Been here a few times and every roll we've had has been great, and the prices are fair. Also pretty quick service

Dined in as a party of 5 for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived to an empty restaurant. We were immediately greeted warmly by our server who then sat us at our table. After a few minutes of looking over the menu, our server took our order and we waited for about 10-15 mins for everything to come out. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal. The one dish I wasn't very happy with was their vegetable tempura. The batter was SO thick.. it was almost as thick as corn dog breading. Wasn't the biggest fan. However everything else was yummy! I didn't try any of their actual sushi so I cannot say anything about that at the moment, however I'd love to come back and try it! read more

First time trying it because I was in the area and I can say it's more on the affordable side and worth it. Same amount of sushi as the other places for a cheaper price, majority of the rolls are under 18 dollars. I got the Samurai and something crunch roll (cant remember the name) which both were good. The salmon on the Samurai surprisingly was quite good and fatty! I'd rate the food 3.7/5. The man who was making the sushi was super sweet and did it all! From seating, to serving, to checking out, he was phenomenal. Very sweet and kind gentleman with fast sushi skills LOL my rolls were out for me in about 10 mins. If you want to try something not too crazy and casual, give it a shot! read more

Order dinner the other night and got me the booty booty roll. They told me it would be about a 20 min wait and I only wait about 10 mins so chef was fast on making my sushi roll. Parking is always good plenty of it and never an issue finding any. When I went inside to place the order it was empty so for me that's a good thing I don't like too much of a crowd. They have a few tvs with baseball playing at the time. While I waited the waiter even offered me cold ice water until my sushi was ready. Overall had a great experience and sushi came out amazing. OKAY!! We came in to eat thinking this place is good. Maybe it is the owner, whoever he was, but, we came in with AÇAÍs and we were eating on the table, mind you we were going to order food!!! It made him so angry and stated "you guys didn't even ask if you can eat in here" he walked us to a table w a menu, literally!!!! We then just up and left because how disgusting!!!!! As many times as We have been to HaHa Sushi, for it to end like this, we will Never go again and Will not recommend ever. They screwed up my order, then asked us to leave. What was most shocking is the Manager sought me out to chastise ME to the point, another customer told him to leave US alone. The sushi was good, I had two rolls and a noodle plate. The sushi well portioned, however the noodle plate was a bit skimp, still delicious though. Make sure you have at least $80 to spend for two people b/c this place is expensive. Better sushi in Fresno for a lower price. read more

Great little sushi spot with Happy Hour drink specials Sunday- Thursday. Great sushi rolls but their sashimi is even better, large cuts pair well with rolls and a drink. Will definitely be coming back to this little spot with great friendly, attentive service. read more

The man who is there super rude I believe he is the owner. I called in my order like he asked me to the first time. Totally obliged when I did the girl who took my order took a long time. I only asked if it could be ready in ten minutes because she said it would take 10 to 15 minutes but totally understand if not. Stopped in because it was next to another location I was at just a few doors down and was not disappointed! Staff was extremely friendly from the start. We got gyoza and miso soup to start which were both delicious! We followed up with the booty tempura roll and the Rebecca roll; both were excellent! These sizing for rolls are triple the size of normal sushi rolls, so you'll have to have a few bites just to get through one piece. They also had a special going on where you got your third entree for 50% off so pricing was extremely reasonable too which is always a plus! We will definitely be returning to this place! read more

Absolutely love this restaurant! My husband and I have eaten here multiple times when we're in the mood for a quick bite. The customer service and food never disappoint. As soon as you enter you are greeted by all, the employees are quick to seat you and take your order even during busy hours, they are very professional and all so kind, checking in with us multiple times throughout our meal. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Whenever I visit I try to order something different and so far I have loved it all, their spicy baked mussels are a must try appetizer! Absolute WORST customer service... these people need to take notes from literally ANY other restaurant in Fresno! They do not write your order down, so obviously your order is wrong, (they have horrible memories)!! The rolls are all rice, skippy on the fish. They bring your food and forget your sauce, so you can't eat your food. This place used to be good years ago... they must have new owners. This place went totally down hill. The tempura was crisp and it came with miso soup, salad and Cali rolls for only $12. Pretty good deal. Though, I do not recommend the Cali rolls which were made sloppily and the crab meat was too salty. I tried a sample of the John Q- it contained fried eel and baked salmon on top, that was pretty tasty. I had some colleagues enjoy their rolls and some didn't care for it. My mother called to order and the worker was kind and happy to give recommendations. Spicy baked mussels and the royal casino roll was ordered. The worker said it would be ready in 20 min. We went to get it. The restaurant is safe and clean. Workers are masked. Laid back environment with nice music playing. They have a bar too. We walked in early and the worker said she would bring the order to the car when it was ready and she did. I got lunch set up per usual. Split evenly, The casino royal was fantastic! Fresh fish and sushi at HAHA. They have a great selection and serving sizes are plentiful. The fish is always fresh and my favorite items are the seaweed salad and Sashimi plate. This is a warning. Lukewarm, soggy food ain't what anyone aims for. (Full disclosure: we ordered through DoorDash. However, my gripes have very little to do with delivery, other than perhaps the lukewarm temp of the food, since a few spot checks in the DoorDash app showed the driver waiting at the restaurant for nearly twenty minutes.) The short: food was tepid, we didn't receive one of our items, and these pics are part of what we did get. Look like something for which you'd wanna spend $70? Neither did we. Their Booty Booty Roll is my favorite here and I've had their beef udon soup but it wasn't that good, I'd skip out on that. This was my first time trying this place and was blown away by the quality. Me and a friend ordered take out and had the opportunity to meet the owner who was pretty cool. The food was very delicious and although it was little pricey they hooked it up and the pieces of fish were pretty thick.
