I love the staff there. Always so friendly. Their care is great. I always had a good experience. I wish they would be open Mondays. The days I need to go is Monday and Wednesday. They are always closed Monday. One technician said they are considering opening then to create more space. Fridays I have be late for work to make my 2nd donation. Friday evenings always busy. First time I came here it was no problem 2nd time the technician and the little manager girl stuck me the wrong way after leaving my arm blew up with fluids and blood., I had to go to the emergency room to be treated, I almost ended up with a blood clot. I believe some Of the techs are not fully trained to insert a needle with confidence and you can pick up on that vibe immediately. I don't want anyone coming towards me with a needle Like that!! The place is mostly clean except the restrooms are always nasty, it's definitely dis functional, long wait times and little to no customer service from some Of the front desk staff. There are a few technicians who are warm, compassionate, and have a good bedside manner as well as a few of the technicians upfront who do your blood testing are sweet ladies. They might want to look for a better manager that knows how to talk to people instead of the attitude she gives when she's big mad and having a bad day, that's just not how I want to be treated and neither should any one else. I don't recommend going here there any so many other plasma banks near by that treat people with respect and a professional attitude. They other plasma banks also pay the same if not more! The stars I gave are to respect the technicians who care about others and are polite and compassionate. The manager IS a bad vibe she gets no stars. read more
