I'd like to start off by saying the food is absolutely wonderful once again. The drinks from the bar were tasty. BUT the staff upstairs (not bartender) leaves a lot to be desired. The first issue I have is the lady making reservations, she was not friendly then told me we had to be there by 6:30 to eat because they get overly busy on Saturdays...I've been here a couple dozen times, NEVER have I seen this place "overly busy". We get there early and now I realize why the early issue...the upstairs staff moves like snails. First drinks sat on the bar for a good ten minutes before staff brought them to us. Food order was taken next, my wife asks if they have garlic bread to go with the Alfredo meal...NOPE, but she says, "we give appetizer bread you can use." First beer gone before appetizers arrive, I asked for another one...20 minutes later I get it a beer (bottle). Food comes out, all prepared well, tasting good, and then the road bump. The waitress comes back asking about desert, we so no, but can wife and I get another drink (my third, wife's second). Waitress says "no, you'll have to go down to the stage area and order there". We say ok, wife goes and gets us and friends a drink at the bar in stage area (comedy show). The other couple and I have to wait for our bills while show is going. A good ten minutes later the bills finally come. Hilariously, the waitress charged me for the two drinks that she told me we couldn't have! I walked the bill up to the boss looking lady, tell her the situation that we were told no on last drinks, wife went to bar and PAID for them separately. Boss lady acts like she understands and is going to fix it...she goes over to the bartender to get proof we paid for the drinks separately. Then when bartender confirms, she hands the bartender our dinner tab and makes the bartender come out to me? Bartender apologizes for the waitress and hostess attitude and confirms they've fixed my tab back down to the $130 it should be instead of $160. We sat at the bar the rest of the night and had AMAZING service from her. We'll probably skip the dinner in future visits, I don't like being treated like a liar over $20 in drinks.

This was our first time and Meganne B served us with great service We sat at a booth near the window downstairs since we had a reservation. We both got 2 different alcoholic drinks as well as a ribeye steak dinner and a seafood plank dinner. We ordered garlic shrimp as an appetizer and the shrimp was delicious and tender No military discount, but Meganne did thank my husband for his service (22+ years) She gave great suggestions and answered all my questions and even went to ask for more information for us on a specific wine. We will dine here again and request Meganne as our server again This was a great anniversary dinner location.

Great food and service! We loved everything we had! The lemon drop martini was fabulous. Our table ordered the calamari, salmon, mahi mahi and scallops with shrimp. It was our first night on vacation and we picked Gregory's from yelp reviews! Nathan was our server and he took great care of us and was very personable. 5/5

Unfortunately a lot of the execution fell a bit flat, especially after both the menu and it's prices had set our expectations otherwise. The amuse bouche was definitely a palate awakener.. a mix of olive tapenade and vinegary mustard. It wasn't for us, but if the goal was to wake up our mouths, it worked. Then hubs had the scallop appetizer with bacon maple marmalade. He thought it was too sweet, I didn't mind it. Scallops were cooked well. I had the mussels from Brussels, a bit clumsy to eat as the mussels were in their shells and the thin Brussel leaves were scattered within/around, all on a bed of pureed potatoes. But a nice flavor and a good portion size. Then i moved on to the beet salad, which was my least favorite. A dish I enjoy at a lot of restaurants, all with different plating/approaches, this one was clunky, the beets were cut thicker than usual, plated with large proportion dwarfing the citrus and the cheese was presented in medium size encrusted balls. It lacked elegance or delicateness, the flavors didn't really meld as they should. Hubs and I then moved to the main course. I had the crispy gnocci app as my main, which was fine, nothing special and hubs had the catch #2 a tile fish that was just ok. We finished our drinks, opted for dessert elsewhere. They've been around a long time, so I'm sure we will try again in another couple years.

We pulled into the parking lot, where there was plenty of parking available. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, but we decided to sit inside. There's a mix of regular and high-top tables, so you can pretty much choose whatever feels comfortable. The restaurant definitely has that old town beach feel. There's wood everywhere, and the décor is designed with the ocean in mind. It's casual, relaxed, and exactly the kind of atmosphere you'd expect near the coast. They also have souvenirs for sale, including T-shirts and a few other items. For food, we ordered the 1/2 lb. Fresh Chargrilled Burger and the Surf & Turf Burger. First, the service was great! We were greeted and told to sit wherever we liked, and the good service continued throughout our meal. Of course, we had to try a couple of drinks too! We ordered the Apple Pie Old Fashioned and the Pineapple Upside Down. The Apple Pie Old Fashioned was really good. One of those drinks you could easily have three of before realizing it! The Pineapple Upside Down was good too, but it mostly tasted like a pineapple drink. Tasty, but not much of a buzz. Now, let's talk about the burgers. Both burgers were juicy and flavorful, but I was expecting a little more from the Surf & Turf Burger. There was actually a generous amount of lobster piled on top, and the lobster itself was cooked well. But after tasting it, I found myself wishing I had just ordered a lobster roll instead. For me, the flavor of the burger overpowered the lobster. Lobster has such a delicate, naturally sweet flavor, and I felt like some of that got lost once it was paired with the beef. But that's just me nitpicking and probably a sign that when I want lobster, I should just order the lobster! Overall, we had a good experience. Great service, a fun beach-town atmosphere, good drinks, and juicy burgers made this a nice stop before continuing on to Cocoa Beach.

They are inattentive, rude, borderline fraudulent, and they attempt to be intimidating. As we sat down, our server launched into a long pitch about how the chef will not cook a steak more than medium, and how he - would - cook it blue if that was what we wanted. This was a lengthy sales pitch. I specifically asked if the chef was willing to serve a steak that was cool and red (my definition of blue), and our server confirmed this. So based on that, I ordered steak. Unfortunately, when the steak arrived, not only was it overcooked, but it was poorly cooked in that it had a ring of about half an inch of totally brown meat, then another quarter inch of light pink, and then starkly transitioned to bright red. This is what happens when you put an ice cold steak into a hot pan. The steak was definitely not blue, and more like medium rare or medium, given how much brown and pink it had. I asked our server if this is what the restaurant calls blue, more for future reference - since it was late in the evening and I didn't feel like wasting food, I wasn't going to send it back and ask the kitchen to remake it. The server went back and had a lengthy conversation with someone in the kitchen, and then the manager came out and at first said that I should have ordered it blue. When I said that I had asked for blue, he said, "Okay well that's how we do our blue steaks." I was a bit annoyed by the dishonest sales pitch that our server had made before we ordered, so I might have visibly rolled my eyes. But I wanted to just make the best of it and eat in peace. Unfortunately, the chef had other ideas. He came up to our table, stood in what he probably intended to be an intimidating pose, and asked - very aggressively - "Is there a problem with the steak?" I said it was cooked rather more than my preference, which was disappointing given the lengthy sales pitch about how this restaurant supposedly did not overcook steaks. The chef launched into a lecture about how "rare is a temperature" and "the health department has rules" and "you can't get a steak blue while still getting it to the minimum temperature unless you sous vide it or reverse sear, and that takes too much effort." So basically, the chef admitted that this restaurant, which boasts "a passion for craftsmanship and creativity" and supposedly serves Mishima Reserve American Wagyu, puts less effort into a steak than I do when I cook one at home. Clearly, the chef's intention was to intimidate and humiliate, as well as pull the power move of "I will serve you poorly cooked steak and how dare you not like it." It was about this time our waiter (who had been insisting this whole time that "We would consider that [brown steak with a thin red stripe in the center] rare"), came over to ask if we wanted to order more wine (which we had been considering). After this treatment, though, my husband told him politely that we would not be ordering any more. A woman who had been sitting with the chef, who we took to be the owner or manager, uttered an audible "Wow," as if it were somehow unusual after a breakdown of relations such as this not to order more. My husband said "'Wow,' what?" in a mild tone? She gave no response. Kitchen mishaps happen, and sometimes steak ends up overcooked. That's not the end of the world. It's better if a restaurant fixes it, but if they're not going to fix it, they should at least accept that a customer might be dissatisfied, rather than lecture and berate a customer for having the temerity to have an adverse opinion. In the end, nothing was done either to satisfy us, nor to compensate us for the poor meal (which was quite expensive when tallied up), nor to assure us this would not happen again. I would advise avoiding this restaurant.

We spent a little over $300 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child and the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. We ordered the Baked Brie and scallops which was the best 2 bites of the meal. Everything else was excellent just these 2 really stood out. Tomato bisque was incredible along with the lamb. The wife ordered the mahi mahi which was the special of the day and unfortunately was seriously overcooked. I figured this was a special and not something they cook regularly hence not having complete mastering of preparing this fish. Here are my only comments for why I gave a 4 star vs 5 star: 1. The portions are huge and normally this shouldn't be a problem but the chef would do better to cut the portions literally by 50%. By the time the entree came along I was already stuffed since everything was super yummy and I couldn't really stop eating. The sides were absolutely enormous for each dish lol. 2. Service was very good but I wish someone would've came around to clean up the crumbs on the table top. Also, the plates were large due to portions which made it very difficult to fit all the servings on the table. I would recommend using a plate riser to fix this issue or make the portions smaller and use smaller plates. We had a problem with having enough room on the table. 3. Our server was super nice and awesome. It must've been a shift change and I saw her leave and didn't let us know so I wasn't sure how best to tip since I really appreciated her service. I would hope next time to let patrons know this so we can take care of staff accordingly during a shift change. Also on another side note, I love lamb chops and unsure how the chef prepared it but somehow was able to mask the full taste of lamb. This is neither a positive or negative just an observation and personal preference. I tend to enjoy the taste of lamb while others may not. I have to laud the skill of the chef for their skill in doing so since this was a 1st time experience for me for not being able to taste distinct lamb flavor in lamb chops. Altogether a memorable experience and my critique is based on attention to detail which I feel this restaurant would've been perfect if these 3 items fell better into place for us. The quality of food and price for the portions blew us away in a positive way and even though we spent $300 on dinner we thought this was very reasonable given the large portions and quality ingredients and yummy cocktails.

I ordered the corned beef and cabbage. Only $20.00. I received at least a half pound of very lean corned beef, red potatoes, carrots and steamed cabbage. A very generous serving. The corned beef was really lean , moist, tender, and very flavorful. What a great meal. They had traditional Irish music. Great atmosphere for the holiday. We had a great time.

I made a reservation for 6 at 1:30 pm on Mother's Day. When we arrived, we waited 10 -15 minutes in the host line before we were greeted. This, coupled with the fact there were lots of empty tables that had not been bussed, let me know that the restaurant was not equipped to handle the volume of customers and was in the weeds. When we told the host we were a party of 6 with a reservation, he seemed surprised and distraught - immediately leaving to bus one of the tables. A quality restaurant would have expected us and had our table prepared prior to our arrival. Multiple people in our party mentioned the host's frantic demeanor. I don't blame him - it was clear the restaurant was overwhelmed, despite so many empty tables. Was the kitchen backed up? We were sat at the table and the server was very pleasant - a very nice woman. She brought out the water - tap water which smelled and tasted a little funny. I would have expected filtered or bottled water, especially when the tap water quality was poor. At this point, given the above, we decided to leave. If the experience up to this point was not up to par, we didn't want to take our chances. We've seen too many Kitchen Nightmares episodes to take the risk. Chaos in the front of house is normally correlated to chaos in the back. Hopefully the restaurant takes our constructive criticisms to heart and tries to make some improvements. The buck starts with the management.
