To begin with a year ago I brought my F-450 into the dealership to have the tires rotated and balanced. After dropping it off for 3 days I was told there was an emergency and they had to push my vehicle to the back of the list and I would not get it for another 4-7 days. At that point I was taken over to the dealership to take my vehicle elsewhere and was able to have it completed in less than 1.5 hours (Sawgrass Ford). Fast forward to July 2025 and after I purchased a different Ford that needed some minor adjustments I was told they would not be able to take care of the work that day and it would (again) require them to hold it for 3 days to verify if it's within their scope. Instead I chose to take it to Wayne Akers where the issue was resolved the same day. Unfortunately I'd used FordPass points to 'purchase' mudflats for my truck and had them shipped to Greico believing that they were at least capable of conducting this work properly. I was wrong. After waiting 6 hours I went to get my truck and after getting home realized the driver's side flap was uneven and hanging at an angle. Of course I was forced to use them again to correct the issue which was another 1.5 hours of my day wasted. Joe (Super Duty service rep) has given me a million excuses why work cannot be done in a timely manner. Despite them only being 20 minutes from my location I'm forced to drive 40-50 minutes away to get my vehicle serviced properly. Avoid this location at all costs! read more

I don't even know where to begin! I checked many other dealerships and finally spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jeff, who later I found out is the Sales Manager at Grieco in Delray. I texted Jeff, told him I would I will be in tomorrow (which was today) and asked him how painful will this be??? His response to me was outstanding. He said it will be seamless. I showed up with my 2014 F150 FX2 which was my baby and Sophia, who was so AWESOME took me for a test drive (2025 Ford F-150 Lariat Hybrid) It was absolutely amazing but she was the outstanding. The professional treatment I received from Jeff, Sophia as well as Alan, in financing was the pinnacle of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can't express my heartfelt gratitude for the positive experience I had. To put it in perspective, my wife purchased a Mercedes and my treatment at this Grieco dealership in Delray was over the top in every way - they blew away Mercedes Benz. I very rarely post but I feel I cant let this go by un reported , recently had to bring auto to GREICO FORD DELRAY BEACH, had to have the car towed for $166.00 and found out problem was due to a recall. NEVER notified ??They fixed it and at no charge which is what they are supposed to do ! They also said they plugged the tire and that cost was $ 61.37 , a little over the top ? Tire repair $49.95 now add on the shop charge, tax and an additional 3% for using a credit card. REALLY a little OVER KILL . I am so sorry that GREICO feels it is so costly to do business they have to throw in the extra charges ?Might seem petty but I am VERY disappointed and would do ANYTHING to avoid doing or recommending them in the future. I purchased a used vehicle to Greico Ford of Delray Beach and it had tires dated 1819 but Lydia prepared paperwork charging me $549 likely finance fee, when I paid cash and a $100 donation I didn't agree to pay. She didn't even know that tires had dates. they were 6 yr old tires with DRY ROT BETWEEN THE TREAD. Which was not visible because the tires were shaded by sun overhead. I complained to BBB, DMV Region 9, Fla Attorney General etc. for refund of new tires I bought the week after I bought the car or refund of excessive fees. Review - Grieco Ford of Delray Beach Service Department Federal Highway - Delray Beach, Florida March 11, 2026 I purchased my vehicle from Grieco Ford of Delray Beach and returned to the dealership's service department for my first oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department on this visit was disappointing. I arrived at approximately 4:01 PM without an appointment, which I understand may create delays, and that part is on me. However, after entering the service department, I stood there for several minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by anyone. Service Manager Keith was in his office, and the service representatives were either on the phone or focused on their computers. No one made any effort to acknowledge that a customer was standing there waiting for assistance. Eventually I walked outside and spoke with a valet employee named Felix. Felix was polite, professional, and immediately apologized when I explained the situation. He walked me back inside and helped get the attention of a service advisor so I could at least explain what I needed. Unfortunately I did not get the service advisor's name, but I was informed the wait would likely be several hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. At that point I decided to leave. I completely understand that showing up without an appointment can mean waiting longer. That said, several hours for routine service combined with the fact that no one initially acknowledged a waiting customer is not a great first service experience. The only employee who demonstrated strong customer service during this visit was Felix. And just for a little humor -- I was standing there in a neon green T-shirt, so I'm still not sure how I managed to be that hard to spot. As someone who purchased their vehicle from this dealership, I expected a more attentive and organized service experience. Hopefully management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving how customers are greeted and handled when they arrive at the service department. I would be interested in hearing how management plans to address this issue for future customers. I am posting this review simply to provide honest feedback about my experience. I had a very disappointing experience with Greico Ford in Delray Beach. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover on December 1, and the very next day (December 2) I noticed that the passenger-side DRL was not working. When I brought this to their attention, the dealership refused to address the issue, despite the fact that the vehicle was just sold and supposedly passed their inspection. I requested a copy of the inspection paperwork multiple times from both the manager, Mike, and my salesperson, Mustafa, so I could see how the vehicle supposedly passed. Months later, I still have not received the inspection report. My calls have gone unanswered, and I have left multiple voicemails that were never returned. The complete lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. Once the sale was completed, there was no customer service whatsoever. Jeff is a really great guy and manager. I did not have such a great experience going into the dealership with a deal I called about from their website. I emailed Jeff about what had happened, and he called me the following day to make what wasn't his mistake, right. He took great care of my husband and even sweetened the already promised deal to show his sincere apology. My vehicle has been at you service department since 7:30 AM today for scheduled oil change and recall repair, it has now been over 10 hours , and I have no received any updates on the status of my vehicle. I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing a vehicle from Ford, especially Delray Greico Ford. I purchased a 2024 Mustang Mach-E on December 30, 2025, and since that day I have experienced nothing but ongoing, unacceptable problems. The vehicle initially failed to charge properly due to a battery issue. I attempted to pursue a lemon law claim, and the dealership replaced the battery. However, the charging problems have continued. This vehicle is unreliable and has repeatedly left me stranded. I have incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses for rental cars and Uber rides because I cannot depend on a brand-new SUV to function as it should. Most recently, I was stranded at a charging station when the vehicle would not charge at all. I had to use the Ford app to request a tow, and the car was taken to Wayne Akers Ford in Lake Worth Beach. I was then informed that there is an active recall on my vehicle and that the required part is not available. As a result, I missed work and was told there were no rental vehicles available. This is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that is essentially new. To make matters worse, Delray Greico Ford has refused to assist me simply because the vehicle was towed to a different Ford dealership. As a paying customer, I should not be caught in the middle of internal dealership policies. Ford's dealerships represent the same brand, yet I am being denied support when I need it most. This situation demonstrates a total lack of accountability and customer care. I purchased a new vehicle expecting reliability and support, not repeated breakdowns, recall delays, financial loss, and indifference. At this point, this vehicle clearly qualifies for relief under lemon law, and I expect immediate action--whether that means a full replacement or a buyback. Terrible dealership -- stay far away. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The staff here, especially Rachell in finance, were friendly, informative, and extremely available until I purchased the car. After that, it became nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. When I bought my used vehicle, I made it very clear that I only wanted the car if I could purchase the best extended warranty available -- one that covered everything. When we finalized the deal, they told me they had added exactly that kind of coverage. They charged me $5,000 for it, and I trusted them. Fast forward three months: I start hearing strange noises and take the car to a Mercedes dealership for an inspection. They found several serious issues -- shot lower control arms, problems with the electrical fans, oil leaks, and more. No problem, I thought -- I have the top-tier warranty. Except I didn't. When Mercedes called the warranty company, they were told it was a powertrain-only warranty that covered almost none of the issues. I was shocked. This place is dishonest and predatory. I strongly recommend you go to a certified dealer for the make of vehicle you're interested in. Don't make the same mistake I did. Grieco Ford of Delray Beach -- count your days. They talked me into changing the break fluid and cleaning the injectors.They quoted one price and charged a higher price of over $100 including hidden charges like a shop repair charge of $34.99. I went in to purchase a leftover 2024 Ford F-250 Harley-Davidson edition, offering a $15,000 down payment and trading in my 2024 Chevy Silverado with 30K miles. From the start, the process was frustrating. The first salesman I worked with was suddenly let go after we couldn't close the deal, and even he warned me not to do business with them because they weren't being honest or transparent. I've done business with this dealer before (bought a 2024 Ford Transit), but this time was completely different. They low-balled me on my trade-in, blaming a recall even though the truck is in excellent condition inside and out. They made it seem like giving me $55,000 was a favor -- but when factoring in the tax savings, it's really closer to $52,500. After running my credit twice, which dropped my score, they offered me an 8.1% APR over 84 months, with a monthly payment of $1,779. I did the math myself -- that payment didn't make sense. The interest over the life of the loan should be around $34,000, but they were sneaking in about $14,000 extra somewhere. When I asked for a breakdown from the bank, they dodged me. Just like the last time I asked weeks earlier -- same story, no transparency. They added GAP insurance and a tire/rim warranty I never agreed to. I specifically told them I didn't want it, and they still forced it in -- without even telling me the price. After getting no clear answers and wasting hours of my time, I told them I wasn't moving forward. No one followed up, no one tried to make it right. Apparently, because I didn't accept a bad deal, they didn't see me as worth the effort. As a business owner myself, I believe in transparency and honesty. Greico Ford failed at both. Not a good experience when my son, fiancé and myself went to buy a used car. We spent almost 2 hours with the salespeople Mark, and most of the time was spent trying to qualify my son's finance for financing. We asked him specifically only to run a soft credit inquiry and found out later he ran multiple hard credit inquiries. We finally got to see the car and before we got to test drive it, they told us not to buy that car and that they had a better one for us. It had not been serviced or checked out and there were several things wrong with the car. We ended up leaving and decided not to come back. The salesperson & sales manager kept bugging us to come back for a better deal but it was too little too late. Typical used car salespeople!! Shady, dishonest, and deceptive -- stay far away! This dealership is the definition of shady. I ordered a new F-350 and put down a deposit. When the truck came in and I sat down to do the paperwork, they conveniently "forgot" to apply my deposit toward the purchase. I brought it up, and they acted like it wasn't a big deal -- then ignored me for 6 months when I tried to get it resolved. I had to physically go back to the dealership and demand to speak to someone before they finally admitted the mistake and gave me a check for my deposit. That should have been my first red flag. But it gets worse. When I bought the truck, the finance guy sold me a PremiumCARE extended warranty for around $3,500. He walked me through the benefits, told me it was the most comprehensive coverage available, and assured me that's what I was getting. Fast forward 37 months -- just after my factory warranty expired -- I took my truck to a different dealership to get the mirror motors fixed, only to be told I didn't have a PremiumCARE warranty. After checking my paperwork, I realized Greico had ripped me off yet again. They had switched it out for a lower-tier Diesel EngineCARE plan without telling me -- so they charged me for PremiumCARE but gave me a plan that covers way less. Classic bait and switch. When I called to get it fixed, they gave me the runaround. No one would call me back, and when I finally reached someone, they just said, "you signed it." To make matters worse, when I tried to refinance through my credit union, they refused to tell me who was holding the loan on my truck. After pressing them, they outright lied about it -- stalling and stringing me along while keeping me in the dark about who held the note. If this were one mistake, I'd chalk it up to incompetence -- but this was a clear pattern of deception. They tried to keep my deposit, bait-and-switched my warranty, and lied about the financing. His reply was yes and congrats......but you have to come in to claim the $$$$ and it's first got to be validated by Ray. We traded in our 6 month old Tesla and leased a new electric 2024 Mustang Mach E. Our salesman was Sebastian - and believe me when I say it was our lucky day. He is the BEST!! He worked very hard to please us with the amount Grieco was willing to pay for our car, and the amount we wanted to pay for the Mustang. He satisfied everyone! And Sebastian then proceeded to explain all the MANY features and how to work them. He set up everything we'd need to do on each of our cell phones. However, We continued to need further explanation on many features and we called him 3 additional times, and he always made time for us and assured us we were not bothering him. He greeted with a big smile and his patience knows no bound. After today's meeting I THINK we're all set. But he did welcome us back anytime for further help! Oil Cap Left off upon taking car in for a recall Terrible, dishonest experience, said they took my car in for a recall, then it sounded funny, they told me they had not touched the engine but later admitted they left the oil cap off ( my engine was covered in oil). offed to pay for the rectification but then sent a check that was almost `0% of what was agreed, not only that, they gave me a checklist claiming they had inspected the car and that the tires, battery, etc were all good. the next reputable mechanics' true inspection showed the battery was almost dead, the tires had rotted, and the minimum safe amount of tread. (had that verified when I had them replaced) They have intimidated me because I am a small woman, telling me it was not possibly them and strung me along with promises to compensate they never intended to keep. absolutely horrible, scary experience and in my opinion not forthright or trustworthy .
