Honestly everything I've tried from this food truck has been so good, but I'd especially like to give recognition to the spam musubi! They add their own little touch and it is the best I've had in Fresno! The workers are always so nice and helpful when explaining things. This is a food truck favorite in my family and a must try!

They came to visit my workplace and I've been dying to try it for a while! The owners were really sweet in sending me photos of their menu on IG, so I already knew what I wanted to get. I ordered the Monte Carlo roll and takoyaki. My friend ordered the Hamachi roll. Both were super fresh and delicious! The takoyaki was okay, I don't really like it when it's super mushy in the middle. Overall a great experience, it's just that everything is super expensive. It's a once in a while treat.

To start off very friendly staff. I was greeted and helped with the menu which was sweet and simple. We ordered the hamachi lover roll, rainbow roll, unagi dragon roll, and Cali roll. All the sushi rolls were delicious! Nicely made and packed together. The construction of the sushi was good, it was balanced of rice and protein. The fish tasted fresh and well prepared. I was definitely full from that meal, or maybe my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Lol. I can't wait to return and try their rice bowls. My ordered came out super fast and got the order within 3-5 mins.

They were at Enzo's table today. I ordered the orange dragon roll. The worker was kind. I waited a short time and my order was given to me along with well wishes! Fresh and tasty sushi! Good service and sushi! Recommended!

Attended a Fresno Street Eats event. Craving sushi but couldn't have raw sushi so we asked what they offered in their cooked sushi menu and they only had 2 options the tempura roll and Cali. I ordered the tempura roll. I was delicious and very filling, the wasabi looked old and should have asked for soy sauce which wasn't included in the bag. Also wanted to try the macaroons but we were so disappointed that they ran out at the time. The service was great, they were very friendly. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely return to try the rest of the menu.

    Hamachi Lover roll

I got the Hamachi Lover roll. It was pretty good and did not taste 'fishy'. I thought prices on rolls are a bit high for a food truck including basic spicy tuna roll which was $12. That stopped me from ordering another roll. It was near my house so I stopped by to try. Service was nice.

Attended their soft opening today! Excellent customer service and prices are reasonable. I'm so glad they are joining Fresno Street Eats too. They are really quick and I'm glad everything is going so smooth as it's their first day. I would definitely order again. Everything was really yummy! I was glad to see they partnered up with Vanntastic Sweets! Macarons are a must try! There are lots of flavors and all of them are delicious!

We picked up the Monte Carlo and the Unagi Dragon rolls. Very delicious and tastes better than some brick and mortar spots! The service was very pleasant and the cashier was super friendly and food came out fairly quickly

Monte Carlo and Tuna lover... or what's left of it. It was SO good and will be gone soon.

I got there around 12 and was seated super fast, there's a lot of seating inside. The waitress came by quickly to take our drink order and then our food. I ordered a spicy tuna roll, and it was really good. I love a good spicy tuna, and this one actually had a nice kick. I also tried the spicy crab roll. It wasn't very spicy, but it tasted fresh, which I liked. I tried the Sexy Cowboy roll too. It was just okay for me. It has shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and crab inside, topped with spicy tuna, avocado, and eel sauce. The best roll by far was the Hot Night That one was delicious. It has shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, and crab inside, topped with spicy tuna, eel sauce, and chili sesame sauce. The flavor was really good, and I was very happy with it. Everyone there was really friendly, and the sushi came out pretty quickly, which is perfect for lunch. We were in and out in about 35 minutes, so it's a great spot if you want good sushi and don't have a ton of time. I'd definitely go back

I am not much of a sushi snob but have a few key indicators of quality; how spicy is the wasabi?, how fresh is the fish? And how are the Nigiri fish portions? This establishment scores low on all three. I was tasked to pick out our rolls after we got a rainbow roll for our granddaughter. Nearly all of their "specialty" rolls had cream cheese or "spicy tuna". First, I am never going to eat cream cheese in a fish roll. Second, chili powder is often used in minced fish to cover up off flavors. I ordered another rainbow roll, an Alaska roll, and a Shadow Bridge roll. We never did receive the 2nd rainbow roll, the salmon on top of the Alaska Roll was small squares with a sesame oil that tasted a tad rancid, and the Shadow Bridge was a HUGE pile of fried onions with a roll underneath so it was heated. Needless to say we ate what we could and just agreed we would try a different place with her next time.

One word of advice: if you're planning to join the waitlist, I recommend calling ahead for a more accurate wait time. The website initially showed no one ahead of us, but after joining the waitlist it indicated several parties were waiting. When we arrived, we were told the wait would be about 45 minutes, which wasn't ideal with a couple of hungry kids. Thankfully, we were seated within about 10 minutes. Our server, Patrick, was fantastic! He provided excellent customer service, took the time to explain the sushi rolls, helped us navigate the kids' menu, and was attentive throughout our meal. Patrick, thank you for helping make my mom's birthday dinner so memorable. Khasey was our chef, and the food was absolutely delicious. He made sure we had every sauce we asked for. The teppanyaki experience for the children was engaging and fun. To top it off, the staff brought out a cute birthday dessert and sang a birthday tune for my mom, which made the celebration even more special. The location is another huge plus. It's situated in a great area near Fresno State with plenty to do before or after dinner, including ice cream shops, boba spots, VR gaming, and movie theaters. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to come back!

Our server checked in on us right away, suggested great dishes, and even gave us a dessert on the house for our anniversary. The martini was pretty strong, and I liked that it came with a shot of sake. The bone marrow was good, but the salmon spoon really took the show. I think I set my expectations too high for the entrees we got--the sea bass with risotto and uni pasta. They were still tasty, just didn't give that wow factor. Because this is on the pricier side, it's a good place for special occasions, though it's casual enough for just a really good meal.

Not just visually, it actually tastes as good as it looks which isn't always the case. The rolls are creative without being gimmicky and the fish is fresh. The teppanyaki is fun if you want more of an experience, great for groups or dates. Cocktails are solid too. Not an afterthought like at a lot of sushi spots. They clearly put thought into the drink menu. The space feels upscale but not uncomfortable. Like you can dress up or just come after work and both feel fine. Its $$$ so yeah its a splurge, but for Fresno the quality absolutely justifies it. This is the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like you didn't have to drive to the bay for a good meal. Reservation recommended, it gets busy for a reason.

So when my son asked us to meet him, his lovely wife and our 3 granddaughters for dinner on a recent visit I didn't have my hopes up. A full menu of Sushi, noodles, gyoza and rolls made it difficult to choose but eventually we narrowed it down. I always try the Unagi (eel) at any sushi restaurant. It is my barometer for how good everything else will probably be. It was good. I also ordered the Kimono Roll while my wife had Shogun roll. We also tried the Chicken Gyoza. Everything was terrific. I was immediate greeted by the two Sushi chefs behind the counter as I walked in. Not long after, the host greeted me and handed me a menu for me to select my order to go. I considered a poke bowl, however, their sauces were pretty standard. So instead I opted for their seaweed salad that came with a number of protein including tuna, edamame, shrimp, avocado, and masago. It was $19, so it wasn't necessarily inexpensive, however I figured a poke bowl with a couple proteins would run me right about there as well. The sushi chef got right away to work preparing my meal and I was in and out within 5 minutes. When I got home, I opened up my box and was a little underwhelmed with the presentation. The protein is cut up into small pieces and mixed in with the seaweed salad. In addition it is not pure seaweed as it is also mixed in with a bunch of other greens such as sprouts. So while the presentation was not what I was expecting, I was pleasantly surprised that I really enjoyed the flavors and textures. I will definitely order this again.
