I bought an old house which needed a new heating system ASAP so I decided to just overhaul and get a ductless heat pump. I got two estimates that were very high and, on a whim, decided to get a third from GreenTop. I'm so glad I did! Vlad came to give me the estimate and was very nice. The estimate was much more competitive and they were able to install within two weeks! The installation of the one outside heat pump and two indoor heads took about 6 hours with three guys. Highly recommended. I am the kind of person to do a lot of research. We wanted to replace our furnace and add a heat pump to our house. I reached out to 4 different companies and received 11 bids. Russlan (the owner) responded to my request in minutes after making it, and was at my house to create a free bid the next day. He was super-professional and created an easy to read and easy to understand itemized bid with options. The other three companies I got bids from only provided a total with no itemization so it was impossible to know how much each item was going to cost. Thursday night, water in my garage, my old 25 year old GE water heater leaking water. Friday 10am, called a few plumbers, got a couple of estimates, all within $300 of each other. The electric was a big undertaking, but they didn't charge me a crazy amount. They were able to run a new thermostat wire without cutting open my wall. They also all wore masks and worked safely. They only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the job kept getting delayed due to them being so busy, but most other contractors would not push through the weekend to get the job done; these guys did. Greentop is the only company who did not give us a quote that was over $15k like Mercurio did for example.
