Since then, they've serviced the almost 22 year old system at my home, nursing it along. With each semi-annual "check-up" service, they advised me on what I needed to do, and what could wait. When funds were tight, they suggested stopgaps to help. Because of this history, when Alex showed me that my heater was leeching carbon monoxide into my home, I knew I could trust him. While I waited for my appointment, I was provided with space heaters gratis. This IS an independently owned business, and they treat customers like family. Ozzy (Osvaldo) and Anthony installed a new heat pump and air conditioner for me last week. They were at my home three days. Not only were they professional, friendly, and polite, they were also respectful of my home--taking time EVERY day to cover my carpeted areas, covering their boots as they came into and exited the house, and cleaning up any installation debris before they left each day. Ozzy and Anthony discovered that a part of the original system was not going to work as efficiently with the new system (the dampers) given the difference in the size. Ozzy explained the difference to me, noted the cost, and the pros and cons. He didn't pressure me to upgrade the items but he made sure I had enough information to make a decision. At the end of the installation, Ozzy took the time to show me how to use the new digital thermostat controls and gave me tips on how to use the system economically. He provided me information on how to follow up if there were ever any problems. Just like other times, Vic called a few days later to see how things were going (I missed the call, but still...so so kind and thoughtful). It's a lot of money to replace your entire HVAC system, no matter which company you use, but hiring one where you know you can trust the company. Simply put, you'll never have worries about trusting Elite Comfort Systems.

I called them to look into…read moremy mom's air conditioner because she mentioned she had very low flow on some rooms of her home even though the AC system was completely replaced including the air ducts a few years ago (by another company). Their technician came out and found that my mom's air vents were these wooden type slats and were simply closed causing no flow on the rooms. He was honest and confirmed to me that's all it was. He opened them up and he even replaced a missing air filter from the air intake and didn't charge us extra for it. I appreciate Energy Solutions for being honest, friendly and thorough. I…read morecalled Millers to come out to give me a quote on replacing the AC unit as Eagle Air had quoted us at 30k to replace and install a new AC unit. Alan a manager came out to inspect and give us options on how we can proceed in replacing our current AC. He was incredibly well informed and very knowledgable in explaining what our best options were. He called the office on the spot to set up an appointment for a service tech to come out and see if we could first fix the AC before doing a total replacement. Alan offered to bring us a window AC unit due to me being in my late 3rd trimester to make sure I am comfortable in the mean time. Sonny the service tech came out and found the problem with the AC unit in record time! We had a previous company come out and told us it was the compressor and quoted us at 7k to replace. It was in fact the capacitor that was not working. Sonny fixed the issue incredibly fast and now we have perfect working AC just in time for the heatwave. He was extremely professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. 10/10 I could rave all day about how wonderful Alan and Sonny were in helping fix our AC issue in a timely manner with out breaking our wallets with a baby on the way.
