I wanted to give it about a week or two after they worked on my car to see if anything fell apart. I am going to give this place two stars because the work was actually pretty good. But it was the handling of my vehicle and sense of urgency that let me down about this place. I have a lot more attention to detail then a lot of these reviewers here because ive been screwed over by a body shop before, which inspired me to learn the actual process a car goes through when it is in the hands of a body shop. Let me begin by saying I was involved in a hit and run so the 500 dollar deductible was coming out of my pocket. I came into this situation thinking ill be paying probably around 700 because i didnt have renters insurance so i had to rent a car on top of the deductible. Haik quoted me about a week, i thought that was reasonable. However as a week went by i called and asked and they said they were still working on it so another week. then i call the week after and they say they stopped working on it beacuse the insurance has yet to give them the money, but no one called me to tell me that. So i dont even know how long they've stopped working on it. I make the appropriate calls to get the ball rolling again, they get the confirmation from the insurance then they continue working on it. I wait another week and then he tells me they are waiting on the dealer for another part. so now its around 3 weeks. He invited me to look at the car about 4 days before it was going to reach the month mark. i went to see the car, and it appeared to still being worked on at a shop across the street. so it looked dirty, i understood that because it wasnt finished yet, and then he tells me he just got the bumper, because i noticed the front bumper was off so he showed it to me except it wasnt nicely placed somewhere it was in a pile with other parts. so just by seeing how my car was being handled there, i had a feeling they werent going to clean it after they finished the work and sure enough just a couple days shy from a month, my car was ready. I went to pick it up. the work looked great. but when i got in my car there was white dirt footprints on the driverside floor and inside the trunk as if someone was standing in the trunk area. the bottom of my steering wheel appeared to have numerous slashes from a foreign object, the door handle wasnt reassembled correctly. There was white stains from the wax sealer they used to attempt to clean whatever mess they made on the exterior of my car still stuck in the crevices all over the vehicle and on the back of my license plate and bumper. I also can hear peices of debris inside my trunk everytime i open and close it. I reminded Haik in the 3rd week that I was still renting until the work was done and i had to pay that out of pocket, a month later im paying 1,300+ for the rental and the deductible. I had a bad experience here and i refused my insurance company's referral because of all these stars they had and the fact that they also did a good job with my girlfriends car too. I actually never even complained about any of this to him i was easy going and agreed to everything he said, to observe how he was acting and handling this situation as a long time business owner but honestly at the end of it all I didnt feel that i was taken care of. I question what his workers did with my car the whole time it was there. I also question how the interior parts that i cant see are put together. The condition in which i recieved the car after not having it for a while was so unacceptable that i couldnt even be impressed with the work. I was just happy to have my car back after a month. One of the greatest attributes of a sucessful business is establishing a reputation of treating every customer the same. Unfortunately I wasnt treated like everyone else whos reviewed this shop. Great set of individuals running this business. The father and his children that help with the business are really nice and caring. In my case, they went beyond their duties and took me to my car rental location after waiting at their shop for over an hour. Again they didn't have to do that, but they did, and for that I am forever grateful. However, I do warn some sensitive people out there that the father may sound like he's being a smart ass with you but he's not. It's a cultural thing. He's a really nice fellow, if you get to converse with him you'll see what I mean. Moreover, in terms of their job id also give them five stars, they took care of my baby really well. would have never known my car was in an accident had I not been the driver. Going with these guys is a peace of mind, you can definitely trust them, I know I will in the future if need be. read more

WOW.....I got me Lexus oops I mean my Mitsubishi Galant back and it looked like a brand new car. My car was a pearl so I was worried about matching. Haik was very professional and helpful. He was honest about his time of finishing. He did a great job on my front and rear bumpers along with being able to match the color of my car. Took my car in for rear body work at the recommendation of my insurance company, should have shopped around. Dealing with the men that run this establishment wasn't a pleasant experience. Car was dropped off on a Monday not approximate time frame given as to when the work would be completed. Call in Thursday afternoon at 4pm two hours prior to their closing time to get a status update. Phone call was answered by Lou who completely lacks phone etiquette and customer service skills. I very politely greeted him and explained when my car was taken in and I was calling to get an update on the car. He very rudely responded by saying he couldn't tell me because he needs to see the car. I repeat that the car was taken in on Monday and then he interrupted by saying that he can't tell me because he doesn't know what car I was talking about. I explained that I was going to give him the information so he was aware of what car I was referring to. I asked him if I give you the information will you able to assist me. His response, ya I guess. Then he starts reading off insurance company name, the name of the claim agent, repair estimate.. he then gave me an approximate turnaround time of 8-10 business days. Of the ten days my car was in shop I never received a call with an update. Had I not reached out I would have been left clueless. When the job was completed you can imagine my phone was ringing off the hook because they wanted payment. Paint job had an orange peel appearance and color match good. read more

We have brought two cars in to Greenleaf's Auto Body - one a couple years ago and the second last week. They did a fabulous job on both cars. They are reasonably priced, very professional, and do the work on schedule. Our cars came back as good as new. We would recommend them to anyone needed auto body work on their car whether the job is covered by insurance or not. read more

Very efficient, quick, good service and good quality work. Haik is awesome and is such a nice person. He returned my car to me like new and was actually excited to show me his work. After my car accident happened on Saturday 7/8. I decided to take my car to this body shop since it was the closest to my home. I made the right choice, as they went beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When there was a hiccup with a check engine light, they didn't hesitate to take the car to the dealer and get it diagnosed. When the dealer made a mistake telling the body shop my check engine light had first came in in 2009(my car 2011) he communicated with my insurance and the dealership to make sure it was corrected and they went with the miles instead of the year. I assume I was dealing with the owner of the body shop. Im grateful that it was all handled in one day with all parties involved and I got my car a week after. The whole process took a month but keep in mind the dealer had my car for a week an half. I recommend this body shop I had full communication and I felt they did everything in their power to help out. read more
