I hope this review saves someone else from signing up with Greenix. My experience with Greenix has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did their treatments completely fail to eliminate any of the pests on my property--including spiders and bees--but the technicians actually caused damage to my property during their visits. Despite receiving zero results and incurring property damage, I was hit with a $299 cancellation fee just to escape their contract. The sales reps never mentioned this fee upfront, and I found myself forced to pay after being charged for services that did not work. I strongly urge anyone considering Greenix to look elsewhere; this company is a masterclass in misleading sales tactics, ineffective products, and horrendous customer service. Don't expect them to honestly disclose the terms of your contract either. And definitely don't expect customer service, account managers, or anyone else at corporate to care. They're in it to bleed you dry regardless of how awful they are. Common issues cited online indicate that I'm not the only person who experienced this. Misleading sales tactics: Many customers report being approached by aggressive door-to-door sales representatives who give inaccurate information about pricing and the scope of services. Undisclosed cancellation fees: A frequent complaint is that large cancellation fees, often a few hundred dollars, are not mentioned upfront by sales reps. When customers try to cancel, they are told they must pay the fee, sometimes after being incorrectly charged or receiving no service at all. Ineffective treatments: Some customers report that after treatments, their pest problems did not improve or even worsened. They note that the products were not effective against pests like spiders or bees. Poor communication and missed appointments: Reports indicate issues with technicians missing scheduled appointments without notice. When customers try to resolve the problem, they experience poor communication from the company. Problematic billing: Several customers on the BBB have reported being charged for services they canceled, did not request, or did not receive. Others complain of a monthly fee for a quarterly service. If you choose to go with them, proceed with caution. Their service techs will probably break your fence/gate, trample your external decor, and need to rely on you to supply the most basic thing - water for their solution - because they don't arrive prepared. This means that even though they advertise that you don't need to be home when they work, you will need to be home to babysit. A total ripoff! I called to have a technician check my home after seeing mice. The customer service person set up an appointment for the next day from 3 - 5 pm. Technician called, knowing I would not be home until noon, at 11 am to give me all kinds of excuses why he could not be here. He did put down bait traps and said he would be back in 6 months to check. Also told me he could not come into my home and check and did not have equipment to check perimeter of outside to see where they were coming from. I called to cancel, the next day, but no manager was there. Asked to have one call me, after noon, on Monday. Someone called at 8:30 am while I was leaving for my class. I called back and asked for money back. The person said I could not get any money back because the technician was out and placed bait traps. That is not what I paid for! I got ripped off completely and don't know how to get my money back for absolutely getting nothing! They said they had to dispose of bait traps after they had been used. I then told them that I would keep them, as long as that is what I paid for. They told me that I would be stealing. They are the thieves, stealing money from a senior citizen! Never, Never, Never again, will I have anything to do with such a company! read more

Josh went above and beyond and literally walking over a mile to ensure my trust in the services provided by Rise. I appreciate his tenacity. He thoroughly explained the services that the company provided and I am so glad I decided to have services completed. Brent (the service tech) did an awesome job trying to get rid of some of the webs in the basement. I know that there was a lot down there and it gives me the heebie jeebies, but Brent took care of them. Little did Brent know that this place was vacant of humans for six months, so free reign for bugs. He was very thorough in discussing what he was going to do and then doing so. I appreciate his eye for detail. I felt that the house was so less buggy after he left. Thank you for giving me a piece of mind to not have to bug check every time I enter a room! Rugby was kind, thorough, funny & helpful! I was happy he was who I met today for your company. He's a great representative to have in the field & definitely an employee to hang on to! In addition, Jeremy the sales gentleman who came to our door was also personable, not pushy, quick & informative (helpful with 3 small kids at bedtime) laid back & funny. Johnny Gonzales came out on time, and spent an entire hour at my home, taking care of things I never thought of and really took his time making sure he got every area of my home. Johnny provided five star service. Upon arrival, he explained what he would be doing and what we could expect following the treatment. In addition, he confirmed that I understood the pricing and contract versus performing the service assuming I had read all of the fine print. We have been extremely happy with Rise Pest Control over the past year and half. They are professional, competent, and reliable. They treat the inside and outside of our house and we have seen a dramatic decrease in spiders, wasps, mice, and ants.We are on the quarterly plan, every 3 months a technician comes out and reviews our concerns with us and treats accordingly. The service of Rugby during that first application was great. He was friendly and informative, and was able to quickly and efficiently apply both sprays and the vole boxes. If the sprays and boxes work half as well as Rugby does, I will be a happy customer. read more

This is the first pest control service I have ever used and I have to say that I was extremely satisfied. Rugby the technician who came to my home was one of the most pleasant people I've met and also very thorough. The staff I first talked to was likewise pleasant and easy to deal with with. Called because of ant problem in our sunroom. They immediately scheduled Xeng Xiong to come out. He was very informative about the type of ants. He was thorough and said it would take a week or two to get rid of them. If not, he would be back. Saw a few more after 2 weeks and he returned and sprayed inside and out. Did a great job.
