Daily special. Scallops & coconut prawns on a bed of wilted spinach topped w/homemade pesto.

Visited this place for a birthday dinner and found a nice happening spot. Got there a little after 5 and there were not many people, by the time we left after 6 the place was packed. Had the special of the day which featured three pan seared scallops and coconut crusted prawns. Scallops were a little on the small size, but for the price of the meal it was well worth it. Prawns were nice and big and cooked perfectly. Everything sat on a bed of wilted spinach topped with a tasty homemade pesto. I had a cup of Thai chicken & rice soup for an appetizer and it was amazing. Lots of flavor and spicy heat. Great to see a small business doing well. The small menu allows them to focus on putting out good food and the prices are a great value.

I have heard lots of positive things about this restaurant. My husband and I have been once before they changed owners, and now, one other time since they now offer Indian dishes. I have had Indian food but not at a restaurant. I stuck to what I'm familiar with, butter chicken. I chose medium spice level, which was perfect. I'd say if you never had Indian cuisine, try the butter chicken. It's the most popular dish. It was delicious and on point. I think we will be back and try other dishes. Nice to have something different in Enumclaw.

Service was excellent, same cozy atmosphere, new owners since we were last here. East Indian food and owner now, most of the previous menu items with new Indian cuisine items. Indian Dishes come with what they call naan, it is nothing like naan. Tastes and looks like pizza crust, even has the oven marks on the bottom. Indian flavors are on point, but he doesn't use traditional coconut milk, just heavy cream. TBH it's like he's gone cheap and is trying to save money. We probably won't be back sadly.

Super Indian cuisine. I had the coconut chicken and samosas. Service was friendly and the food was ou

The smothered biscuit and gravy, the tots lathered in gravy, and then the Chicken Fried Steak... it's like finding a local Holy Grail of food trucks! It is legit delicious!! My mind was blown by the quality of food and the whole experience. Loved it! I can't wait to take my boys here. They won't believe it. There's not much more I can say, other than I've been here a few times now, and would love a good coffee to go with the food. Loved chatting with the owner and of her story. Thank you for the experience and we will be back again! As always, Enjoy & Happy Eating!

Cast Iron Queen in Enumclaw delivers on both food and setting. The retro trailer, pulled by a…read morevintage truck, sits behind a white picket fence next to a sunflower field, with Mount Peak in view. Picnic tables and lawn games make it a fun stop. We went on a sunny day and with no shade I was glad I had sunscreen and sunglasses. We didn't have much of a wait, just long enough for me to dash over and snap photos of the sunflowers before our food came. They serve breakfast and lunch, and since they often sell out by 2PM, it's best to arrive early. We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy, the Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy, loaded tots, and a blackberry milkshake. These are four-napkin sandwiches -- huge, messy, and finger-licking good. You'll want a bottled water in the car to rinse your hands after tackling one of these. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy came stacked with a giant fried chicken breast coated in their house hot sauce, layered with slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. The Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy had crisp chicken, melted cheese, sautéed onion, lettuce, and their sweet-heat jalapeño sauce. The loaded tots came piled with chopped chicken, bacon, cheese, green onion, and sauce. The blackberry milkshake, blended with real berries, tied everything together. For the size of the portions and the quality, the price felt right. Cast Iron Queen serves delicious comfort food in a setting that feels distinctly Enumclaw.
