available, in stock, so we can simply go there and pick them up. If not, however, orders are fulfilled promptly, with a choice for home delivery for ease. The prices cannot be beat either, not even by any online seller. The supplement we purchase most often is Botanicalm PM, by Ortho Molecular Products. Sleep is such a beneficial part of living a happy and healthy life -- especially as we age! -- so we're extremely happy to have found a great product at a great price, all because of the help we received at this pharmacy. If you're looking for a sleep aid that really works, my suggestion is that you come talk to someone at Greenfield Compounding Pharmacy and see if this is a product that would work as well for you as it does for us. My primary physician recommended Greenfield pharmacy. I've lived with a lot of pain from Arthritis for years. My primary physician suggested I try CBD Oil, and recommended I talk to Sal at Greenfield pharmacy. He trusts him for information and product. Sal was so helpful. Explained the differences and uses. I started with the Shitaki Creme and the drops. I started on 8/15. by the weekend my pain was a lot less. Within the week, it's gone. No more stiff and achy every morning. No more being awake off and on all night because of pains. I stopped taking pain meds. I don't know if I'm more thankful for Sal and his people at the pharmacy or for CBD Oil. I feel 10 years younger. I recommend both. read more

We were impressed with the amount of time Sal, Pharmacy Manager spent with us to learn more about my wife's symptoms, reaction to certain drugs, etc., not to diagnois her problems, but to provide some assurances that reactions to certain strengths and contents of CBD would be avoided. He also took the time to explain the differences between certain accepted brands and gave us more confidence that we were selecting a brand that best fit her circumstances. Green field pharmacy is an excellent place to get your CBD oil and they also carry great quality vitamins. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. I have been using NuLeaf CBD oil for several months and my pain levels are way down, I don't take any pain medication. NuLeaf CBD oil helps me with my sleep as well. I also use the bio-identical hormone compound and their powder vitamin C 2500 mg. Sal and Navid are wonderful and always eager to help the clients. If you are needing to get medicine to a dog, please take the recommendation of most veterinarians that your dog is not grazing. Food should not be left out for the dog to eat at any time. This will allow you to give the dog medicine at meal time and also helps to maintain wheat and provide fresh quality food. The main focus of this Pharmacy is humans, but it is so simple to work with them and they have great flavor options for your pet. I didn't do this ahead, but maybe they will let you try the different flavors with your dog before the expense of compounding. I did find one or maybe two but the dog didn't appreciate as much as others.
