    Falafel Platter

Ordered the Falafel platter which came with pita bread, rice, and grilled peppers and onions. Falafel itself was nice and crispy! The food over all was very good and seasoned well. Ordered over the phone for pick up, service was fast and the man behind the counter was very nice. White sauce was flavorful, but I do wish they had a different hot sauce this one tasted like Frank's hot to me.

Came to Legend last week for a quick bite since I didn't have much time for lunch. The menu for legend is a little mixed with food choices. You have the typical sandwiches and wings, then there is an entire section for kababs and middle eastern food. I arrived around 12:15 and the place was almost empty with 1 table being occupied. That's not a good sign if you are looking for good food. Based on reviews, I choose middle eastern portion of the menu. I order lamb gyro platter. The portion was huge. The entire container weights about 5 lbs. they are generous on the meat and it's on top of a giant bed of rice. Needless to say I didn't finish my lunch and packed it up to go. Overall, the food was ok, the lamb was a little too salty for my taste. If I return, I would try other option from the menu.

A good place for some affordable food if you're just in the mood for something to fill you up. The restaurant name really says it all, but this place also offers most of your expected late-night, casual snacks and meals that you may be craving after a long night. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean. The food quality is decent and the portion sizes are massive. For a modest price, you can get a sizable meal that will leave you satisfied. The gyro platters and hummus with pita are particularly noteworthy. If you are feeling for a decently priced meal and some decent quality food, this is the place to go.

You definitely get your money's worth with their portion sizes. You can get lunch and dinner out of a full cheesesteak meal with fries.

Stuck in the back of the shopping center with Marrazzo's and Sal DeForte's, right next door to a ramen noodle shop, these friendly folks are hospitable and enjoy conversing with their customers. After a few questions I ordered their "The Dragon," burger combo. They do smash burgers here, and the finished sandwich looked like a half pounder in an oversized bun, with plenty of heat from cherry peppers, jalapeños, onions, topped with spicy mayo and creole cole slaw with a hint of mango to offset the flames. It needed no ketchup nor additional contributions, and was delicious from bite one. All the parts played very well together. A little drippy to be sure, but easily managed. It came with a pile of crisp waffle fries that did require a squirt of ketchup, but were able second mates to the main beefy attraction. This was a very enjoyable meal, that would only be complemented by the house being better suited for eating in, right when everything is at its apex of perfection. Shitzz n Glizzies has the potential to compete with the big burger guys in the area. Will have to let you know about their franks and steaks at another time, but there is reason for optimism.

Review for Meatheadz - Lawrence Township, NJ…read more After hearing a NJ Transit conductor rave about Meatheadz, I finally decided to check it out--and I'm glad I did. This place absolutely lives up to the hype. I went with the Plain cheesesteak with fried onions and pepper jack cheese on a seeded bun, along with an order of Meatheadz loaded fries. Let me just say, that cheesesteak was a monster. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and swimming in melty cheese--it's easily the best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly. The portion was so generous I could barely finish it, and for anyone arriving hungry, you definitely won't leave that way. The loaded fries looked fantastic too, but I had to box them up for later (that's how filling the sandwich was). The prices were moderate and fair for what you get, and while the place was busy, the energy felt lively rather than chaotic. All in all, Meatheadz is absolutely worth the trip if you're craving an authentic cheesesteak experience. Rating: 4.25 out of 5

There are no cashiers, but instead several touch screen kiosks laid out for you to place your order. There is a small window where you can visibly see the cooks in the kitchen. I ordered the Veggie Legendary with the Beyond Meat patty. Not kidding when I say the brioche bun makes it better, but overall this is one of the best tasting burgers I've had. It was hard to resist eating the whole thing. The patty had bbq sauce and mushrooms piled high on it. The cheese was melty and the fresh greens oozed out. Fries were hot and crispy. Their table setup is quite interesting - it's like a doctor's office where you remove the disposable paper from the bed after each patient, but in this case, from a table after each customer that dines. We did it ourselves and it was easy. We found seating for 4 pretty quickly, but it may be tricky for groups of 5 or more to find seats together. Cutesy artwork can be found on the walls along with a frame TV that had the Tiny Desk concerts playing. Prices were a little higher than usual, but it is New Hope so that's to be expected. We asked a woman in the kitchen for a to-go box and she provided one right away. The ratings here are accurate! A really great place for burgers and fries.

A few of the misses: frozen and not hand-cut fries, the kiosk ordering was not clear and instead of a burger with the desired toppings, we ended up with the two things we didn't want. The kitchen was accommodating to provide me with a side of lettuce, tomato, and pickles I could add on myself. The burger was good but nothing too special. A little expensive for lunch.

A nice size and tasted fresh and hot. The only thing I didn't like was that the bread seemed to have been toasted with butter. I can do without the extra fat so it's something I have to remember to mention when I visit this establishment again. It doesn't take away from the rating, but worth mentioning and if you like to watch your fat intake. I prefer bacon so I rather cut back on the buttered toasted bread. The place was also clean so overall a good experience. I hope that others that are closer to me are as good as well.

Service is quick and efficient. Staff are helpful. Vibes were my favorite part of the experience--musical throw backs to songs from 2015 were the jam. Light rock, pop songs, all the good high school jams that took me back. We got Double BBQ Bacon Char, double cheeseburger, Sweet Potato Fries, fries, onion rings and fried string beans. Food was decidedly mediocre and nothing to ever return for. Burgers are low quality--super dry and tasteless meat. Zero flavor. You need a ton of trimmings to make it palatable. Regular double cheeseburger was a miss. Double bbq char burger was a tiny bit better thanks to the bacon and fried onions that gave the sad burger some texture and flavor. The bun added nothing, so I'd skip it and get the lettuce wrap instead. Regular Fries were soggy and bland. Skip. Sweet potato fries were the highlight of the meal in terms of quality--super light and not at all greasy. Pleasant surprise. I'd order them again. Fried string beans were meh. Too much batter.
