Another amazing dining experience with extremely friendly service, and delicious food!

So so so so so good 10/10 recommend the bull dog sushi He is very nice and all of the Snow White, and California roll are also really good

Never disappoints. We ordered All-In roll (crab, beef, spicy tuna and more) and a Chicken Bento Box. We ate to our hearts content and took home enough for tomorrow. Always plentiful and always fresh.

Las Vegas i believe(salmon), tempura wasn't crispy and it was a tiny bit of let down

Food was so good this time it really hit the spot! There was only one server for the whole restaurant which seems to be the norm so you've got to be patient as they're dealing with tables, walk ins, Doordash, etc. Everyone still seemed to be a regular so it's a very friendly and welcoming environment.

Great little sushi spot with Happy Hour drink specials Sunday- Thursday. Great sushi rolls but their sashimi is even better, large cuts pair well with rolls and a drink. Will definitely be coming back to this little spot with great friendly, attentive service.

I recommend the bento box. I had salmon in mine. The tempura is light and flaky. The beef bulgogi has a good flavor but needs to be spicy. Service is good and your food comes quickly.

First time i have been here in awhile. Tonight the quality was a huge difference. Everything was fried perfectly. Got a couple new rolls and enjoyed every bite. The only thing we left was this one single roll. We were stuffed. This will become my new normal spot again if it always like tonight! Awesome job guys. If you have a party of 6 or more make sure to call and let the restaurant know!

Stopped in because it was next to another location I was at just a few doors down and was not disappointed! Staff was extremely friendly from the start. We got gyoza and miso soup to start which were both delicious! We followed up with the booty tempura roll and the Rebecca roll; both were excellent! These sizing for rolls are triple the size of normal sushi rolls, so you'll have to have a few bites just to get through one piece. They also had a special going on where you got your third entree for 50% off so pricing was extremely reasonable too which is always a plus! We will definitely be returning to this place!

I ordered a spicy tuna roll, and it was really good. I love a good spicy tuna, and this one actually had a nice kick. I also tried the spicy crab roll. It wasn't very spicy, but it tasted fresh, which I liked. I tried the Sexy Cowboy roll too. It was just okay for me. It has shrimp tempura, cream cheese, and crab inside, topped with spicy tuna, avocado, and eel sauce. The best roll by far was the Hot Night That one was delicious. It has shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, and crab inside, topped with spicy tuna, eel sauce, and chili sesame sauce. The flavor was really good, and I was very happy with it. I am not much of a sushi snob but have a few key indicators of quality; how spicy is the wasabi?, how fresh is the fish? And how are the Nigiri fish portions? This establishment scores low on all three. I was tasked to pick out our rolls after we got a rainbow roll for our granddaughter. Nearly all of their "specialty" rolls had cream cheese or "spicy tuna". First, I am never going to eat cream cheese in a fish roll. Second, chili powder is often used in minced fish to cover up off flavors. I ordered another rainbow roll, an Alaska roll, and a Shadow Bridge roll. We never did receive the 2nd rainbow roll, the salmon on top of the Alaska Roll was small squares with a sesame oil that tasted a tad rancid, and the Shadow Bridge was a HUGE pile of fried onions with a roll underneath so it was heated. Needless to say we ate what we could and just agreed we would try a different place with her next time.

I think I set my expectations too high for the entrees we got--the sea bass with risotto and uni pasta. They were still tasty, just didn't give that wow factor. Not just visually, it actually tastes as good as it looks which isn't always the case. The rolls are creative without being gimmicky and the fish is fresh. The teppanyaki is fun if you want more of an experience, great for groups or dates. Cocktails are solid too. Not an afterthought like at a lot of sushi spots. They clearly put thought into the drink menu. The space feels upscale but not uncomfortable. Like you can dress up or just come after work and both feel fine. Its $$$ so yeah its a splurge, but for Fresno the quality absolutely justifies it. This is the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like you didn't have to drive to the bay for a good meal. Reservation recommended, it gets busy for a reason.

It is my barometer for how good everything else will probably be. It was good. I also ordered the Kimono Roll while my wife had Shogun roll. We also tried the Chicken Gyoza. Everything was terrific. Excellent taste and fresh. Next time someone asks me about Fresno I'll say "Fresno! They have good sushi there". Definitely Recommended.

The concept is unique and functions a bit like an all-you-can-eat appetizer-style setup. You are given a checklist of various dishes and can order as much as you want, though you do have to pay a fee for anything you order but don't finish. Because of that, I made sure to focus on the premium options like the fried shrimp and ribeye, though I sampled a good variety of other menu items too, and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. If the evening price feels like a lot, the staff let me know that their lunch pricing drops to around $20. That seems like an absolute steal and easily gives you the best bang for your buck, though the dinner price certainly wouldn't discourage me from returning. The food here is easily a 10 out of 10 and tastes absolutely amazing. The quality of the dishes is definitely the highlight of the experience, with the cleanliness of the establishment coming in a close second. The restaurant is incredibly clean, and you constantly see workers moving around keeping the place spotless. The service takes third place here, as it can be a bit slow when it comes to getting drink refills or checking in on the table. However, it is an incredibly busy spot, so the pace is entirely understandable, and someone did always make sure to stop by and check on us eventually. The overall atmosphere is excellent, and I would absolutely come back here to celebrate birthdays or fun group events.
