I planned to use the Groupon for one visit and then just continue going to my regular dentist elsewhere. I however, was so impressed with the care at Greentree that I switched dentists. Doug Ferguson was my dentist and I thought he did an excellent job. He examined my jaw joints, which is something I've never seen a dentist do before. I also very recently had him do a filling and was impressed with how quick and painless the procedure was. I expected the numbing injection to be a bit painful like it has in the past for me, but a quick dab of topical anesthetic and I didn't feel the needle that followed one bit! He persistently checks in with me to assure there's no discomfort while he is working. I've been coming for regular cleanings for 2 years (just had my 4th) and have had 5 crowns that were absolutely necessary. I first came to their office disliking most any dentist and the thought of dentistry with their bag of torture instruments and unnecessary procedures. I didn't find any of this with Dr. Doug - In fact, they caused me to rethink my entire opinion. I have complete confidence and peace of mind with the entire staff. Young and ready to take care of any of your dental needs with "NO PRESSURE" what so ever!! Went in for a cleaning luckily everything looked good!! Asked me if I had any concerns if I didn't he would see me at my next cleaning. If I had any concerns later to give him a call anytime. Dr Cook along with his staff are so laid back and very personable and make you feel very comfortable. You feel like you're in good hands. They Quoted me a price and I accepted,but when I came back for my next appointment the price went up 5 grand it took them five days to figure out what they did wrong with the billing.Then they were upset when I didn't want to follow through with the work.If you are having extractions done look closely at the billing they will charge you for surgical extractions when they are unnecessary just so they can bill more money.Not Recommended!

As far as the procedure went, all was well , but…read moremuch as with the 2/14/21 review submitted by Stephanie, we are having issues with the financial end of this office. In my hindsight, they ran the estimate for treatment with a 2020 date so it came back that our benefits for the 2020 year were depleted so our out of pocket was higher. The surgery was not scheduled until 2021 though, so they ended up collecting almost double the amount from us that they needed to. The insurance company paid them on 1/18/21 and I have been trying to get a final bill out of them since. I have reached out to them three times now. Rebecca states that she is "far behind" because she keeps getting pulled to the front. She has not processed payments that are now over a month old and can give me no idea when she can do so. Conveniently for them delay is in their favor as they are holding several hundred dollars of our money hostage. I have a feeling if we owed them money, they would be in a bigger hurry to send the bill. It is unfortunate that in a time that so many households are struggling due to Covid, that this office can't put some effort into getting their act together. Beware.
