    Didn't have problems going into O'Reilly before today i experienced the most horrible experience…read morewith Hunter, the customers before he was nice to them. Now its my turn and my dad, doesnt greet us "Can I help you?" with an attitude. Explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad. I see this happen and get frustrated because let the rolls be switched around WE seem rude so i paid and left, with hunter not having the proper manners from the start wouldn't want to know how others are treated when having an encounter with him. I get those nasty or rude customers but we didnt receive what was given. Really hope this catches management attention

Right away, he asked, "Can I help you?" with an attitude. I explained what part I needed and asked if it was in stock. While I was asking my dad for the account number, Hunter sighed loudly and started tapping his fingers impatiently. When he came back with the sensor, instead of placing it on the counter, he basically threw it to my dad. At that point, I was already frustrated. We wanted to add the sensor onto the order that was already there so everything could be paid together. Hunter then told us he needed a PO number after we had already given him the account information. When I said that was fine and we'd just pay separately, he aggressively slammed the keyboard, asked for my phone number without explaining why, and then said, "Why did you give me that number if you don't have an account?" even though he never asked if I had one in the first place. Customer service costs nothing. The attitude, impatience, and disrespect made what should have been a simple purchase unnecessarily frustrating.
