We stopped in for lunch the other day. Parking is available in the parking lot but it can get full. The restaurant itself is small but charming. We started with a wonderful shrimp wonton soup. We got the small and it was perfect for the two of us. I loved the light broth, the vegetables and the soft shrimp wontons. Perfect way to start the meal. Next up was the spicy wings. The wings were nice and crispy on the outside qith a delicious Sriracha sauce. We kept going back in until they were all gone. Next, the Greenview fried rice was up. A little heat really balanced the flavors of the rice and the fresh vegetables. Chinese broccoli with crispy pork was so good. I love both ingredients. The Chinese broccoli is so good and pairs perfectly with the crispy pork belly. The Thai BBQ Chicken was next. The herbs and the sweet and sour sauce really made this a wonderful dish I loved the char and smokiness of the chicken as well. The drunken noodles were probably my favorite dish. I love the texture of the noodles combined with the vegetables and the heat. I could eat this all day. Last but not least is the coconut ice cream. It is freshly made and vegan friendly. So rich and sweet. It is back for the summer and a perfect ending to a delicious meal. Fantastic friendly service and incredible food will make this your go-to Thai restaurant. read more

Dined here with a friend and I think we went overboard with our orders. Do you know why? It's because everything here is so good. I've been to a lot of Thai restaurants and I open leave disappointed. This one exceeds my expectations. The place is so clean and so cozy. We were here for over two hours because we tried to savor the deliciousness our food. We took our time to really enjoy every bite. Side salad is a salad nothing more morning less. Fried veggie egg roll was very fresh, crisp and crunchy. Dipped with the sweet sauce left me wanting more! Generous portion of rice with your yellow curry. Lunch special chicken curry is much smaller in size, but that's to be expected for the price you pay. I ordered the curry spicy, but it was moderate at best. Requested to modify the spice factor with peppers. Carrots were a little undercooked, but the chicken thankfully was juicy and served at perfect Temperature. Broth was pretty decent. Would rate greenview Thai as mid plus. I've always wanted to try papaya salad because it looks so good. I was expecting it to be a sweet and savory type of flavor but it was not. The papaya didn't have any real flavor like it tasted like nothing and all I could really taste was the heat from the fresh chili in the salad. It came with a few pieces of grilled shrimp however the taste had a strong gas stove flame flavor and smell like they just placed it directly on the flame from a gas stove. Again I have never had papaya salad before so I am not sure if this is how all papaya salads are. It was $15 and I was not able to eat it because it just was not for me. Service was friendly though! Dined here with friends visiting from out of town. Wanted pretty ambiance. Tried more great dishes and service was attentive. Spring rolls - plated beautifully with really fresh ingredients. Pad Thai - fried tofu and consistently chewy noodles. I like the plentiful scallions for texture. Pork Belly with Chinese Broccoli - not a fan of pork belly but but my friends loved it. If street level parking is full there's under level parking. Recently tried their Spicy Eggplant with Thai Basil. Not surprisingly, delicious. Enjoy all the sliced red peppers. At fair prices . Clean ! Yes I really check and it is really clean. I will say it isn't a shi shi place but Service was superbwith multiple visits by the server. Food came quick and was very good. This is one of those spaces that doesn't look like much but really hits the spot. Drunken noodles were amazing! ------ You come in and there's specials on the walls along with the some Thai art. You look at (the fairly standard) menu, and realize that what most places might have as a lunch special (entree with salad and rice) is offered all day here. You order. They ask if you want your tofu fried and what spice level, which is a nice touch that not all other places do. The food comes out. It's a heaping portion. They also bring out small tray of 4 different hot sauces. That's legit. You thought you couldn't finish the whole portion, but it's so good you eat it all and plan to come back. read more

I always order the pad Thai, tofu pad Thai and satay chicken skewers for my family because that's their jam. Oh and Thai ice tea is the best here. I don't know what they do differently than other Thai places but it's delicious. I always order to go but the ambiance is very casual. The service is a pleasure! Ambiance: 10/10 clean and spacious Food: 7/10 dishes were not extraordinary, but satisfied the cravings! An authentic local shop in a plaza. I probably would not have the chicken over rice (kao mun Gai) again - I found it to be a little dry and didn't really enjoy the texture. Our Christmas celebration is CINEMAS ( punning) ... we see a movie and then get chinese food to go afterwards and enjoy the evening with our wonderful pooch Frisbee and a friend or two might eat with us. Yesterday we saw POOR THINGS which was a fascinating and twisted film. Emma Stone was extraordinary and worth the price of admission. The cinematography was nothing short of brilliant and the art direction sublime. If you liked The Lobster movie, this will definitely be an extraordinary viewing. We love the Monica Film Center in Santa Monica for local cinema attendance. So, afterwards went over to Moon House and they were not taking any orders until after five and it was 3:30 and they were overwhelmed with business!! Happy for them but we were bummed. Hop Li was jammed! Hu's was closed so we decided Thai food would suffice... this is our favorite Thai restaurant not only because of the amazing food but the people who work and own there!!! We enjoyed their shrimp pad thai, fried rice with shrimp, red curry with tofu and spicy eggplant. Luckily, only one friend showed up and we all ate everything oohing and aahing at the deliciousness! Food was good and hit the spot--nothing particularly outstanding or fancy, but it was tasty and enough to be very filling for lunch. I was impressed how quick their service was! I ordered, went next door to grab boba, and by the time I got back, they had my order nicely packaged--it couldn't have been more than 5-10 min. Free Plaza parking available and underground. No outside dining options. As you walk in, the strong smell of cleaning solution hits you. You get adapted once you dine in but it's a turn off. Never super packed and I've never had to wait for a table. Lots of to go traffic. The owners are very nice and friendly. Check in for free egg rolls! Which are delicious. The Mongolian beef is ok, lots of bamboo shoots. Don't expect it to be the same style as Chinese restaurants. The pad Thai is great. All the curries were great. Green and red are spicy, yellow is not. The papaya salad was too spicy for my taste but was good. The Tom kha soup was great, but the noodles version was ok only. The noodles were too soft and just too much so it took over the soup. The cream puffs come with a chocolate dip and were delicious and so cheap! Overall, good place to get your Thai fix!! read more

Their menu had a "no MSG" logo on in, which has my vote! I'm not sure why such the mediocre ratings, but I enjoyed my pad thai here! To be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical due to the overall rating of this place - but I work so close to here and I'm always at Percolate, so I figured I have to eat here, at least once! I was in between ordering the panang curry w/ rice, tom yum noodles, or the pad thai... I ultimately chose the dish that I always order at any new Thai restaurant when I'm trying to make my judgement, which was the pad thai! Let me begin by saying that I like my foods saucy and flavorful (almost always...) I can see how the wetness of this dish could throw some off when they are used to drier renditions of this staple Thai entrée. I got no peanuts on it as I'm allergic, but it certainly was not missed. The bean sprouts, red cabbage, and carrots were garnished on top - I actually could've used more of the red cabbage, but anyway... I LOVED the chewiness of the noodles!!
