Doesn't follow mask policy, which is sad since they have good deals. Trying to keep people safe isn't a priority for them.

I'm a fan what can say, to shop here is to understand the rotation of inventory.

Getting near check out I spotted some beautiful plates with hydrangeas on them that I thought would make us both happy . We I went to check out I couldn't tell if the cashiers line was as open. Cody, the cashier, sort of answered me that he was. I had to separate our orders apart for payment and it caused a long line. When it came time for the dishes I asked if he could wrap them. His reply was brisk and he said he would wrap them in the 2 small dish towels. I questioned it cause I really didn't want our previous dishes to break. I suggested tearing up a bag and wrapping them. He ignored me, so I started doing it myself. I realized this wasn't working so I just let him do it. At this point I did ask him "how would you wrap these if they were for your mom"? At which point he responded angrily "What does that have to do with anything?" Meanwhile I'm thinking I'm trying to nicely wrap these for my mom So they don't break, At this point I shut up and let him finish. He angrily finishes checking me out, overpacks my bag, and throws the receipt in. I'm a bit it shock by now and load the bags into my two carts and struggle to roll them to my mom. I go back and ask the manager who had watched all of this and she responds "we don't wrap dishes". I get to the door with our two carts and can't roll out the door because of the tall poles that don't allow you to go through. At this point two nice young men and one woman offer to help us carry the bags to our car. I start to cry and am grateful for their offer. Not one dollar tree staff offered to help us. Meanwhile the bags the clerk has packed are breaking and falling apart while these nice people help us. When I get to my next destination in town I tell what happened . The person says was the cashier a young man with curly hair? They knew exactly who the cashier was and referenced an incident from 4 years ago!! Needless to say I will be returning the dishes so I'm not reminded of this yucky encounter. I am forever grateful to the kind people that helped us carry our bags

This time, I headed straight to the home goods section while my wife went to the clothing section, as we always do. Almost immediately, I found a set of large work gloves I needed at a significantly reduced price. I also came across a set of cast-iron cookware and a few cast-iron frying pans at prices that caught my attention. However, after considering them for a minute or two, I decided not to purchase them because of their heavy weight and the challenges that poses when it comes to washing. My wife found a couple of tops she liked, and we headed for the cashier. For some reason, only one of the two registers was open, and because it was closing time, everyone was lined up to pay, which took a while. Other than that, it was a productive visit.

My girlfriend talks about this store the way my friends talk about their gym grind. Constantly. So…read moreI finally went, mostly to kill time while she shopped. Annoyingly, she was right. It's a discount spot but everything's sorted into actual sections -- clothing, appliances, household stuff, food -- so it's not the dig-through-a-bin situation I expected. Then I turned a corner and found the exact silver watch I'd been eyeing online for weeks and had talked myself out of buying like a responsible adult. Here, the price made being responsible irrelevant. So now I own it. Walked out with that, some work clothes, and a couple of household things we apparently needed. Prices were low enough I stopped doing the math and just grabbed stuff. Staff was helpful even though it was busy. Came to kill time. Left with the watch I told myself I didn't need. Worth a look if you like brand-name things without the brand-name price.

IMHO Interesting…read moreplace. Finally got a chance to check it out after reading about it. I'd read that it is really cramped and unorganized. I found that there was enough room to move about and aisles were clear. Yes, product is stacked high but not dangerous to navigate. There was one gentleman working, and we said hello. He said if we had any questions, to just ask. We had no idea what to expect or what we were looking for. You really have to take the time to slowly walk around and look high and low. I suppose you can find great bargains if you know your prices and are willing to spend some time there. They had tons of bedding, kitchen appliances, light bulbs and fixtures, huge rugs, weighted blankets, shoes, Water Piks, name brand luggage, and a ton of clothing on racks and some piled to be picked through, plus a bunch of other stuff. I even found some packages of pepperoni, but they were just thrown on a shelf. I guess they're shelf stable... All of these items are close-outs or returned to Costco, or just out-of-season (like the Christmas trees and wrapping paper I found.) If you like going on a treasure hunt, this is your place! I'm sure I'll go back, one day...
