She said both were fine, in the same tone people use to describe the weather or a dental cleaning. We ultimately canceled the order and requested a refund. This experience wasn't about the employees, they were courteous and tried to make it right. The issue was the lack of a reliable backup process for a known system problem, which created an avoidable inconvenience for both customers and staff.
