I try to grab a quick bite to go here on Tuesday when possible. They push out a great Gyro. If you're a breakfast sandwich fan, they do a killer egg croissant with cheese or any kind of meat you prefer. The roasted potatoes are flavorful, a tad undercooked for my taste. The Gyro does it for me every time. Soft pita makith the Gyro in my world. If you want to eat in, they have a few tables. Great to have a fast working lunch with colleagues or have a friend meet you onsite at your office to make it convenient on a busy day. I'm updating my review from a 2 to a 3. This morning I needed something while at work and Greenhouse will deliver breakfast. Yay! I have had concerns with delivery in the past but this time it was much better. My sandwich, although light on bacon, was prepared as expected, hot and delivered quickly. I feel that I should update the review since it has been awhile and greenhouse has had new owners for some time now. The new owners are very friendly. They really haven't changed the menu or the recipes from when it was owned by Joe. Pricing has also stayed the same. They have added additional things like Perrier (THANK YOU!) and grab and go brownies and cookies. They have added a few new salads, but not much more. Food is still pretty good. I typically go in the morning for a bagel. The place gets a little crazy with Togo and delivery orders. All in all, service is still good. meh... meh... meh.. This is a review for my delivery order today. Ordered breakfast from Greenhouse Deli this morning. Simple breakfast, eggs over easy, bacon and dry rye toast. After we made the order, they called back to confirm how I wanted my eggs. GREAT RIGHT? NO... WRONG. They got my eggs right and the bacon was decent, but my toast had I think margarine on it. I had fallen in love with the chicken teriyaki salad and really favorwd the chef salad. Ive had them many times and they were fresh and delicious. Well......I ordered the teriyaki chicken salad today and I was very disappointed. #1 it looked thrown together, it's normally picture perfect. #2 I couldnt get past the smell and taste of the chicken; normally it's picture perfect and it has teriyaki flavor and delicious. It neither looked good or tasted good, the chicken was definitly old and not fresh. I couldn't eat it due to the raw chicken smell and taste. I called and spoke to the lady that takes orders, I told her the problem and she transferred me to a guy( I didn't get his name). He came on the phone and had no idea of my problem, when I tried to tell him, he cut me off. I advised him that he asked how he could help me and then would not let me talk. He siad "OK, BUT MAKE IT SHORT. When I finally told him the problem, he claimed to not have any drivers and told me he would just issue a credit. That was not acceptable, I really wanted a chef salad instead. My co-worker had a problem last week and she was told the same thing They should know that people order for lunch because they want to eat, why not try to satisfy the customer and replace the order. MAYBE CUSTOMERS DONT MATTER...MAYBE. Just know that there are at least 500-600(probably more between the 4 buildings that work for my company) and we are all within a rocks throw of your restraunt. Most of us order on a regular basis and keep the surrounding restraunts thriving. I have access to all of their emails and could let them all know how you deal with your mistakes. You knew that salad was subpar and the chicken was not fresh, why take that disgusting stance. By the way, thanks for sending someone to give me my money back.... Too bad you had to show me that you are the boss, good luck with future business. I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER CENT OF MY MONEY. This place has good food, but it is extremely overpriced. The owner, Joe, has a real jackass attitude and all he cares about is taking your money rather than getting your order correct. Even worse his wife runs the register and over charges frequently. I use to get my breakfast and lunch from them and I came to the conclusion that he makes up his prices as the days go by. One day breakfast is $2.00 then the next day the same breakfast is $5.50 without telling his clients. You could serve gourmet food, but I get better service at the local gas station or even 7-11. I can't stand Joe and his wife and the arrogance they portray to their customers. I don't care if you come from NY. Your bagels are always stale when they say they are fresh. This is South Florida not Manhattan so wake up and beware. Go to Panera or Chick Filet down the street or anywhere else. You will save money and be treated like a human being, not like a food ticket. I went in for a coffee and breakfast and I got charged for 2 omelettes. When I approached both of them at the register they acted stupid like they didn't know what was going on. I used to work in the building next to them in the early 2000's. Food was excellent and customer service great. I eventually moved out of the area and returned in 2016. I have to say WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT". Clearly they are different owners. The lady who answers the phone with the raspy smoker's voice is rude, puts you on hold practically without even acknowledging your call, sometimes hangs up and the food quality has gone wayyyyy down. Today I ordered a chicken salad wrap and all I got was dry chicken with a yellow coloring to it in a wrap. I called back o let them know and the new girl who answers the phone said she didn't understand what the problem was. She was talking to the owner and the owner made no attempt to speak to me, offer a refund or another food item. I'm officially done with this place. I've never had anything bad from Greenhouse. Not to say I haven't ordered things that weren't my favorite in the end, but it wasn't because the food wasn't good or prepared right; just me being picky about the way I like certain foods. I love all their soups, they are hearty and very tasty. The salads are more than I can eat in one sitting, and the chicken on them is delicious and flavorful. I saw a bad review about the person that answers the phone, but I have never, ever, had an issue with her, she is always very friendly. They are very busy at lunch time, and sometimes it is hard to get thru because the line is busy; however, that is because they are good, and a lot of people are calling in. I just make it a point to call earlier, just like they suggest on their menu, or later after the lunch rush. The food is always very fresh, and the drivers are so nice and personable. Usually people take time to complain and give bad rewievs but not my case. I order food and coffee (cafe con leche/ best in the zone) almost daily at GreenHouse. On Friday for the first time I went to the site and although they were closing, they treated me amazing. I love the food of this place! The food it's delicious and super homemade. the girls serving are super nice and kind. I recommend it and I plan to return for other quesadillas or for the salmon. You need to try this place! I work in the building across the street from this place. We have ordered from them several times and more times than not the order is either wrong, or they forgot something. I ordered a BLT once and it was 2 pieces of precooked bacon (which we all know if ridiculously paper thin) and one sorry piece of lettuce and tomato. A couple months ago My area VP was in town and I called to order a 2 Cuban toasts and 3 Cuban espressos....it literally took an hour and a half and she kept asking me where her breakfast was....we are the building right across the street! How did 3 coffees and 2 breads take an hour and a half!?!?!?!? The people who deliver the food are very pleasant and nice. I've never had a problem with their drivers. Now the old woman with the raspy smokers voice who answers the phone is terribly unprofessional. Every time I call I get placed on hold for at least 5 min. This last time it happened, I hung up and called back and got placed on hold for 2 min before I was hung up on and I called back a 3rd time. My co worker has had multiple issues with this same woman and has called the place numerous times to complain....The place is across the street and they come to my office at least 6 times a day if not more for other floors...I felt sick and was stuck at work with no car and needed toast. Because it did not come out to $5, she refused to have them deliver to me. I was paying cash, I was also going to pay the $4 delivery fee plus tip the driver $3....so my stupid little toast would have cost me $10. And I told her, you guys deliver here daily...you can't have him bring a toast when he comes. And she refused....she said its policy. Yet last time I ordered just a Cuban toast she was going to have it delivered but because I was paying with a card she wouldn't run it because it was less than $5 and told me she would only deliver with for cash. So now the rules keep changing. The food is definitely not even worth it. I would recommend uber eats and door dash before ordering from greenhouse. You will pay the same and get better options....even Panera delivers now. Anything would be better and fresher than this place. I was trying to opt for convenience of them being across the street but its so not worth it. I honestly don't know how this woman who answers the phone is still working there. Can't be the manager as she says "She doesn't make the rules." I mean what is she thinking the way she speaks to customers....and we aren't some random customers....we all work in the buildings right next to each other and have ordered several times and see the delivery drivers on a regular basis. The place has gone downhill in the past year and a half! Its not the same place it once was when I started working in this area. Luckily I have everyone's email address on my floor...and we have 104 offices....after this review I will be sending out a mass email to not use Greenhouse anymore and I will also remove the menu from our book we give to clients with local recommendations. read more

The food is great and priced fairly, and Joe and his staff are welcoming and very accommodating. They are great at catering too. This place is horrible. They always get the orders wrong, they charge each person a delivery fee even when all the orders (4+) are going to the exact same place, they over charge, they take forever to deliver, and the manager and his wife are super rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately we kept ordering because of the convenience that they are close to our offices but this will be the last time as we refuse to receive something completely different from what we ordered and full of strange objects/hairs. I have been ordering from greenhouse for the past 3 years. I have seen their lack of caring for the orders and fasted delivery wear away. I order breakfast approx.. 8:30am after getting into work. My address is NEXT DOOR to this establishment. I called back at 9:30, was told it is on the way! then 10am comes around and no order, I call to cancel and all the manager explains to me is for me to tell the delivery guy when he gets there not to give me my food. What horrible customer service. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I was hungry and merely looking for an apology for taking an hour and a half for a egg and cheese sandwich!!!! $6 is overpriced. I'll stick to Starbucks from now on. Don't waste your morning waiting on this deli. Forget lunch, if you order at 11:30-12 you may be lucky and receive it before 1:30. and trust me no one CARES there as you can see from past reviews. Food is good but spend your money where is it appreciated!!! I'm all for supporting small businesses, but support the ones that CARE about the customer service of their small community. Just wanted to leave a quick comment about this place. I just recently discovered this place, it's conveniently located close to my workplace and they offer freshly made food on a daily basis. The food is delicious especially these double chocolate chip brownies they have are to die for ...everything I've ordered is freshly made and the best part is they use Boars Head meats, to those who don't know that's the best you can get. I had a quick chat with the owner and they recently took over this place and they have big ideas and changes coming. The owners are genuinely nice people and it's nice to get that family feeling when doing business with someone. Everything today is soo commercialized and employees treat you like crap. So to deal with a set of people who treat you with respect is appreciated and noticed.
